About this apartment rental

Beautiful apartment located in the charming and entirely pedestrianized resort of Belle Plagne at 2050 meters above sea level. Snow is guaranteed in winter and many activities are offered in summer (mountain biking, hiking, paragliding, swimming in the lakes, visiting the ice cave, etc.). Belle Plagne is part of the Paradiski ski area (La Plagne and les Arcs) with around 420 km of slopes. Ideally located "ski-in ski-out" with immediate access to the slopes. Many shops, bakery, convenience store, ski rental, ski school, restaurants, bars, bowling are in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. At the bottom of the station (accessible by the cable cars to Bellecôte open until midnight) you will find a swimming pool, ice rink, nightclub, spa, hammam, jacuzzi and cinema. Free inter-station shuttles.

Beautiful apartment of 27 M2 facing south west, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, it is located on the ground floor (with shutters). Accommodation classified 2 Paradiski crystals and 2 stars Furnished with Tourism. It consists of:
- a sleeping area with bunk bed or two beds (90x190),
- a living room with a sofa bed (140x190) with flat screen and DVD player,
- a bathroom with bath, WC, sink and storage,
- a fully equipped open kitchen with fridge, hob, washing / drying machine, microwave / grill oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, raclette machine, toaster, kitchen utensils, etc.

Elevator and local ski locker at the bottom of the residence.

Covered parking with direct access to the apartment possible at an additional cost, free outdoor parking at the bottom of the station.

Pets not allowed, non-smoking accommodation.

Bed and bathroom linen can be provided at an additional cost.

Belle expérience

Nous avons séjourné dans cette location idéalement située dans le petit village de belle plagne, à quelques pas de la boulangerie, de la supérette et des restaurants ( fermés à cette période de Covid ) l’appartement est de tout confort et bien équipé . Les échanges avec le propriétaire ont été appréciables, la remise et restitution des clefs aussi ! Merci !!

appartement très propre et très bien équipé. Les multiples chemins de randonnée à proximité m'ont permis de profiter pleinement des agréments de la montagne, et de délaisser la voiture pour la randonnée à pied. Le parking souterrain est un plus.

Très beau studio, bien équipé

Nous avons passé une semaine très sympa dans cet agréable studio décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La salle de bain est impeccable, la literie de bonne qualité, les propriétaires disponibles pour répondre à nos questions, le soleil quand il est présent illumine le séjour. Accès direct aux pistes de ski "skis aux pieds". En résumé, nous recommandons vivement cette location !

nous avons passé un super séjour , l'appartement etait comme nous l'avions imaginé, idéalement situé , pas de bruit, la neige et le soleil etaient au rv .

Great base for exploring the area with a nice outside space for a drink in the afternoon.

We visited in the summer and found the apartment simple but comfortable and well situated. Obviously not huge but suits a couple perfectly and okay, if cosy, for four people. Given it was summer, the shutters on the windows were particularly appreciated. The inter resort free shuttle was great and the 30 Euro weekly lift pass was good value for walking and cycling, it also includes free entry to the Ice Cave at the top of Rochie de Mio which is not to be missed. We particularly liked the Colossus restaurant in Bellecote, the only other one we used was the Tex Mex place opposite the Spar and it was good too. We'd certainly go back.
