Sehr empfehlenswert und super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Poolvilla! Der Pool war viel größer als erwartet. Alles war super sauber und komfortabel. Sehr aufmerksames und nettes Personal. Ein defektes Küchengerät wurde super schnell ausgetauscht. Zur Ankunft erhielten wir sogar einen Voucher für das Restaurant! Die Lage ist natürlich etwas abseits vom Getummel, dafür aber sehr ruhig. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und waren damit flexibel unterwegs.

Die Küche bzw. die Kochutensilien hätte ein wenig besser ausgestattet sein können, wenn man mit 4 Personen übernachtet. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau ;)

I will recommend you to pay extra money and stay in the center or you will lose a lot of money in taxis.

The price was good the staff are good they clean your room every day you stay and help you a lot.

The location is far from the center we had to get many taxis which will cost you money, the mosquitoes are every where in the bathrooms in bedrooms there was also lizards and insects in the living room, there is no sound insulation in the rooms or the bathrooms so if someone takes a shower you will know even if you’re in the living room.

This place is paradise

The staff were phenomenal. The resort offers 25% off their restaurant and the food is excellent. Fair prices for food, minibar and taxi. Cleaning service everyday with care and attention. Fully private pool for each villa. Will definitely return and recommend to anybody.

Lovely stay with a big family

Lovely and clean villa Spacious and love the ensuit in every bedroom Lots of services to order in-villa like food and massages Love the pool table Staff are really nice Car shuttle service is easy to arrange

Some bathrooms have very low water pressure The pool could be maintained a bit better Some rooms are spacious enough for massage therapists to bring a proper massage table/bed with them The living area isn't a huge open space but not a huge deal

Tolles Resort mit Poolvillen, Privatsphäre und großem Erholungsfaktor!

Tolle Unterkunft mit privatem Pool, einwenig abgelegen vom Trubel. Super freundliches Personal, welches sich immer sofort gekümmert hat, wenn man ein Anliegen oder Wunsch hatte. Ein Auto zu mieten war unkompliziert möglich und preiswert. Wir durften sogar kostenlos den Spät-Check-Out nutzen.

Das einzige was uns nicht überzeugt hat, war das Frühstücksbuffet. Dies stellte für uns jedoch kein großes Problem dar, da wir uns morgens einfach selbst in der Villa versorgt haben.

Heerlijke rustige plek

Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De villa zag er netjes en verzorgt uit. De extra service, zoals shuttlebus, auto verhuur is ideaal.

Het is echt verder van de toeristische plekken. Een auto is daarom erg fijn. Het tuinmeubilair van de villa kan wel een upgrade gebruiken

Nice place wrong location

The staff and the bed, best bed I've slept on while on holiday for a long time.

The location is very remote and if you don't drive it can be expensive having transfers to places like a shopping mall also the private pool was too deep for my wife so she was unable to swim in it.If you wanted to pickup something from a nearby supermarket you take your own life in your hands,some of the locals and a very busy main road with no footpaths.

Все очень старое, отель явно требует ремонта! И это точно не пять звезд! Я не понимаю, кто присваивает таким отелям звезды! Этот отель максимум на 3 звезды! Мебель старая, все шатается, скрипит, практически отваливается! Весь номер внутри в искусственных цветах, это выглядит просто ужасно, зачем они это сделали, я не понимаю! Мы насчитали на одной вилле 27 искусственных цветов! 27! Локация неудобная, доставка еды туда не работает! На территории есть ресторан, который закрывается в 21-00! По всей территории бегают куча кошек, которые так и норовят залезть в твое жилье! Друзья, этот отель трехзвездочный, имейте это ввиду, это точно не пять и не четыре звезды!

A very nice, quiet get away.

The staff always tried to be accommodating, my kind thanks to the manager who was very attentive. The location is very remote, I already knew this and chose it for this reason so don't book here if you want nightlife, or any activities locally. I booked trips via the hotel and they were easily booked by the hotel and as described. Food was great, I found the whole place very relaxing. The villa was very nice, spacious and private. Booking transport here and there was very easy.

The bar and room service close way too early!

Pleasant resort in quiet location with good helpful staff.

The staff were excellent and helpful. A positive and negative is that the resort is remote and transport is needed which the recognised and hire car/motorcycle/taxi is available and staff will arrange transfers. Internet was excellent which is useful as the phone signal is not strong and at times only 3G attainable. Efforts are being made to improve and solar panels are present on some villas which do not show on Google Earth photos.

Looking at earlier reviews it seems that some issues are being addressed but others remain. Water pressure is poor with the spray shower head of little use. One bathroom had a shower cubicle and the other a shower/bath setup with no curtain. This meant the floor was much wetter than it needed to be. The lighting featured many dimmer switches, few which appear to be paired with compatible lamps. Fully on or off were okay but dimming resulted in flickering lamps. Sound insulation to adjoining villas is nothing special and easily penetrated by the typically loud conversations of members of a mandarin speaking tour group.

We had an amazing holiday. Staff were lovely - especially Op

Having our own private pool was lovely. There is a restaurant onsite and we had breakfast every day and dinner several days. The food was delicious. They have cars available with fixed rates (reasonable) to locations. All you have to do is ask for a car to be booked for you to where you want to go. Very simple. And they’ll come and get you at an arranged time or you can call to say you are ready to go. The bed was very comfortable and I recommended booking a massage while there. We were happy to be out of the tourist area. The car trip to shop/sightsee wasn’t very long and staying here meant we had a peaceful time when we got back to the villa. Absolutely loved being able to just get home and swim. There are cooking facilities available in the villa but we didn’t use them. A full size fridge was good. The aircon was excellent. Shower was very nice.

They need to communicate delays better. We had an issue with our pool one day and they weren’t keeping us updated.

Better than some of the 5 start Resorts that we have stayed in for way more $$$

We booked for privacy and that is what we got. Resort away from the hustle and bustle so breakfast and room service greatly appreciated. Facilities were spotless and tastefully decorated. Staff were very friendly. Courtesy pickup from the airport was well received and the use of the resort transport whether on a courtesy trip or paid trip was a bonus. Excellent facilities for the $$.

Enjoyed the private pool very much, the service was excellent, and the staff were very responsive and helpful. The villa itself was big and spacious but a little bit outdated.

The pictures on booking.com were not accurate of where we actually stayed. Bathroom was completely different and very small and outdated.

Spacious villa with private pool outside. Nicely equipped. Friendly staff. Free use of bicycles and scooter for rent. We found this to be a good place to base ourselves for exploring the area. There is little within walking distance.
