We got a food intoxication after ordering a salmon tartar from their restaurant (room service). As you can imagine this ruined our trip. We asked reception to provide us with some medicine, which they did. Nevertheless, they were unable to deliver it to the room (knowing how poorly we were feeling, I had to get up and get the medicine at the reception. As they were unable to put it on the hotel bill we had, they insisted that we make a banking transfer immediately, which didn’t work. That basically forced us to get to town, withdrawn money in order to pay for the medicine. When doing the check out, they asked us to pay the room service bill which got us both ill. After longer discussions with the reception, they finally accepted to not charge us the bill. That’s what I call amateurism for a hotel of this standard.
Apart from that, the room amenities are FAR from what you can expect of a hotel of this standard. Be aware, the pictures posted on their website or on the Booking page do not reflect reality. As you can see below, we have posted several pictures of our room. First, one of the 2 shower palms was not working at all. Some unexpected water temperature fluctuations made our every day bath very unpleasant.
Then, as you can see on the picture, the shower floor is in such poor state that half of the floor sticks to your feet while taking a shower. Not to mention the very handsome cobweb (spider net) that cleaning service did not notice during our whole stay (4 nights).
Another point regarding the cleaning service. After getting back to our room on the third day, we noticed a strong and awful smell of cleaning product when opening the door of our room. The toilet has not been flushed by cleaning service after adding the cleaning product which left a strong smell in the whole room. Not to mention that we run out of toilet paper and that new toilet paper rolls haven’t been added by cleaning service. We had to call reception to get new rolls.

It’s beautiful, airy, beautiful beach, well decorated. Breakfast is amazing and staff is very helpful. Food is delicious and drinks too.
Cleanliness of one of my rooms. It could have been a bit better.
4.8
Helpful staff, excellent food and drinks, friendly and calm atmosphere, size of the room, proximity of room to facilities and best of all... to the beach!
The smell of humidity perhaps in the bathroom was a bit too strong, although there was no mold to be seen anywhere.
And the first night, the strong organic smell on the corridor in front of the door to our room
