Standard business hotel with appropriate standard and equipment

Hotel was close to my customer, offers a parking area, the attached restaurant was ok, the room was of adequate size, good breakfast, the room was clean and in a good shape with apropiate equipment

hotel room door could not be secured, and very noisy towards the corridor, very noisy also towards the street all night with traffic, one evening with no WLAN, the other days it worked temporarily,

It was relatively clean.

The stuff didn’t speak English well. Breakfast was with very limited options and not good quality.

Dissapoibted by quality for the price

Shower head broken, bed lamp broken, staff taking for ages to check-in, could not find my booking. Breakfast very basic, not even scrambled eggs or anything warm. WiFi did not work at all. All this would be fine for 20-30 EUR/night stay. Not for a hotel asking for 70 EUR for night ….. in Italy …. outside of center.

Location was as expected and parking was easy. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Needs cleaning and maintenance. First room we were given had a broken for frame and the door couldn't open and close properly. Generally a nice place in bad need of cleaning and repair.

Superb

The staff were friendly. I was able to store my bicycle for free. The room was clean and had all I needed. Good breakfast.

It is a bit far from the city center.

Thank you for the accommodation

Stayed for a short stay. It was a comfortable room although the location is a bit far off from the city centre. So one would need to consider having a car which I had rented. So I do not know if public transport is available. The staff was very welcoming. Breakfast was also tasty.

Good value, not much to write home about

Stayed here as we arrived late from a ferry in Malta and we were worried we wouldn't catch the ferry to mainland. Good place to stay if you have a car - private spacious parking was available. Room okay, pet-friendly, breakfast decent-enough (not amazing but certainly had MUCH worse in Italy - at least you got some savoury items here). Overall good value for money and decent place for a stop-over before catching the ferry (a little bit of a drive still but manageable).

Hotel, well past it’s prime, staffed by motivated friendly staff

Property is a wilted flower, and no longer deserves to be part of the Hotel Europa chain. Hotel’s restaurant served mediocre food by hard working and friendly staff.

Very good

Good value for your money. Despite the fact that that the hotel remembers better times, it still provides comfortable rooms which fullfill travelers need. Provided breakfast was good. Distance to the city center is balanced with the option to park your car for free in the hotel area.

Comfortable beds.Pretty good breakfast.Nice waiters.

In my opinion it is not 4 stars hotel.The fridge was broken,dirty walls in my room.In the bathroom was a little bit old the bath not a shower.

In a remote place, be ready to speak perfect Italian if you need anything

The price for the services is very good. We had a room looking on the sea side and it was quite calm. Breakfast is quite decent!

It is a little remote and google maps guided us in the near but wrong location. The employees tried their best, but not speaking any foreign languages it was quite a challenge, specifically in the restaurant!
