Always stay at The Heritage when we visit Lake George.

Located right on Canada Street so no need to move your car and pay for parking. Everything is walking distance. Comfortable bedding, clean rooms, friendly staff.

Love it all.

Great location, great staff, super clean and affordable.

Perfect location to downtown. We walked everywhere we needed to go. The room was plent big with a fridge and microwave and 2 queen beds. We did have a little noise problem the first night with the room next to us but the office was quick to jump into looking into it. Lucky for us the people left that morning. The pool was awesome after a day of walking around at the track all day.

Adjoining room had "some" noise. all depends on how respectable the neighbors really are.

overall a nice place to stay. Friendly staff.

Clean,close proximity to the lake. Friendly staff. The other guests were friendly. Nice pool. Free coffee.

At one point we asked someone to unclog our sink drain, it was draining very slowly. No one ever came. It would be nice to have some doughnuts or other food out with the coffee in the a.m.

3 rd time staying here. Great place for a quick getaway or vacation!!! Owners and staff are the best!! Very accommodating and care about any needs you may have. Recreation area outside is very nice and fire pit is lit as soon as the sun goes down.

Although we loved the people who worked there we were very disappointed in the hotel policy.

location and that it was family oriented

The fact that we were taken to a room on the second with a king size bed and much more space. I explained that I had called the hotel to confirm that we had a first floor room. when they took us to the first floor room we did have a king size bed but much smaller room and we were paying the same price as the bigger room.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating and the location was great. We were able to walk to the village without worrying about parking. We arrived before check in and were able to use the facilities until our room was ready. Would definitely recommend!

We didn't notice if there was any complimentary coffee in the office ( although there was in the room), because the office was not opened early in the morning. If we were to have any issues or questions (we didn't), there was no one available very early in the office.

I loved the cleanliness, I'm a big fan of the landscaping, the beautiful plants and colors. Cute cottages, great salt water pool. The nightly firepit was perfect! The staff were courteous, pleasant and friendly. Great location.

Beds were not to comfortable too sleep on, no fan in the bathroom. The shower head hardly sprayed water the water pressure was very low but the bottom spout had plenty of pressure

I would not recommend this property unless you visited during the summer months.

Room was very clean.

There was no heat in the room. The AC was set at 65 degrees and blasting when we arrived. Temperature overnight was in the 40’s.

The property was close to the village. You could literally walk anywhere. The hotel was a very cozy place to stay. The rooms were very clean and the staff were great as well.
