Oke.

Zeer mooie en gemoderniseerde kamer met leuk hoekbalkon. Ontbijt prima. Dame aan receptie ( minimaal Engels) zeer behulpzaam. Ligging: rustig, 15min lopen naar strand, net wat verder naar stadje ( wat ook in naseizoen verschillende restaurants open heeft, tot 14.30 en tussen 19-21u)

Kamer prima meer wel relatief prijzig; als je entree spa meerekent lijkt het wel reëel. Gedateerd gebouw en dito Spa. Één sauna en één stoomunit en zwembad en verder veel behandelkamers. Spa/zwembad wel ruime openingstijden, zwemkleding sauna/spa; verplichte badmuts ( daar te koop 4,50) en voor man + zwembad zwemshorts verboden ( een strakke zwembroek is verplicht). Beetje jammer ( staat (achteraf gezien) wel in beschrijving) Restaurant bij accommodatie ook in naseizoen open maar wel is reserveren verplicht ( als je gast bent en net aankomt is niets te regelen). We hebben er dus niet gegeten en kunnen daar niks over zeggen. Ligging van restaurant aan entree en receptie leek minder ideaal ( geur v keuken in hal); dat is persoonlijk.

Nous avons séjourner en demi pension, un très bonne accueil à notre arrivé superbe chambre avec un grand lit comme demandé petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet était à notre disposition, nous avons aussi apprécier le diner à la carte avec des serveurs très sympa pour terminer nous avons trouvé judicieux de prendre l'ascenseur en -1 pour accéder directement par un couloir à la thalasso nous reviendrons vous voir prochainement . Nous avons trouvé la salle de bain un peu petite par rapport à la chambre et les WC indépendante de celle ci aurait été un plus

Etape-golf/thalasso à St-Jean de Monts

La chambre proposée était suffisamment spacieuse, très fonctionnelle avec, il faut le mentionner, une cuvette WC indépendante de la salle de bain -ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans des hôtels de même catégorie-. Nous avons apprécié l'accès protégé à l'espace thalasso par une galerie vitrée. L'offre d'activités dans l'espace s'avère assez riche et variée. Les petits déjeuners se laissent déguster, les dîners, très corrects, présentent un rapport qualité/prix fort convenable. Dernier point : pour les golfeurs, l'hôtel représente l'hébergement idéal, à moins d'un kilomètre du parcours !

Relaxing

Large comfortable room with balcony. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Relaxing environment. The thalasso was clean, large pool and great aquagym lessons.

Only one teabag in the room, we had to ask everyday for more. One elevator is not enough for the size of the hotel. The thalasso advertised a conference on wednesday, when I went I was informed it was exceptionally on tuesday that week! The receptionist found it funny and offered no apology.

Expensive for the quality you get

Very nice and breakfast with a lot to offer ! You do pay enough for it as well. Hotel very close to the sea and offers a nice spa. Lots of parking space

Outdated rooms, especially the bathroom. Not the best value for money. Many groups which brings along the noise. Rooms are not very soundproof

Invigorating and uplifting

A very relaxed atmosphere. Wonderful treatments and the salt water pool so good for the skin

The pool hours are a bit restrictive. Would be nice if they stayed open during lunch and opened an hour earlier and closed an hour later. Gives the customer more flexibility.

We paid for breakfast on the first morning but did not think it was worth 16euros each so did not have it on the other days

Staff not very friendly , lady at breakfast absolutely awful Really expensive massages and not experienced staff , the massage was awful no pressure at all and the reflexology was ridiculous and pointless , it’s normal one foot after the other not both at the same time . No pressure again so pointless Very disappointed especially for the price

Breakfast was good, great coffee. The decision of staying in the hotel and having dinner in the restaurant there did not disappoint - the quality of food was great and the ambience relaxing. Pool is a small one but enough for a quick swim or for the kids to splash around.

Good hotel with good facilities and food; certainly well worth 3 stars.

The room was spacious with a fairly big balcony with a good view of the sea. The bathroom was fairly small but it was clean with good quality towels. There was a good choice of food at breakfast with plenty of it. The staff were polite and friendly and professional when serving. The evening meals were well presented and tasty. Although the outside pool was small it was big enough to swim around and cool down in. Having bikes to hire at a very reasonable cost was a very good facility.

The step to get into the pool was quite high and tricky. The bath became quite slippery when having a shower as there was no non-slip mat. The room only got cleaned when we asked - the reception staff said this was due to Covid but I feel this should have been done without having to be requested. The was no where on the balcony to dry beach towels or wet swim wear.

Renovated older hotel. Very clean, Large rooms, nice bathrooms with walking shower. separate toilet. the outdoor pool is not big but it is good. The indoor pool of the thalasso is nice a large. Nice breakfast with Quality products, tea- coffee- juice. This place is the quiet side of town. You can rent bicycles at the reception and bike in the area ( there are nice bikeroads ) Good seafood in the area. The hotel is dog friendly.

1. Not all services were open for customers due to Covid ( Fitness, Sauna, Steambath ) 2. some of the thalasso infrastructures are outdated and need more than just a new layer of paint. 3.In the Covid time, not all customers followed the rules, even if the hotel staff set the right example. But in general, at 150€/ room / night , the hotel is good value for money. We will come here again.
