non so se ci tornerei

storico albergo con corpi separati buona posizione e bel verde

colazione un pò scarsa per il livello va bene per un 2 3 stelle, spiaggia privata a pagamento e con pochi servizi, anche la piscina è a pagamento (la piscina a pagamento per gli ospiti è una cosa inaudita) e va subito in ombra, in definitiva al di sotto delle aspettative, personale gentile professionale ma freddo e non attento alle esigenze del cliente.

IL GRANDE ALBERGO MIRAMARE E' UN POSTO STUPENDO, UNA SPIAGGIA SPAZIOSA NON CAOTICA, SEMBRA DI STARE ALLE MALDIVE. ACQUA DEL MARE PULITA. PERSONALE DELLA SPIAGGIA CORTESE EGENTILE. LA PISCINA E' TRANQUILLA E CURATA. LA COLAZIONE E' SUPER E DI QUALITA': VI SONO DELLE TORTE DI OTTIMA QUALITA' E LA FRUTTA SUPER SAPORITA. TANTO VERDE, FIORI BELLISSIMI E CURATI, UNA TERRAZZA DOVE SI FA COLAZIONE CHE TI RIGENERA SOLO A GUARDARE IL PANORAMA INTRISO DI COLORI CHE VANNO DAL VERDE DELLE PIANTE AI COLORI TENUI DEI FIORI AL COLORE AZZURRO DEL MARE E DELLA PISCINA.....E' UN POSTO INCANTEVOLE

Access to the beach and the view from the room are the best thing about this hotel

Poor A/C in the room; poor A/C in the breakfast area. Limited breakfast options. No place to buy lunch.

Too expensive, not user friendly and poor breakfast

Functioning airco

Shower was way to small. No continental breakfast. Swimming pool was 15€ per person per day!!!! And the hotel was very old. Way too expensive for what it has to offer.

Rooms and furniture too old.. Beach service was not included in the reservation done through booking but this was not clear and not communicated at the beginning of the stay

Really beautiful property, amazing garden and beach. The staff is really nice, the rooms are comfortable and pretty.

The food at the restaurant was expensive and really disappointing. The wine was not good either. It seems they were short staffed when we were there.

We were impressed with how the staff greeted and remembered us everyday, despite the many guests; it made us feel special.

We didn't like that there were daily fees for the use of the pool and the beach. It would be great if these fees were waived.

Nice location near the harbor with friendly staff. Very nice surrounding with a pool and beach access.

The breakfast was cut short with the mass of bees that seem to be living somewhere very close to the eating area. Not a very nice experience on that front.

Beautiful hotel for 1-2 night stay, but not for longer time.

Hotel was beautiful and outdoor areas and garden were in good shape. Air condition worked and showers were efficient. Scenery from our room was so beautiful, sea and sun!

Breakfast was a little disappoinment, everything was in single packages and only fresh fruits were kiwis, bananas and perrys. Cheese and meat were out almost every morning, and we had to ask them more. Also what was surprising, that this was first hotel, where we had to pay extra per day, when wanted to use pool or beach! And it wasn't cheap! Kids were not allowed to play with ball at the pool...I even went to the frontdesk to ask about it, but it was forbidden!!! Come on! Also during our stay, there was a huge weddingparty at the hotel. We didn't get any information about that and walking in your beach clothes while others are in suits and gowns... I wished, the hotel would have given us information about the event beforehand.

Fantastic views, room & food.

There was the sound of water in our room all night. When I mentioned it the next day, they said they knew all about it. Why did they put us in that room? Very frustrating, but everything else was great!

Disappointing

Lovely hotel set in beautiful grounds. Rooms were classic Italian style and a great size.

Had to pay extra on check out for using the beach and pool during our stay which we were unaware of. Thought they’d be included in hotel fees. Staff were pretty unhelpful at times and didn’t even show us to our room or help with our bags, just gave us a key and sent us on a goose chase looking for our room!
