This villa is on a small panoramic residential complex and is finished to a high standard throughout with all modern amenities. My family of three (2 adults and child) loved the home very much! Communication with both Jo and Francesco was stellar. The home is quaint and in a pretty private area. The pool was refreshing and we enjoyed the proximity to small grocery stores and an easy drive to beautiful beaches. We had never visited Sardinia before, but we would absolutely stay in the home again. I would say that the description could be updated a bit, as there is not much of an ocean view as trees have grown in. Additionally, the hot tub was inoperable- though it is listed as having one. Air conditioner worked exceptionally well, and there is everything you’d need in the kitchen to make an easy stay! Thanks so much!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa with a well-appointed kitchen, exceptional space, and beautiful location. Local beach was 5-10 minute walk and definitely worth visiting. I would strongly recommend renting a car as we paid an exceptional amount for taxis to Cagliari and Villasimius. We had difficulty arranging taxis home from Villasimius and for our return trip to the airport; would rely on rental car next time.

We had the most wonderful stay in Sardinia and the home was absolutely perfect for us! There were some lovely spots close by and, with a car, it was very easy to explore many other beautiful areas. The coastlines and views from the roads are stunning! I can’t recommend Sardinia enough and this spot is perfect. The pool was perfect to cool off and chill in, the bbq was ideal and you have everything you need in the home to enjoy your stay to the max. The only thing I’d say is that it can get very hot in the bedrooms, despite fans and aircon (in the living room).

The property is located in a super quiet area, 10mins walk down to the local beach. The Villa has everything you need, sun lounger are super comfy and some days it was difficult to budge from the pool.

We had a lovely time staying in this villa, it’s in an ideal spot for exploring all of south Sardinia’s beaches! The kitchen was one of the best equipped we’ve come across in a holiday rental which was very helpful. The accommodation itself is in a very peaceful neighbourhood, with a short walk to two beautiful beaches. It’s ideally set up for a family of four like ours and our children adored the pool!
We did have one small issue while we were there with the local water supply (an unfortunate issue with the pump for the neighbourhood, could not be helped!), but the property manager was very quick to respond and reassured us.

Second stay at this villa. It is perfect for our family vacation. We love the outdoor area with the balcony and pool.
Good location with close access to the small lagoon Baia Azzurra that is lovely for snorkeling and swimming.
You need to have car to get to local supermarkets and larger beaches. But with car it doesn’t take long to reach Sardinias beautiful beaches.
Overall a great house and location.

This is a home from home. Well thought out in terms of amenities/equipment. Beds extremely comfortable. Stunning views in a quiet neighbourhood with friendly people around always willing to say hello/stop and chat. The garden is just beautiful and offers a good amount of shade and versatile seating areas. This is clearly a home that has been well loved and well thought out for guests. Francesco was super helpful and gave us a warm welcome upon our arrival. Booking was easy and Joyce very helpful with the queries we had. We found the local beach (5 minute walk) to be perfectly formed - rocky with a few sandy parts making it quiet enough to avoid the crowds. Would recommend use of a car to explore Sardinia which is just the most stunning island.

Arrivée catastrophique, sauvée par un bon emplacement en basse saison et une île magnifique
Je passe sur le prix un peu cher pour la saison basse et sur le titre de l'annonce indiquant "villa neuve" pour un logement d'une quinzaine d'année...
En revanche, avoir été purement et simplement oublié par le contact qui devait nous accueillir est plus problématique, surtout quand vous cherchez en vain à le joindre pendant plusieurs heures en attendant dans le noir avec des enfants en bas âge... pour finalement découvrir que le logement est encombré de matériels divers et variés, certes nous dirons que l'erreur est humaine ! En revanche quand la personne refuse de porter un masque en votre présence, cela devient un vrai manque de respect, surtout quand vous êtes accompagné de personnes vulnérables (là où les autorités italiennes imposent un FFP2 dans l'avion, cherchez l'erreur...). Après donc avoir aéré et fait le ménage de surface moi-même (sans parler du vrai ménage de fond qui laisse à désirer : épaisse couche de poussière et masques usagés sous les lits), nous avons heureusement pu nous détendre les jours suivants et profiter de cet emplacement idéal pour découvrir toute la moitié Sud-Ouest de cette très belle île qu'est la Sardaigne : les plages incroyables de la Costa Rei et de la côte sud, les villes de Cagliari, Oristano, Iglesias, et même jusque Bosa. Ajoutons à cela les très belles randonnées nature, dans le Sarrabus par exemple, tout cela est merveilleux à une période peu prisée des touristes (facilitant les déplacement en voiture) et où le climat reste très agréable.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub, die Villa ist sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, der Pool zwar nicht groß, aber zum Erfrischen ausreichend. Die Betreuung durch Francesco war perfekt, ebenso wie die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin Joyce im Vorfeld. Der Preis ist zwar nicht gerade günstig (die Endreinigung muss man auch noch mit einberechnen) insgesamt aber ok. Das Einzige, was uns ein wenig gestört hat, war, dass man kein Café, keine Gelateria, Einkaufsmöglichkeit oder Pizzeria/Restaurant zu Fuß erreichen kann. Man ist zwingend immer auf das Auto angewiesen. Dafür ist allerdings der Strand in Fußweite zu erreichen.

La villa de Joice est idéalement située à 10 min à pieds de la plage la plus proche et 30 min en voiture de la Costa Rei avec son sable blanc, ses rochers et son eau limpide. La maison est très bien équipée et la literie très confortable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 2 semaines dans cet endroit calme.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in einer sehr guten Lage
Ein kleines, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Haus mit Pool- ausreichend für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. Es ist modern mit bequemen Betten und vor allem sauber. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin (Joyce)hat super geklappt und die Übergabe vor Ort mit Francesco ebenfalls. Die Lage ist toll und die Geschäfte nicht weit entfernt. Schöne Strände befinden sich in der Nähe.
Die Hauptstadt Cagliari ist ca.20 Minuten weit entfernt. Ein Auto ist sehr empfehlenswert.
Die Zone Baia Azzura ist wunderschön 😊!
Ich würde das Haus immer wieder mieten!

Très bien mais un peu excentré
la réalité est conforme à l'annonce voire mieux! la maison n'est pas très grande mais 4 personnes ( au max ) y séjourneront très confortablement. un seul bémol, l'absence de parking "privatif". il faut se garer dans la rue, là ou on trouve de la place. ça peut etre génant pour charger ou déchanger la voiture.
le quartier est super calme.
coté emplacement, la voiture est quasi indispensable., et l'endroit est un peu à l'écart même si une superette n'est pas loin. coté plages, idem. la costa rei ( villamsimus ) est à +/- 30 mn de voiture, et coté ouest compter 1h jusqu'à Pula et 1h30 à Chia. ca fait loin et long...

Great place to explore the south of Sardinia
We had a really great time and are very pleased with our stay. The location of the house was good and the space was perfect for our family of four, including two kids of 10 and 8. We all loved the garden and especially the pool and enjoyed all our meals outside on the terrace with a fantastic view of the sea. The small local beach was beautiful and also good for snorkeling. We explored the surroundings by car and spent one day in Cagliari which was 30 minutes away and also went to the waterpark close by, Diverland. Unfortunately, there were no restuarants in walking distance but we found some good places on 5-10 minutes driving distance. I would recommend the house if you want to explore the south of Sardinia and at the same time have a relaxing holiday, with our without kids.

Goede marketing is prima, maar je mag niet liegen
1) Op de website staat Villa - 74 m2, in werkelijkheid is de oppervlakte van het huis en de tuin samen 74 m2.
2) op de website staat “king size bed”, in werkelijkheid is het bed 180x200 - dat noemen we tegenwoordig niet meer king size
3) op de website staat “Villa” , in werkelijkheid is het een hoekhuis op het eind van een rij huizen.
Onze verwachting was een vrijstaande villa te huren van 84 m2.
Voor het overige was het huisje comfortabel en goed geoutilleerd, daarom toch een kleine voldoende.

Fab wee spring break . Superb villa very comfortable and finished to a high standard very clean with all mod cons for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Nice pool and garden area with great views . Tried a few local restaurants all very good . Pizza brown carry out also very good ! ,local market in flumini great in morning for you fresh fruit and vegetables. Went to San Benidetto market I Cagliari also well worth the trip if your a foodie. Pula also very nice Fab villa to explore the south coast . Highly recommended . Francesco is also great . Thanks for the use of your lovley home . Hopefully back next year

Absolutely beautiful breathtaking views perfect location villa is stunning inside and out lovely pool and garden area decor is lovely and fresh villa immaculately clean. Comfy bed very close to the beach. People are lovely and friendly. Best pizza I have tried food everywhere I went was amazing this villa is perfect for an adult stay or a family break. I will definitely be back.

stunning villa
Fantastic villa, in a great location for touring the south coast or just relaxing , great view of the sea , 3 mins drive to the new motorway towards Villisimius and the Cost Rei , we found some spectacular beaches, and so many places withing a short drive , a huge plus was the 5 min walk to the beach , very safe, child friendly, shallow crystal clear water, some fab nearby restaurants the one just above the Pam supermarket was our favourite, the pizza is amazing along with the cafe there, for my daily fix of fab lavazza coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice , nice little local village with all your needs , poetto beach was also great with some nice cafes and restaurants as well as a great place to walk and soak it all up !! people are very friendly and courteous and Francesco the villa manager is a star ! Thanks for a great vacation hopefully be back in Sardinia soon , G, Facenna

angenehmes haus, genügend platz, ganz grosses plus für den feinen kleinen pool, herrlich, ein echter Benefit. nette architektur, landestypisch. ausreichend ruhige lage, manchmal die nachbarn etwas laut. haushaltsequipment ok, keine mängel. endreinigung etwas überteuert im vergleich zu anderen Locations ähnlicher Preislagen.

Heerlijk huis
We hebben genoten van dit huis. De locatie was heerlijk, de ontvangst fijn, het huis had alles wat je maar nodig hebt en een prachtig uitzicht. Het zwembad was lekker ter verkoeling tijdens de erg warme dagen.

Tolles, familienfreundliches Haus in schöner Lage
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub mit 2 Kleinkindern auf Sardinien und das liegt mitunter an der schönen Villa Tigli.
Egal ob im Vorfeld oder auch während des Urlaubes waren Joyce und Francesco sehr nette, hilfsbereite Ansprechpartner. Die Villa ist liebevoll und auch für Familien hilfreich (Hochstuhl, Babybett, Kindergeschirr) und kindersicher ausgestattet. Im Pool konnte unsere 4 jährige gut stehen, so dass sie entspannt planschen konnte. Die Nachbarn waren auch herzlich und wir fühlten uns zu jeder Zeit willkommen. Vielen Dank, Gracie mile für die schöne Zeit!

Fabulous Location, Beautiful Villa!!!
Italy...well what can I say .It's our favourite country in the world, the people, the place and weather were fantastic. The villa was exactly what we wanted, with the added bonus of the pool which was a godsend in 35 degree heat.
Overall we had a wonderful stay.

We, a family of 2 adults and 2 children (12 and 15 years) spent 10 days in Villa Tigli beginning of June 2017. The apartment is decorated nice and equipped well - especially the kittchen - and comfortable as well. The garden offers a balcony to sit with sea view and a large space around the private pool with deck chairs. There is also a grill (barbeque) outside and a washing machine and clothes line. The welcome and handover of apartment keys by the administrator was friendly and helpful. He also recommended some restaurants nearby. The beaches near the house are almost Carribean; the water is very clear. We enjoyed our holidays there very much.

The house is great, very clean and well decorated. Francesco was very helpful, and we really appreciated that he could come early in the morning on the checkout day.
We really enjoyed the view from the terrace. The only thing, I found a bit expensive the additional fees for cleaning + linen + towels (160€). Apart from that, our stay was perfect ! :)

Fabulous relaxed holiday
This is a gem of a Villa, only a short drive from Cagliari and only half an hour's drive from some of the best beaches in Europe let alone Italy. We are a family with a 3yr old and a 1yr old baby so going abroad is a challenge but this holiday was lovely and the whole booking process was made all the easier as the owner is a very nice lady who was only too eager to answer questions and help us in every way she could (we naturally have lots of questions about facilities for children etc). Finding the villa wouldn't be easy in the dark as it's up a small hill amongst many similar houses/villa's (google maps is brilliant though). The villa has two large bedrooms and a more than adequate kitchen all of which sit off a large open main living room. The key facility here is the small pool which for our children was a god send (they were quite happy spending most of the day splashing around and the accommodation has many pool toys to keep them amused). We expected the local town (Flumini) to be a bit larger than it was - there really is only a post office there and a couple of good pizza restaurants - I wouldn't recommend the beach, it's pretty basic. This part of Sardinia is really all about the beaches, we went up the coast to explore and were amazed by two of the beaches in particular. You can reach them either via the coast road which is beautiful as you overlook the sea high up for most of the trip but - it takes twice as long as using the motorway which gets you there in half an hour. The beaches in Villasimius were special and Costa Rei was exceptional so do visit both of these if you like a beach with beautiful turquoise water. This isn't the most luxurious part of Italy and neither is this villa an expensive luxury villa but if you are after a nice peaceful and easy holiday where you can get to great beaches easily (as long as you have a car) then I would wholly recommend this villa, either for couples or families. The guy who runs the property on behalf of the owner (sorry can't remember his name) deserves a special mention, he was a really nice. polite guy who speaks perfect English. He couldn't do enough and was on hand when anything went wrong (not much did).

Beautiful villa in a great location
We spent a lovely week at the villa in September . The facilities were very good and we particularly enjoyed the space where you can enjoy the views . We used the outside terrace for evening drinks and star gazing, and the weather was warm enough to eat outside using the outdoor BBQ and dining table. Our host, Francesco was very helpful and recommended places to eat and was always on hand if we had any queries. We walked down to the sandy beach which is about 5 mins walk away there are several different parts to the beach/bay, and even enjoyed the walk back up to the villa as we needed the exercise after so much good food and wine, not to mention the Limoncello! We hired a car and explored the area which has some of the nicest sandy beaches we have ever come across. I would highly recommend this villa.

Fab Villa
Had a fabulous stay at the villa amazing views from the lounge, terrace and pool area.
The villa is very well equiped modern and a real home from home, the owners has thought of everthing to make your stay comfortable.
Great location for exploring the south coast and the many fabulous beaches, the local beach is great for snorkeling and swimming.
The brick built BBQ in the garden was well used in the evenings, some great relaxing evenings spent under the stars with a glass of red.
