Super Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön mit einem großen Balkon. Die Lage ist sehr gut und nah am Strand. Der Supermarkt gleich darunter. Der Parkplatz ist angenehm groß und wir haben uns sehr gefreut, dass es ein Außenplatz mit Schranke war und nicht wie woanders in einer engen Tiefgarage :) Der Vermieter war bei Fragen immer schnell und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Clean, well equipped flat near the beach and amenities

The place was really clean and close to the beach. Good size bedrooms and nice living area. Andrea was really helpful and nice. Good value for money

The flat was at first floor without a lift and with kids and prams is not the most comfortable solution but there was a storage where to leave the buggies at the ground floor, which was good. No flats available at ground floor.

Perfect.

Very good location, correct and familiar host, well-equipped and clean rooms. Parking is excellent, a few steps from the apartments' entrance, the distance from the beach is only 1-2 minute, a beach cocktail bar is next to the sun beds,. Directly next to the apartment there are two supermarkets, a bakery, a pizza-bar and there are restaurants, pastry and ice cream shops within a few minutes walking distance. Bedrooms are very trendy, the beds are comfortable, bathroom and kitchen are well-designed, clean, and contains everything you could possibly need (fridge, microwave oven, cooking plate, coffee maker, milk foamer, hair dryer, clothes dryer, etc.). We spent there a week, our apartment included a cozy terrace, but almost every evening there was some outdoor program at the nerarby square. Wi-Fi was pretty good, and it was free as the laundry, which contained at least 5-6 modern washing machines. Above these you can ask for a lot of extras for some money (AC, bedclothes, towels, etc.). We have been in Jesolo several times, but it was our favorite (according to housing).

(Perhaps a dishwasher could be considered during the next renovation...) Anyway, keep it up! Thank You!

Excellent host and a really good loaction.

The location is excellent. You can see the beach from the terrace and buy everything from the downstairs supermarket - including fresh coffee. Really helpful host - answers all the questions, calls a taxi, prints a map, etc. He let us do an early check-in and check-out.

Pillows and the duvet could be better.

The location is perfectly situated. You are by the beach almost by crossing the street. You have 2 supermarkets and the fish market very near. The appartement gives you the feeling you are home because it has all that you can need. The host, Andrea, is friendly, always with a smile on his face and ready to help. We are clearly going to return! Absolute recommendation!

Spacious, perfect location, clean, well equipped

You have to pay extra cost for bed sheets and towels (if you dont have your own) and for cleaning (if you dont clean by yourself). These expenses werent communicated by Booking before reservation. There was no equipment for washing dishes so you have to buy or bring your own.

The apartment itself is nice.

No sope, no towels, not even bed sheets. Only by charging extra money everything, even for bed sheets. First time leaving negative review, because the behaviour of the facility manager and the untrasparent charging policy is unprecedented in my own experience (we saw a possibly rich German, let's milk him)...

The apartment was spacious and offered lots of places to store our stuff. Andrea, the manager was super nice. Although located at the main street and many children around us everything was quiet. It was a perfect stay.

Air condition costs extra 10€ per day, as well as towels and bed linens.

Everything was perfect. Great location near the beach, apartment spacious and clean. Each apartment has its own parking space. Good position both for vacation and for visiting nearby tourist destinations. Andrea was a great host and because of all the above, I highly recommend this apartment.

The host was very friendly. The location is good, near the beach, two supermarkets downstairs, restaurants in a couple of minutes to walk. The apartment was spacious, with high ceilings, clean. The beads are comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The parking is just by the house. Overall, we liked it a lot staying there.

Great location and landlord! See you next year!

Great location, we really enjoyed our holidays. Everything is nearby and the landlord was really nice and polite. You got your own parking place and umbrellas on the beach! The apartment is very well equipped and extremely spacious.

Our appartment was next to the laundry and unfortunately guests did not stick to the rules, so we had some noise during "siesta" and in the evening. If you got kids and lots of stuff to take with you, we suggest some training, since you will have to "climb" some stairs ; )

Beautiful apartments in perfect location

Perfect location right by the beach, with two umbrellas and 4 deck chairs for 4 people. The apartment had two spacious bedrooms with two bathrooms, and a very nice, big terrace. Air condition worked really well. Andrea, the host, is really helpful and such a nice person!

No dish washer and the kitchen is not extremely well equipped. Washing machines are available, but not in the apartment. But otherwise, everything was really perfect!

Andrea was very helpful and kind. We wanted early check in and late check out - and he gratified to our wish. We realy reccomend this accomodation because it is near the beach, you have beach sunbeds for free, 2 supermarkets are on the groundfloor, apartment has realy nice space and kitchen is good equiped.

Maybe in high season it can be little bit noisy when you have apartment on side of the main street.

Fridge, stove and television in perfect working order, the internet connection was PERFECTLY functioning which was great. Cloth hangers and wardrobes available, bathroom big enough, the storage space downstairs is great. Bed mattresses are very hard which we found very comfortable, we slept very well. Lots of chairs and ashtray for outside which is a big plus. It was very good the front door had a top lock so our child could not get out of the apartment alone, this was a very important safety measure for us.

The furniture is very 80-ies and is in dire need of remodelling. the living room has no standing lamp to dim the lights for the evening routine of a toddler. Living room also a bit dark in full daylight. Balcony was dirty the rails seem to be never cleaned and the plastic table needs a good scrub. No extension outlets so in the evening you either charge your phone or turn on the reading lights, but not both :D there is only 1 outlet next to the bed... The towels let out some white fluff so maybe time for new ones as well.
