Outside area with plenty of room for outside activities. Lot of things to do for kids. Swimming pool for kids. Dogs, horses and other animals. Good place to make dinner.
Of course be careful with the road. But it’s in the middle of farming fields, so it’s OK. Drive slowly last 1km and no problem.

Nice and fair place. The personnel were speaking English and always supporting and helping. The WiFi works perfectly and with great coverage. Very calm place welcoming kids and pets.
The furniture and the dishes are too old and not well maintained. The bed is the minimum expected one and the commodities are also very limited. The access is complicated but well-indicated.

Very cheap, clean, comfortable, good contact with the owner

Really good price for a cosy, spacefull and clean room.
The kitchen was devoid of pots and pans but one little pot.
The Wi-Fi wasn’t working.
The hitter switched off by itself in the evening (winter time).

As the hotel is quite hard to find (located several kilometers out of the village), the manager sent us detailed travel instructions. so it was no problem to drive there.

Gravel Road ín bad condition, small room, beds are for 2 person instead of 3. No blanket and pilow. Staff not helpfull.

The cottage is in a green area, ideal for biking or trekking. The rooms have a small kitchen with stoves, kettle a d fridge and they are very clean. The wooden building gives a nice countryside touch.
To reach the cottage by car, you need to drive through a field, in the dark if it's by night. Not ideal for low cars as the path has stones at times.

The setting of the house is great - the nearby stream and the remoteness, and the outside facilites - the playground, the open fire area...make it a perfect getaway.
The room - studio was compact, but comfortable.
The road that leads to the mlyn is not the best, but still, we found the accommodation suitable for daytrips to Jihlava, Trebič, Telč. There is also a natural pool (biotop) not far from the mlyn, which looked lovely, but was unfortunately closed for the day when we were there.
Rollerblinds on the window would be a great add-on, as it gets really bright really early in the morning.

the people of this place is asking for more money at departure. also we nearly destroyed our car going there. the road is not made for all types of car. there is no humanity there. you just a number. at first the nature and animals message attracted me… but its just all very fake.

Fabulous owner ! Good and friendly communication. Price was real bargain. Fantastic location. Traveled with my 18-yrs old son and we needed simply a rest through the night, while travelling through Europe. Perfect for that.
Bear in mind this is a rural place. You might get spiders inside (as we did). Overall furniture, beds etc were to say... too simple to our liking? Also to get there you need to drive through a field road, off beaten track ! This could be a problem if you have a low-suspension car.

The bed was comfortable. Late night check-in was possible. The room had all the necessary.
The price was a bit steep, considering that it was a small, modest room in a farm. The bed was okay, but the blanket was small. I basically had to decide whether to have my neck covered, or my feet out (I'm 1.76). The worst part was that our neighbors had small children and at 7 am they were already runnind around (literally), talking loudly and knocking on things. Unfortunately the walls are very thin and our sleep was disrupted, even though I was wearing earplugs.

Clean and calm
If you do not have a land vehicle, do not try, there is no road, and if you will pay in a currency other than your country money or credit card, they will take your extra money.

Nice calm dogs, playing with the kids :)
At his place it depends heavily where you are housed. The new building looks quite comfortable, it has big rooms, reasonable equipped baths and a fireplace. But the old building is scruffy, stinky, dirty and dark. There is almost no light in there, very weak light bulbs in the shared kitchen so that you almost cannot see your dishes and food. Same for the bedroom, it's not possible to see the stuff in your luggage or read a book at the evening, because it is so dark there.
We were placed at some room on the upper floor with a tiny crappy bathroom. There was something like a shower tub, but I have no idea how it is supposed to be used, you cannot stand there, just sit. Apart from that it was really yukky, nor my wife or my kids overcome to take a shower in there. There is also a questionable and dangerous electric socket installation just above the shower in the corner, so watch out to not sprinkle water into the socket during shower!
We were visiting the place in Winter. Be aware that the road to this place is unpaved, and during rainy days the chance is high that you get stuck with your car, unless you have a 4x4 drive.
The problem with this hostel is that the description of rooms during the booking procedure is kind of mixed. There is no clear separation between the very different standards of rooms and apartments.
At the end I was attacked by the nice looking photos of the new building with the nice rooms and equipment (like many others guests). So unless you are there and get your room it's unclear where you are housed.
The rooms in old building should not be offered to guests!

Nothing
Absolutely not as advertised and located several km off the finished road network, very bad road pretty much only suited for 4 x 4 traffic, as we arrived several other customers were leaving complaining about dirty rooms ... NOT HAPPY with this one, the host was not there and was hard to contact by telephone
