Very good hotel , excelent location

Vero good location and my room in particular was very nice and spacious with a Big furnished terrace with a nice view

It was delightful.

I left my travel adapter in my room and came back a few days after I checked out to inquire about it. The staff made a lot of effort to find it for me. It was very nice. Also I was pleasantly surprised by the gym! It is very well equipped.

I wish there was a way to make hot water in the room.

The staff behind reception were really friendly and helped with all my questions for the area. Changed my room so I could check in earlier too. I'm not a "foodie" but I had a 3 course meal in the hotel restaurant and again, the staff were great and the food was too. Would definitely stay here again.

I really can't fault the hotel or staff. So the only thing I'll say is that the gym was unavailable. Don't know why, maybe fixing something, but this really is nitpicking.

Séjour incroyable pendant les fêtes de Bilbao

L’accueil du personnel adorable et serviable. Et l’emplacement de l’hôtel est top !! A moins de 15 minutes à pied du musée et moins de 10 minutes de la veille ville. Parking de l’hôtel à proximité

Même si le parking est ultra sécurisé il reste un peu cher

Ottimo hotel in zona tranquilla e centrale

Ottimo hotel, proprio di fronte al ponte di Calatrava e in zona perfetta per visitare tutti i punti di interesse della città, anche a piedi. Stanza nuova, dotata di ogni comfort e molto pulita. Ottimo anche il ristorante/bar, dove volendo si può fare colazione. Grande disponibilità dello staff.

La nostra stanza aveva un affaccio su un cortile interno un po' bruttino, ma era ben segnalato al momento della prenotazione. Le stanze con suggestivo affaccio sul fiume richiedono un budget diverso.

A pleasant hotel on the shores of the river close to the footbridge across to the city centre.

Convenient location to Guggenheim and Bilboa museums and restaurants. Comfortable room.

Breakfast was awful. All cooked items were stone cold without any attempt to keep warm. Cold meats looked sweaty. Orange juice had black bits floating and tasted unpleasant.

Helpful staff but suggestion to clean air vents & have fan system for when AC is not available.

Staff were very friendly & helpful. Convenient location.

Air vents were extremely dirty with lots of dust fibers hanging out of the vents. Air conditioning is turned off from approximately 2AM - 10:30 AM which makes room stagnant as there's no type of fan. I was told I could open windows but then rooms across the way could see into my room. Suggestion to please clean the air vents & provide a type of fan for air flow. Also pillows are very flat & uncomfortable.

wonderful location and customer service

very nice modern hotel within walking distance to the Guggenheim and old town. We shipped some boxes ahead and they were very good about holding them for us. Breakfast was also very good.

Amazing

This 3 star hotel really raised the expectation for what I expect in a 3 star now, feel like I now have to opt for a 4 star hotel elsewhere for the same experience I found here. The lobby is really nice, everything was perfect.

The bathrooms did not have locks.

great place, but they didn’t take good care of us

the location was great and added a bit of a new atmosphere to the visit

we did stay in a triple room, which was wall to wall to another building which had construction works going on, so we were waken up every morning with banging and construction noises. We did query after the first night whether that was normal and we were told at reception that they were from next building and they couldn’t do anything. After checking there were still rooms of the same size available to change, however we were never offered a change of room, moreover we were asked to cope with it. that was definitely a disappointment.
