Check-in process was easy and convenient. House was clean and had all amenities needed. Spacious backyard for the kids. Comfortable beds. Would highly recommend!

Plenty of restaurants, grocers and shopping in the immediate area. Venture 10 minutes to Siesta Key with primo restaurants and the stellar Siesta Beach. The house is very comfortable; we loved staying there. We did our laundry, bought groceries (Detwiler's farm market is highly recommended), cooked a bit and saved some on restaurant expense. Very nice location and nice, spacious and comfortable house.

We had a great vacation staying at this property. The place was clean and the appliances worked. The neighborhood was very quiet. The location is awesome, because it’s close to the supermarket, beach and other stores. Two bicycles/ air pumps were available, so we had a choice of cycling to the food stores or the beach. There were beach chairs, umbrella and floaters available. We really appreciate having a washing machine and dryer. We recommend this place to anyone needing a home away from home.

Our stay at Nancy’s cottage was absolutely wonderful. The home was impeccably clean, the location was perfect, a pleasant quiet neighborhood. All amenities were well thought out. This was our second visit, the first was 6 years ago. We are sincerely grateful for your hospitality.

We enjoyed our stay once again, the house has 2 beautiful bedrooms with a large living room area. It's located between 6 to 10 minutes drive to the beach and pickle ball courts depending on the traffic and time of day. We have stayed at this house several times and the hosts have always responded to our calls and resolved our issues whenever we had any.

Lovely home in the suburbs. Great communication from Nancy in the lead up. Check in process super easy. House was spotless and very well equipped, from kitchenware to beach items and an emergency box. Beds very comfy. Gorgeous Beaches about 10-15min drive away. Some nice shops and restaurants within walking distance. Easily drivable to many of the activities including state park and Sarasota bay eco tours. Had a lovely time - highly recommend

My best friend and I were so happy and comfortable staying in this beautifully maintained and immaculate home. We enjoyed riding the bikes to breakfast because the house is not only in a convenient location but super close to the beach!! Will definitely stay again when I’m back in the area. Thanks so much!!! Our mini getaway

The cottage was even better than described. It was close to the beach and everything that you might want to do or see. Even though it rained very hard one day, we had the rare opportunity of watching old movies all day and just hanging out. In the evening we sat on the screened in porch which also was a nice place to have breakfast . I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to spend a vacation, and also it has lots of things for kids to do. We plan on returning another time.

Very good vacation house.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, near grocery stores and restaurants and not too far from the Siesta Beach and the Legacy Biking trails. The bedrooms and living room area are very spacious. This is our second time staying at this house, we have noticed that the furniture in the living room was not as clean as it was 3 years ago. It could use a good cleaning. Other than that, the house was very clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and prepare your meals at home. The owners were very pleasant and promptly responded to our needs. I would stay at this house again.

Great value and location. Very clean house, in good working order. Exceeded our expectations. Quiet residential street yet you can walk to grocery store and restaurants. Laundry room, screened porch with table looking onto well manicured large backyard. Recent upscale appliances in the kitchen. Very accommodating landlord, who has anticipated your needs. All this makes for a stress free time. Thank you Nancy. We hope to return.

What a great place to come back and relax after beach days. We had a wonderful time here, and really enjoyed the backyard with all the birds and squirrels to watch! Nancy was the best hostess, and the cherry on top was when she found out my 3year-old’s stuffed animal had accidentally been left behind she kindly and generously mailed it to us. My son was so happy to receive it in the mail! It was a great stay, and we were treated like family and not just guests — highly recommend!

This is a nice little house very conveniently located so you can walk to many restaurants and shops. It's not far to Siesta Key beach, although you probably would drive there. It includes a good screened porch to enjoy on good days.

We had a wonderful time. All entry information was sent before arrival so we did not need to wait to get in. The owner communication was amazing. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The yard was well kept and fully enjoyed as was the screened in area. We also enjoyed the bicycles provided for quick trips to visit family staying in the same neighborhood. Thank you so much for a wonderful house. Would definitely recommend to others.

Perfect location near the bike trail and Siesta Beach. Beautiful decor, large living room with huge smart TV and beautiful bedrooms with comfortable beds. It was a pleasant experience renting via VRBO.

The house was well furnished with everything we needed, also had nice beach chairs to use. There were a couple of beaches near by. Restaurants, coffee shop, and shopping near by also. Really quiet neighborhood, with friendly neighbors. Truly enjoyed our stay.

Our family had a wonderful time at Nancy’s cottage! Super close to Siesta Key, and our favorite lunch place Sweetberries!! Nancy has thought of EVERYTHING! Fully stocked kitchen, the most comfortable beds, lots of towels, beach bag, beach chairs, bikes, and more! Seriously, I've never been to such a well-stocked rental. Home is cozy and cute, very clean and well-maintained. Quiet area with nicely maintained single-family homes - close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, etc. Good sized yard and screened lanai. My daughter LOVED lounging in the hammock. Would definitely recommend this rental and will be back soon! Thank you so much for your hospitality Nancy :)
