Comfortable and conveniently located hotel.

Big room for family of 7. Very central and close to many amenities around. Breakfast spread could be improved.

No pool for children. Troublesome logins to access wifi.

Normal pleasant stay only .

The check in and check out speed .

The aircon compressor was annoying and noisy ! Can’t sleep the whole night .The bath room sewer system was stuck.

dissapointing, will not book the same hotel again.

Good location

not value for money. the price we paid does not tally with the room standard. the room is old and the shower head is broken. there is no laundry bag as well.

The bedsheets is soft and comfortable.

The aircon not cool and quite less people staying. I have the second bad experience staying. Change room from level 16 to 15 due to aircon issue. Pillow also not goo h

we enjoy the stay.

we have higher floor with some sea view. Kids like it very much. breakfast food is not many choices but their service is good. check out time also very fast.

hair dryer in the toilet is dangerous for customer where the cable have many connected points with rubber tape which is not proper way. Hope the management will look into it.

Points to improve.

1) Poor TV Signal even through local channels. 2) Poor shower experience due to low water pressure in the bathroom. 3) Aircon is not cool enough. 4) During room cleaning time, suggest checking the drain of the shower area whether it is stuck or not.

The breakfast is very nice and the variety of the buffet is wide. The parking is good. The room is nice.

However, the check-in process is a bit slow.

Worth the price

The layout of the hotel room deco and the location is quite near (walking distance) to the restaurants and other places of interest. The amenities (toothbrush, sewing kit, shaver, shower cap, shower/shampoo soap).

The hotel needs a major cleaning: balcony floor and walls are dusty, mold on bathroom walls, discolored and old towels due to long overused/washed. I would say it is not the cleanest hotel ive been.

Nothing much to expect from a 4-star hotel

Strategically located within walking distance to the coach bay, and responsible staff members when it comes to locked safety deposit box and lost and found item.

Phone and fridge didn't work. The latter we only realize until check out. Also my bed had stubby spots which was later revealed to be threads coming off the bed surface.

5D4N Malacca trip after covid

Bed comfy. Location convenient.

Looks like a 2-3 star hotel. From walkway to room already look rundown. Toilet wall mouldy. Towel old & stains. Housekeeping hard to get even after multiple calls. Hv to call reception. Door lock ledge damaged but still can lock. TV reception bad. AC sometimes not cold. Hv to on & off. 5 days of same breakfast. Was alot better before COVID Will not return again.
