About this house rental

Charming townhouse set in Pollença, Mallorca, in a quiet street which is at the same time near to the town center, perfect for a nice holidays.

There is a comfortable living room, with stairs that go down to a small but lovely patio and a nice playing room. Back to the ground floor, there is a big dining room next to the living room, a bahtroom and a graceful kitchen. Upstairs there are two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a pretty small bedroom equipped with a lovely cot. This property is very comfortable to help you enjoy the town, with its lovely streets, good restaurants, pretty shops and interesting views.

Pollensa is by far one of the most popular places in the north of Mallorca. There is a wide choice of exclusive restaurants and cafés that cater to the individual tastes of visitors.

The perfect location makes it a privileged holiday home.
For many years, artists from all over the world have come to Pollensa to find inspiration in the landscape and the Serra de Tramuntana. This beautiful village has also been chosen as a holiday destination by numerous celebrities such as Winston Churchill, Agatha Christie, the British writer Peter Ustinov and many others.
The town's landmarks are the 365 steps and the Calvario, at the top of which is the small Baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year.
Numerous cultural events and music festivals take place in the historic atmosphere of Pollença.

At 6 km distance you will find the ( port )Puerto de Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide selection of cafés and restaurants, clothing shops, supermarkets and doctors.

We were visiting friends who have a house nearby so location was the critical issue (and was perfect for us). Pollensa is a lovely little town, with an excellent bus service to Puerto Pollensa and Palma, but get a car because there is a lot to see and do around the area. The house had everything we needed and communication with the team was excellent. We didn’t eat so didn’t test those facilities (lots of places to eat and drink in Pollensa and surrounding towns). We will definitely come back.

We had a great stay in Pollença. Perfect little town with restaurants and shops, everything very walkable with beautiful vistas. Also very close to multiple beaches and coves. The beds were incredibly comfortable, internet was perfect and fast for remote work, and the AC was amazing with the heat we had. Our 3 year old really enjoyed playing with the variety of toys and puzzles available to her!

Pollenca and the area are gorgeous and the house suited us perfectly with young toddlers. Cot, toys and travel cot are all in the nursery and we wanted a house without a pool given the risks. Parking is an enjoyable 5 mins away at Parking Pont Romà, local shop is 2 mins walk. Well loved it and very much recommend the house. The keysafe and communication via WhatsApp meant that checkin and checkout took seconds. Entirely stress and trouble free. Very good team.

Sparkling clean townhouse with everything you might need for comfortable stay and more. Amazing for family with kids. The place looks a little bit darker than in the photos but it helped us escape some very hot afternoons, the A/C was a big plus aswell. Nice and quiet location, just a short walk away from nice restaurants, gelato places, small shops etc. The host was very helpful, always quick to respond and gave us some great local tips for places to visit.

Very good location and spacious property which was clean and comfortable. Well equiped for self sufficiency so worked well for us to stay in some nights and dine out at times. Everything was in working order. We are planning a return next year to stay for 2 weeks. This is not really a dislike but just aminor feedback comment that when staying for a week there could be more toilet paper and dishwasher tablets as when you have to buy them yourself the smallest packets you can buy exceed requirements. Very minor feedback only.

Marian was very flexible at check in and gave us some great tips for the stay. The house is very centrally located in Pollença not far from the main square, and the house is a great place to relax after a day at the beachdriving in the mountains.
