Everything was fantastic ! The staff were all so friendly and wanted to help our wherever possible. Their complimentary shuttle bus made it so easy to get to Otranto town and beach clubs close by. It was my birthday when I checked in and they went above and beyond to make me feel special. We will be back!

everything was perfect. my only complaint is that our air conditioner didn't work that well.

Can fault this stunning Masseria. Friendly and helpful staff…nothing is a problem. Most beautiful and tranquil location….highly recommend it. We loved our stay at the Baglioni Mu

room, pool and spa very nice.
food in restaurant was not great. menu limited and frankly preparation was sub par. probably worst meal we had in stay in puglia. that’s a shame.

Breakfast was OK, somewhat varied (buffet), but nothing extraordinary. Some staff spoke only limited English
At their price level, I expect all their staff to speak excellent English. They did not have a price list for the minibar, we ended up paying for something wr thoughy it was for free.

Secluded masseria, very relaxing, excellent service
Amazing infinity pool
Food was a little too expensive but very good quality. In my opinion, if the food was at the average price of good restaurants In the region it would make more sense to eat there more than once. Beds were comfy but 🥅 Pillows could be improved

The rooms are confortable and the pool is great!!
Despite saying there were activities for kids, it was not very well communicates the agenda and activities.

A very relaxing few days - fantastic service and beautiful rooms with very comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms - fantastic showers. Everything was of the highest quality. Fabulous restaurant with a view of the sunset. A drink at the Limonea terrace bar before supper was particularly special. Pricey but worth it for a perfect relaxing holiday.

The hotel had recently opened and the staff made everything as smooth as possible. We received an upgrade when we arrived, which was a nice surprise.
We had a lovely three days there.
Was wonderful.

This was my second stay at Masseria Muzza - I was there 3 years ago and loved it so much I had to go back. The rooms are huge, airy and all decorated in white. The pool and service offerings are wonderful. The dinner was amazingly delicious and the servers (Palmiero and Luca) were marvelous. When you stay here you can truly relax and feel pampered.
There was one woman at reception who wasn’t particularly enthusiastic or helpful but that was an outlier. Everyone else made us feel very welcome.

location
the view is amazing
the transport to the beach was really handy
staff at the restaurant was very kind
bathrooms were dirty on arrival and never cleaned
linen bedding feels like sandpaper
16 euro for a ham and cheese toast
+10% if you want your cocktail by the swimming pool (4 metres from the normal tables)
espresso capsules and tea bags in the room (generally given for free everywhere) will cost you 2 euro each
constant knocking on your room to ask if it was cleaned
I would happily forget of all the above points if the cleaning standards were met for a property with this price per night.

The property is beautiful, but the items below stand out more than the others:
The service-oriented attitude of the staff
The swimming pool and the view
The free access to the spa and the quality of the spa facilities
The room and its private patio
The amazing breakfast buffet
Nothing really…maybe one minor thing: not a big fan of the beach. The hotel organizes shuttle to the private beach. The service works well. Despite the private area for the clients of the hotel, the beach is crowded and there is no privacy feeling. There is also only a public bar delivering drinks and snacks but it is accessible to any person at the beach.

Stylish getaway with spacious rooms, breathtaking infinity pool, and outstanding breakfast. The staff was truly great - highly courteous and well-trained. When our car’s battery failed, they organized a new one and the house technician replaced it without charging for the work, saving us half a day of hassle. Awesome!
The 10% service charge for pool orders is unusual for a 5-star hotel, and also reduces consumption

breakfast was very good
staff friendly, everybody could not speak English, sometimes a problem
chose a more expensive room as it had a Jacuzzi, it was cold and the paint peeled off, we could not use it, we complained but with no response.
Room was very spacious and beautifull!!

Breakfast was wonderful, lots of fresh fruit, meats, eggs, bread and brioches. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were really big. We were in a lovely part of the masseria that was quiet with it's own patio. The renovation of the old masseria is lovely, and the facilities are great, including the spa/gym which is hard to find in hotels in Puglia. The pool is their standout feature, as is the gorgeous sunset.
In my opinion - this place is very good, but not superb. My partner and I don't believe there was a great deal of value for the price paid. I have stayed at a number of 5 star hotels (and non 5 star hotels) and I don't believe this was up there for us, I am afraid to admit. The masseria is gorgeous, and the sunset is amazing. However, I stood on a piece of broken glass that my partner informed the waiter to pick up that remained on the ground for 3 days, and sometimes the service was a bit slow for a 5 star hotel. I.e. having to get your own towels at the pool each day while the pool boys sit under a tree. I also believe that the location just a bit too far south compared to other more buzzy parts of Puglia - but we probably could have researched that a little bit better. Having a car is absolutely necessary.
