About this house rental

Can Pep den Joan is an old Spanish Finca with big swimming-pool, perfect for 8 people. Quiet and secure.
Situated in the middle of the island, near St Ferran and 5 minutes to Es Pujols.

The MAINHOUSE. For 4 people.
1st bedroom with 1 double bed and bathroom, 2nd bedroom with 1 double bed and bathroom.
Living-room/dining-room/working corner.

THE SECOND FLOOR STUDIO. For 2 people.
With1 double bed, bathroom and living-room. Sea views and swimming-pool views from the balcony.

Next to the Mainhouse. THE POOL HOUSE. For 2 people
with 1 double bed and bathroom and pool view.

Nice independent fully equipped kitchen.

Magnificient 250-year-old stone house, completely renovated. 5m high ceiling, 1m thick walls, means the inside temperature remains cool in summer.

360º views of Formentera, from the upper terrace. You can also enjoy views over Ibiza and Es Vedra. Incredible sunsets and sunrise views.

Please observe that the house can only be rented from Saturday to Saturday.
In June and September I can accept 6 guests. Please contact me for to find out the prices.

La casa e’ ideale per un gruppo di otto persone, ogni stanza ha la sua privacy, stupenda la piscina che si può usare in qualsiasi momento. La cucina e’ fornitissima e confortevole, presenti lavastoviglie e lavatrice di qualità’. Zona divanetti/tavolo molto conviviali. Molto disponibile e carina la proprietaria, sempre pronta per qualsiasi informazione. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza indimenticabile e sicuramente torneremo!!!!!

Genial casa en Formentera.Anette y su familia nos recibieron tal como habíamos planificado y estuvieron pendientes siempre de que estuviéramos como en casa. La casa está bien comunicada de toda la isla , limpia y con todas las comodidades para unos días perfectos. La mejor prueba de que todo salió bien es que nos gustaría repetir el año que viene.

We have been at the house of Eric and Anette for two weeks in July 2019. We means: 2 children (3 and 5 years old) plus 4 adults. The house is surrounded by a beautiful quiet area, no street sounds. Nevertheless its 3 minitues to the next city. A beautiful old spanish architecture makes the house special. The pool is very big, the children could play while the adults were swimming. They had much fun. It was a very beautiful house

A special place where the sea meets the countryside

We spent a nice week in the beautiful and quiet house of Anette,where tranquility,cock crow,wind noise and geckos are loyal friends. The house,as well as being convenient to reach all Formentera areas,is spacious ,welcoming and has a splendid swimming pool. Anette and her family were very kind,helpful,very attentive and eager to meet the needs of their guests.

Wonderful week in a wonderful villa

After 7 marvelous days, we have nothing but good words for Annette and her magnificent villa! Very spacious, ideal decoration and all amenities you would want close by. We have been treated as family, rather than mere guests. Everything was perfectly thought about, spectacular furnishings, super roomy and kept to the highest standards. During 12 years visiting Formentera I think this is the very best we've come across. Merci bien Annette! See you next year :-)

We had the most glorious week staying at this villa. Anette was a fantastic host, welcoming us and showing us around the property. The villa is extremely well catered for with clean, comfortable rooms, beautiful furnishings and everything finished to a very high standard. The kitchen had every appliance imaginable and the pool and outside areas were second to none. An extremely quiet and relaxing location, the villa is large enough for a big group to feel they are not on top of each other. We will definitely be returning!

le lieu est très paisible et très joli.nous avons été très bien reçus.la maison est très confortable.Les chambres sont dans des petits blocs en pierre indépendants les uns des autres avec chacune une salle de bain.la cuisine très bien équipée.la piscine est grande.Nous sommes ravis d'avoir choisi la maison d'Anette.DES SUPER VACANCES EN FAMILLE!!!

Wunderschöner Urlaub. Traumhafte Finca.

Die Finca sowie das Anwesen sind traumhaft schön, ruhig gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage in der Mitte Formenteras ist ideal, um sämtliche Ecken zu erreichen (alle Stände auch gut mit dem Fahrrad). Das Haus, die Außenbereiche sowie der Pool sind sauber und vernünftig gepflegt. Der nächste Supermarkt ist quasi zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für 8 Personen ist das Anwesen ideal geeignet. Das Huas ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Einzig die verbundenen und nur durch ein Rollo getrennten Badezimmer der zwei Zimmer im Haupthaus sind ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig. Dies hat bei unserer Belegung aber in keinster Weise gestört und war eher lustig. Anette um Eric sind herzliche Vermieter, denen das Wohl ihrer Gäste am Herzen zu liegen scheint. Um es kurz zu machen: 100% weiterempfehlungswürdig. Wir wollen wiederkommen!

Meravigliosa!!!!!

A distanza di qualche mese dal nostro soggiorno (luglio 2015), vogliamo spendere due parole su questa fantastica villa che ci ha permesso di vivere al meglio Formentera!! Partiamo ovviamente dalla posizione. La casa si trova al centro dell'isola ed essendo immersa nella natura, garantisce un estrema privacy e tranquillità! All'inizio ci spaventava l'idea di essere un pó isolati ma viste le dimensioni di Formentera, ci siamo resi subito conto di essere in una posizione strategica per visitare ogni angolo dell'isola oltre a soggiornare in estremo relax. I proprietari sono stati molto accoglienti, gentili e disponibili mentre la villa è esattamente come in foto!! Gli spazi sia interni che esterni sono ben attrezzati e le camere da letto dispongono quasi tutte di un ingresso e un bagno indipendente (3 su 4)!! Non ci resta quindi che consigliarvi questa casa per soggiornare a Formentera, soprattutto se volete rilassarvi e vivere in sintonia con la naturalità dell'isola!

Ihr Anwesen ist einfach ein Traum: sehr hübsch hergerichtet, jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad versehen, sauber, ideal gelegen und einfach ein ganz wundervoller energiereicher Ort, an dem der Urlaub so richtig Freude macht. Traumhaftes Anwesen und liebevoll eingerichtete Finca! Anette um Erik sind herzliche Gastgeber, die einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich machen. Haus, Pool und Garten sind sauber und sorgfältig gepflegt. Das Grundstück liegt ruhig und trotzdem nur wenige Minuten vom beliebten Mitjorn Strand. Ein Supermarkt ist fusslaufig zu erreichen. Der perfekte Ort um als Familie, mit Freunden oder Kindern eine entspannte Auszeit zu gönnen.
