Good rooms and near beach. Security could have been better!

The apartment is spacious. I was expecting to get a sea view room unfortunately didn't. The beach is within walking distance with soft sand. The garden concept was good. Nice greenery around and good location to take photos!

1. The water pressure for shower is super low and bathrooms was emitting smell when 1st used. That can be improved. 2. Limited parking. If you go out slightly late, when you come back, it may be difficult to get parking. Most of the visitors double park and it was tedious. 3. Security could have been better. No cctv around the premise. One of our family member lost phone when got down from the car. It was split second, we realized the phone was taken by someone. When we report to the security, all they did is gave us a form to fill in. However, we did police report but as usual, police mentioned it would be helpful if there was CCTV. It would be good for the management invest to tighten security and add CCTV camera's to avoid any theft or any other incidents.

Good Location

Spacious room, apartment concept with kitchen facilities. Location right next to the beach and a lot of stalls selling food and snacks

Some of the windows could not be locked, and there is a store room that the door could not lock as well. As we were travelling with young kids, we had to be extra careful on these as well as the balcony that has a wide gap in between, which can be dangerous for young kids Advice to check and ensure these can be locked due to safety

Nothing really great about this place this time.........but it used to be a great hotel before..

Close proximity ...just a walking distance away from the beach.

The bed specification did not match the booking. I got 4 single bed instead of 1 queen and 2 single....Parking is horrendously difficult to get....simply not enough even normal weekend holiday...The description on breakfast by booking rather misleading. I was under the impression that the price offered is inclusive of breakfast and only to found out it was not during check in.....

the room’s was very nice however requested for extra towels/ cutlery was not allowed.

Good and could be better.

Pool and the access to beach. Garden was nice. Nice view and scenery from the balcony. Front desk and technician were polite and helpful. Nice waiting area with good view while waiting.

Door was jammed slightly. Toilet was smelly. Need to call room service to clean while we were away. Next day you can still smell the stench at bathroom area. No TV program or Astro available. Aircond in living area cannot switch on with remote.

Absolutely nothing - everything in Ancasa Residences was BAD, really really BAD and I will never ever ever going to this place ever again!!!

Well, everything because everything was really BAD in Ancasa Residences and I wouldn't want to write further because I have nothing good to say about this godforsaken place, what a shame.
