The apartment was wonderful and within easy walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and Loule' city center. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the balcony

Well appointed, spacious apartment in a good location. All the facilities that you could want to do eat in and plenty of restaurants nearby if you want to eat out. We even enjoyed the Algarve New Year fireworks display from the balcony. Loulé is a great location for exploring different parts of the Algarve, such as Alte and Tavira. The indoor market is market is worth a visit and there is great choice of supermarkets, Contenente is less than a 5 minute walk.

We were 5 sisters who had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment, which was spotless and had everything you need, the bed's are very comfortable and all had lovely balconys we would definitely stay here again thanks Ricardo.

This apartment was wonderful. It was in excellent condition, very roomy, with lots of natural light. It had everything we needed for our visit to Loulé. The city center, market and restaurants were all walkable. We would stay here again when returning to Loule.

Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und wunderschöner Aussicht. Alle Zimmer haben einen Balkonzugang, Klimaanlage und automatische Jalousien. Auch im Sommer nicht zu heiß, sondern luftig.

Schöne große Wohnung und ein sehr netter Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Schade ist, dass man nur einen einzigen deutschen Sender bekommt, die deutsche Welle. Sie sendet leider nur Wiederholungen. Im Gebäude ist ein Café, wo man morgens gute Brötchen bekommt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, ein Fußmarsch ins Zentrum von Loule, zum Beispiel an die Markthalle, dauert keine 10 Minuten. Alles in allem eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft Martin und Ingeborg

Beware of being fined at this property !

I don't normally write reviews but have felt the need to following my experience with this host and property. Beware not to get caught out by this property fining you for minor things ! 4 days after we left the owner has charged a significant fee for cleaning despite his wife checking every room and fridge with us on check out and telling us all was fine and there was no issue on check out . Host has taken photos and I do hope the host posts these photos so all prospective guests can see what he charges for: Only minor crumbs / smudges on worksurface / fridge/dining table / hob and 1 rubbish bag filled with packaging from new pillows provided by host ( see below ) ! Overall I found property is average and dated in places especially bedrooms. Dirty floors indoors - we noticed after a very short time walking indoors barefoot ( especially in covid times). No normal sleeping pillows provided - just very old lumpy and worn IKEA big square reading pillows -just not comfortable and had to get owner to replace. I was willing to accept average standard but the situation with cleaning has left a bad feeling for our stay in the end and host has not been helpful to get a satisfactory resolution for both parties. We are happy to leave the property reasonably clean but we definitely don’t come on holiday to do the job of the cleaner for the check in of the next guests ! ( host keeps on asking how would I feel if I were the next guest to use the property) There is a difference.

habitués des locations tous les ans en espagne et bien d’autres pays , cette prestation mérite le détour . Appartement dans résidence de très bonne facture , tout à proximité ( à pied !! ) grandes surfaces : centre ville piéton : etc par ailleurs les belles plages à 15 mn en voiture . nous avons aimé un max . allez y et surtout l’appartement est très bien

Superbe appartement luxueux (même si le ménage des anciens vacanciers était plus qu'à désirer voir inexistant) vue imprenable, literie au top!!!! Emplacement idéal à côté du centre de Loulé. De loin la meilleure location que nous avons en Algarve vraiment et la propriétaire est super!!!! Très bonne adresse à retenir 😊

Limpo, arrumado e perfeitamente adequado a férias em família. Não tem exaustor, o que faz com que os cheiros fiquem espalhados pela casa. No geral, uma experiência a repetir.

Superbe appartement avec ce qu'il faut pour y passer un bon séjour. Idéalement placé (commerces, restaurant, superbe marché couvert). Pas trop loin des sites interressant de l'Algarve.

un espace a vivre tres agréable bien exposé et lumineux. (climatisation mobile a disposition bien que pas nécessaire appartement ventilé ) très bien situé proche de tout commerce et plages. nous avons passé excellentes vacances!

+ Tolle Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung, sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Parken kein Problem, nettes Kaffee im Gebäude. - Klimaanlage stand in der Wohnungsbeschreibung, gibt es aber nicht. Nachts lüften war teilweise sehr laut durch durchgängiges Hundegebell bis in den Morgen (vielleicht ist irgenwo in der Umgebung ein Tierheim, kann mir das ansonsten nicht erklären) Großer Fernseher im Wohnzimmer ist vom Bild her bei vielen Programmen gestört (Schneegestöber), hat uns aber nicht so sehr gestört, da keine deutschsprachigen Programme, haben wir auch nur wenig fern gesehen. Mein Fazit: Wer eine große Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung sucht, einen Mietwagen hat um an den Strand zu fahren, hat hier eine schöne Unterkunft. Eine Familie aus Deutschland.

Excellent séjour

Très bel et très spacieux appartement. Situé dans un immeuble récent, il bénéficie d'une excellente situation dans un quartier encore en construction, à trois minutes à pied des commerces et à dix minutes du centre. Une belle terrasse permet de profiter de la vue sur la mer au loin. Un accueil parfait d'Antoinette la belle-sœur du propriétaire.

Appartement très agréable ,vaste,lumineux ,correctement équipé, vue sur un environnement sympathique;le stationnement du véhicule est facile .L'immeuble est récent et propre.La ville de LOULE est accueillante, sa situation permet des visites tout azimut ;l'accés aux plages se fait assez facilement en voiture

Tout était parfait, l'appartement est splendide et très propre. Il est de plus très bien situé avec commerces à proximité, centre ville et plage à 10 minutes. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances et les enfants s'en souviennent encore. Nous l'avons recommandé à des amis qui y ont séjourné en septembre et étaient ravis.
