Bright, cozy apartment with a breathtaking view on the Gulf of Poets. The house is on the hills of Lerici, surrounded by nature and quiet. Private entrance and parking. The location is ideal to reach the town of Lerici even by foot (20 mins downhill) or bus (frequent service during summer).
The apartment is completely renewed and it consists of a kitchen, an openspace livingroom and dining room, a large balcony with laundry corner and a toilet on the ground floor; three bedrooms and a second toilet on the firts floor. The apartment is furnished with washing machine, dish washer, hair dryer, fridge, fans. The balcony is accessible from both the kitchen and the living room. We have wifi.
Before your arrival we sanitize the apartment using an ozone-emitting machine (Airwater plus) certified by the Ministry of Health (prot. n. 24482 of July 31, 1996 and "disinfectant agent in the treatment of air and water" with CNSA of October 27, 2010).
Check in (13-22pm): We always welcome our guests in person, so that we can help them with everything they need. We are also available during the stay for every request.
Tourist tax 4,00€ per person/night (for the first 5 nights) to deposit at check in. It does not apply to children to 12 years old.

The house is on the hills of Lerici, in a quiet location. You can easily reach (even on foot) the towns nearby, such as La Serra (800 mt) and Lerici (1,5 km), but also Tellaro (4 km), Pugliola (1 km), Monte Marcello (7 km).
The view from the house is stunning: you can see the whole Gulf of Poets, Lerici, Porto Venere, the isles Palmaria and Tino.
The location is perfect for everyone: we have a lot of pathways of those who love trekking, both equipped and free beaches, hidden bays, restaurants, a fervent nightlife (during summer), beautiful towns on the sea, medieval towns in the countryside, vineyards, the main historical cities in the north easily reachable (Pisa, Florence, Milan, Genoa, Forte dei Marmi, Turin, Bologna etc)...
The closest stations are in Sarzana (7,5 km) and La Spezia (11 km).
Le Cinque Terre - The Five Lands - (about 30 km) can be reached by car or train from La Spezia. From Lerici, during summer, there are boats to Porto Venere, Palmaria, Cinque Terre, Levanto, Tellaro, La Spezia.

We had the privilege of spending 3 weeks in Enrica and Severino’s place. The property is spacious, beautifully redone and has one of the best views of the entire gulf. The house is well distributed and has everything you need to enjoy a stay short or long. The hosts are local and extremely responsive should you need anything. We hope we have the opportunity to stay again!

The location was very clean and nicely furbished. The view from the terrace is spectacular and we even spotted a submarine coming in. Everything was fine and as described. Parking is a bit further up the road, but was always easy. You can walk down to the centre and beaches. It takes about 20-25 minutes. The hosts very very friendly and welcoming. We had a great stay!

The apartment is very large and spacious, we immediately felt comfortable. Realy fantastic was the view over Lerici!
We would like to add a small possibility for improvement: a better and larger pan would make food preparation even easier.

My parents stayed at the villa for about 2 months, and it was perfect for them and their multiple guests.
Severino & Enrica we’re wonderful, they even picked my parents up from the train station in LaSpezia and drove them to the apartment. I stayed with my parents for about 3 weeks and met the host personally too.
Just as advertised. There is a bus and a walking path into Lerici which are both very convenient and parking very close by if you have a car.

Très jolie maison avec vue exceptionnelle sur le golfe
La maison est très agréable avec une décoration maritime fraîche et reposante et tout le confort.
La vue sur le golfe est à couper le souffle. C'est un spectacle de prendre le petit déjeuner face à ce magnifique panorama.
Enrica et Severino sont adorables et donnent des conseils de visites si besoin.
Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir ici, si nous repassons par Lerici.

Mooi en gezellig appartement (eerder een huisje), met een balkon met prachtig uitzicht op Lerici/Bay of poets. Vriendelijk eigenaren - vlotte communicatie. Genoten van het uitzicht. Je kan te voet of met de bus naar Lerici. Tellaro en Montemarcello en Portevonero (per boot) en Carrara mijn (Campo Cecina) bezocht. Allen erg de moeite. Je kan mooi fietsen via Montemarcello naar het haventje van Bocca di Magra. Als je in de weg van de parking 1km naar boven rijdt kom je bij Osteria Redarca (erg gezellig, rustig en lekker restaurant). Topweek. groeten uit Edegem (Belgie)

Great apartment with an amazing view
Everything was great!! We (4 adults, one baby) booked the apartment for one week during our Italy holiday in 2020. Our reservation was very last minute but everything was perfect! The communication was very easy, Severino and Enrica responded very quickly. They even organized a bed for our baby daughter! The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped with a stunning view over poets bay. Just be aware that the walk back from dinner can be a bit hard ;) We can highly recommend a stay and will surly come back!!

Gerne bestätigen wir die positiven Aussagen der vorherigen Bewertungen.
Der Balkon bietet einen gigantischen Ausblick auf die Bucht von Lerici sowie nach Porto Venere und atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung und die liebevolle Einrichtung ließen fast keine Wünsche offen.
Jedoch haben wir eine große Bratpfanne gekauft und für nachfolgende Mieter dort gelassen damit man auch mal größer kochen kann. Die Lage ist wirklich optimal für Ausflüge in die Cinque Terre, nach Pisa und Lucca sowie in die apuanischen Alpen.
Einen besonderen Dank an unsere tollen Gastgebern Enrica und Severino für die Gastfreundschaft und tolle Unterstützung!

Il balcone offre una vista gigantesca sulla baia di Lerici, oltre che su Porto Venere e su tramonti mozzafiato.
L'attrezzatura dell'appartamento e l'amorevole arredamento non lasciavano quasi nulla a desiderare.
Tuttavia, abbiamo comprato una grande padella per friggere e l'abbiamo lasciata lì per i seguenti inquilini in modo che si possano cucinare pasti più grandi. La posizione è davvero ideale per escursioni alle Cinque Terre, a Pisa e Lucca e alle Alpi Apuane.
Un ringraziamento speciale ai nostri grandi padroni di casa Enrica e Severino per la loro ospitalità e il loro grande sostegno!

Gentilissimi i proprietari, incantevole la vista, appartamento confortevole e super attrezzato. Zona tranquilla, poco distante dal mare raggiungibile grazie ai pullman (la fermata si trova a pochi passi dall'appartamento).

Appartamento a pochi minuti dal centro. Grande disponibilità dei proprietari veramente deliziosi. Appartamento curato e pulitissimo. Materassi ottimi.
Dal terrazzo della casa si domina il golfo. La fermata del bus x accedere al centro è a pochi metri ed è molto ben servito, ma si può scendere a piedi in 20’. Disponibile parcheggio privato.
In totale darei un bel 10.

Das Haus hat einen gigantischen Ausblick auf die Bucht von Lerici. Wir haben diesen täglich sehr genossen! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung und die liebevolle Einrichtung ließen keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage war optimal, auch für Ausflüge in die Cinque Terre, nach Pisa und Lucca und in die apuanischen Alpen.

Rundum schön!
Ein sehr freundlicher und völlig unkomplizierter Empfang und dann zehn Tage in einem großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus, bei dem wir die Lage und den herrlichen Blick jeden Tag aufs Neue genossen haben. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir bedanken uns herzlich!

Bellissima casa con vista incantevole sul golfo di Lerici. La casa è fornita di ogni cosa, arredata con gusto tanto che a volte non si ha voglia di uscire per godere della pace e della vista dal balcone. I proprietari sono persone gentilissime . Tutto di positivo.

Super Appartement mit wunderschönem Ausblick
Ich bestätige die positiven Aussagen der vorherigen Bewertungen sehr gerne.
Sehr gut eingerichtetes und gepflegtes Apartment mit 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmern über 2 Ebenen.
Das Highlight ist der Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Bucht der Poeten. Klare Empfehlung den Tag mit Frühstück auf dem Balkon zu beginnen. Herrlicher kein ein Tag nicht starten.
Ein privater Parkplatz ist vorhanden und der Bus nach Lerici fährt 50 m vom Haus entfernt ab.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, sympathisch und hilfsbereit (z.B. bei der Miete eines Bootes oder anderen Fragen).

Tolles Haus in toller Umgebung
Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Blick über die Bucht ist atemberaubend schön. Der Fußweg in den Ort ist auch hoch gut machbar, aber das Teilstück an der schmalen Straße nicht ungefährlich.
Lerici ist ein sehr hübsches, aber auch lebendiges Städtchen.
Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, vielen Dank für alles!

Un magnifique séjour en Ligurie et les "cinque terre"
Très bon accueil à l'arrivée. Une location conforme au descriptif. Une maison très agréable, parfaitement équipée, décorée avec goût. Une vue à couper le souffle. Des propriétaires soucieux que leurs locataires passent un excellent séjour. Nous recommandons cette location.

Traumhaft
Die Lage oberhalb eines Olivenhains über der quirligen Stadt Lerici ist traumhaft. Ein Frühstück auf dem schattigen Balkon über der erwachenden Stadt, dafür muss der Besucher ausreichend Zeit einplanen. In die Stadt gelangt man mit dem Bus oder auf einem steilen und schmalen Fußweg. Mit dem Auto macht es keinen Sinn, zu wenige und zu teure Parkplätze.
Einziger Wermutstropfen: Der Eingang liegt an der Straße, Anhalten zum Be- und Entladen wegen der engen Straße nicht möglich. Das Gepäck muss zum Parkplatz getragen werden.

Una terrazza sul golfo di Lerici
Appartamento molto confortevole, con un balcone da cui si domina tutto il golfo di La Spezia.
I proproetari sono estremamente gentili e ti mettono davvero a tuo agio.
Si suggerisce avere un auto in quanto il centro città è un pò lontano per andarci a piedi

Herrliche Aussicht - tolles Apartment
Der Ausblick ist herrlich. Von fast allen Zimmern hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Bucht von Lerici, bis gegenüber nach Portovenere. Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, genug Platz für alles. Schöne Küche mit Geschirrspülmaschine, sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Zu Fuß zum Ort sind es 15-20min auf einem kleinen Pfad. Zurück zur Wohnung dauert es etwas länger oder man nimmt den Bus, der ein paar Meter von der Wohnung entfernt hält. Severin und Enrica sind sehr herzliche Vermieter und halten die Wohnung top in Schuss. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Schöner Urlaub, atemberaubende Aussicht
Sport und Entspannung in Lerici <3
Das Haus liegt an der Anhöhe kurz vor dem Ort La Serra, wo bei Marchi Anna eine kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist. Der Supermarkt EuroSpin ist in weniger als 10 Autominuten zu erreichen. Zwei kleine, teilweise sehr steile Fußwege führen runter nach Lerici (Zentrum, Hafen, Strand). In ca 20 Minuten sind wir direkt zum Strand in Santerenzo gelaufen (133HM). Direkt vom Haus aus haben wir unsere Wanderungen und Radtouren gestartet. Die Wanderwege sind gut gekennzeichnet (rot/weiß).
Die Lage des Hauses ist angenehm ruhig, im Vergleich zum Trubel direkt unten in Lerici. Von hier oben muss man aber immer ein paar Schritte und HM einplanen. Der private Parkplatz ist ca 200m entfernt.
Das Haus ist sehr groß und wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist nicht nur schön, sondern auch praktisch eingerichtet. Geschirr, Töpfe und Untensilien sind wirklich ausreichend vorhanden. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. (Geschirrspüler 👍)
Auf dem Balkon haben wir die Sonnenuntergänge bestaunt. Die Aussicht ist jederzeit atemberaubend.
@ Severino und Enrica: Vielen lieben Dank für den freundlichen Kontakt und die schnellen und hilfreichen Antworten. Uns hat es sehr in Lerici und vor allem in Eurem Haus gefallen. :) Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Ferienwohnung auch für Familien!!
Wir waren mit 4 Kindern (14,12,9 und 4 Jahre alt) da, die Ferienwohnung ist Hell und sauber, Die Aussicht top, Unterhalb ist eine Olivienplantage, oberhalb eine Straße. Es ging immer Wind, so das es auch ohne Klimaanlage möglich war, die Räume kühl zu bekommen. Die Wohnung liegt etwa 150 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel. Der Fußweg zur Stadt/Strand ist steil aber meine Kinder sind immer rauf und runter gelaufen (Es gab dort viele Eidechsen und Schmetterlinge zu sehen).. Gegenüber gab es aber auch eine Bushaltestelle. Der Ort und die Strände sind Toll und die Wohnung bietet alles was man für schöne Ferien mit der Familie braucht!! Familie G. aus Westfalen

Wunderbare Zeit, liebevolle Vermieter, super Wohnung
Wer einmal erleben will, dass Vermieter sich selbst freuen, wenn sie den Mietern ihrer Ferienwohnung einen guten Urlaub ermöglichen, der ist hier richtig. Severino und Enrica halten nicht nur die sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung mit dem tollen Ausblick voll im Schuss, sondern bestechen mit ihrer Herzlichkeit. Wir waren zu dritt dort, alle über 60! Der Bus fährt direkt bei der Wohnung ab. Er ist allerdings klapprig und fährt schon sehr flott in die Kurve. Man sollte gut stehen können. Der Weg zu Fuß in die Stadt dauert ca. 20-25 Minuten, bergab. Zurück ist es etwas anstrengend, zumindest für Untrainierte. Zwei Bäder, schönes Wohnzimmer, Wohnküche und drei Schlafzimmer schaffen viel Platz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke.

La casa è in una posizione ideale in un contesto tranquillo e silenzioso, con una vista impagabile sul Golfo. È molto curata, pulita e luminosa. Ben attrezzata e organizzata. I proprietari Enrica e Severino sono stati davvero disponibili e premurosi. Comodo parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze. È stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole.
