This is a hotel decorated and cared with love. The ambient is amazing - truly relaxing! Pool area is really amazing and the rooms are very nice too. Due to its location slightly out of the city, it is also rather quiet (which we loved). They also offer some programs such as Pilates or Yoga, music show, etc. which is different every day.
There is little place to hang clothes or store things in the room.
You have to walk around 10 minutes from the city center to get to the hotel

surprenant un tel hotel dans cette ville
charmant serviable bon restaurant

Perfectly organised staff.
Liked the breakfast and activities, like music at dinner time and the pool party.

5.0
The food.
Rooms are small and dogs barking at night (located right next to a public area accessible for the many dogs in San Pedro). Impossible to block light from entering the room with thin curtains.
Lack of shade in pool area and restaurant area makes it impossible to make use of the facilities.
Drink prices are way above "normal Chilean prices" with beers starting over 10 USD.
In general there are a lot better options for comparable price in San Pedro.

La comida, la ubicación y la amabilidad del personal
Demora en desayunos. Falta de detalles, como seguros básicos ventanas. Lo managers siempre alimentándose. Tomando jugo de naranja cuando a los clientes nos.dijeron que no había....

very nice accommodation. lovely rustic style but super cute. the pool and the grounds were very nice as well
poor breakfast and the restaurante does not offer any local food and not the best quality

House is beautiful and private. The outside shower so lovely, we really enjoyed our stay there.
They have the same card for dinner and lunch which gets a bit repetitive. Moreover, there are very few options to choose from. A little more variety could gave got this place 10/10.

The location and the place are absolutely stunning, it was a real pleasure. The grounds are very well kept and just arriving felt like being transported into another world. Very calm and beautiful place.
The WiFi is really only ok in reception/the pool area. In the rooms it didn't work at all but then again do you need WiFi when you're in a place like the Atacama Desert? Breakfast could have been better and charging 2£ for a single Nespresso pod is a little Outrage but again, in context of where you are I guess you have other priorities. There is no fridge in the room so that's something to keep in mind if you want to cool drinks in a very warm place.

Very clean, friendly staff
far location and poor wifi

the best hotel in San Pedro de Atacama. They took care of all little details, wonderful gardens, great breakfast, decoration of every space.
The pool is gorgeous but the water too cold to enjoy it . Maybe a solar heater would be great

the property is like an oasis. each room is constructed to look like an adobe cottage with a small balcony or courtyard. the surroundings are lush and green with carefully tended gardens. Lovely to wake up to chirping birds. the staff is fantastic, they made eggs for breakfast, according to our preference and really work hard. the menu for breakfast lunch and dinner is limited, so I recommend inly if you are too tired to go out. The only “cons” is the distance from the Main Street. it is only a half mile walk, but after long excursions and the heat, it felt like much at times.

The helpful and friendly staffs in the kitchen and front desk (especially Marvela), the beautiful design of the courtyard.

the decor was beautifully done and the staff went above an beyond to help us. We had an issue with a local guide and the manager escorted us to the police and helped us make a report. He was beyond helpful and charming on top of that!
The pool closes at 6 but to be fair it gets really cold at night so you wouldn’t want to swim anyhow.

It is a very nice hotel, every room is actually a villa in the garden.
Very nice and comfortable atmosphere, a relaxing place. Room is tide and in a quiet area.
The first night I stay in 213 quite far from the lobby almost no internet signal.
The second entry they gave me 102 which is close to the lobby has a better internet.
The food in restaurant is horrible, if you are not too tried to walk never dine in the hotel.
The bill plus 10% tips should be 19250CPL then they said there is no change, asked me to pay in credit card (which in Chile, if you pay in card, there is a extra service charge) quite ridiculous reason for 4-star hotel.

Room was big and the hotel grounds are picturesque.
We asked multiple times for towels without getting any. There is no air con and no option to get a stand alone fan. Considering the price, Breakfast is extremely limited, the hours for lunch is also limited. This hotel would be good value for money if it was between 80-100 dollars per night.

We loved the property, it was very nice just to have some downtime to relax between excursions
It is not a problem, but it is about 10 minute walk from town on a dusty road

The property, room and garden where just perfect! great location away from town, but only 10 minutes to Atacama. I want to thank Claudia for her attention.
The water in the pool is so freezing, that hardly anyone could enjoy it. Should add a solar heater.
Restaurant menu is very limited and boring, overpriced for the food! still suffering from post pandemic stress…

The entire hotel is very beautiful, the owner has a very good taste, nice arts, gardens. The breakfast also is very good.
The first night was at room 121, the room is near to street, as usual in Atacama, it has a lot of street dogs, during the night I barely slept because of the barking. In the beginning of morning a lot of birds in the bushes in front of the room. The window does not have a good curtain to protect from the light. I complain about and they changed us to room 103, this was much better, we could sleep without noises and light. The other point that I read in the comments and didn't think was important is the wifi signal, but it is and a lot. Everyday after tour everybody usually share it with friends, talk to family, backup stuff online and most important, plan the next day, this planning is impossible without internet and it is very annoying needs to leave your room after a pretty exhausting day in Atacama to go reception room to get signal for internet.

Great style and local design.
A little far from the center of town, but still an easy walk.

The design of the hotel was very beautiful and cozy. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly!
Every room was on separate little house and had a strong heating system at nights.
In our room there were little problems with shower that was leaking and flooded a bit our bathroom.

clean, relaxing, great gardens
packed lunch very disappointing. especially given the overall quality of restaurant food.

clean and good service
lack of heat in the bedroom during winter and they should provide better breakfast options for guests who go on early morning tours

The site is behind a very private gate really close to San Pedro and all the restaurants, etc, like a 10 min walk. The site itself is beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable, well decorated, and cozy. The staff is extremely nice and helpful! Would stay again
Wi-fi was a little weak which was a con when we wanted to stream before sleeping

Nice staff, beautiful surroundings and a restful stay! This is not exactly in the centre but roughly a 7-10 minute walk out of San Pedro - but it always felt completely safe for us as 2 female travellers. The facilities are lovely and their small lunch and dinner menu is very nice, especially for us as we arrived late and were a bit tired to venture into town. A great hotel suggestion for San Pedro is Abode restaurant in the centre!
The breakfast is simple but nice and they always have free tea, coffee and cakes 24hours a day which was a delight!
The Internet is not great in the rooms but hey you are in the middle of the desert!

I plan to return
