The stay was good if you improve on the above mentioned reason our stay wil be excepitional

We didn’t eat breakfast

There were no chairs for sitting when eating in our room. Please add chairs and a table for us to eat comfortably

I had an awesome week's stay

Comfortable stay, spacious rooms and good value for money. In central business distict hence close to all amenities. 3 minute walk to everything, banks, restaurants, just behind the president's offices as well hence quite safe

Hotel needs to renovate the rooms overall it’s a nice hotel it can be better

Qverall quiet area reception entrance nice

Rooms need extreme renovation curtains carpet’s windows couldn’t even close them Furniture had dust Sometimes no water to flush the toilet

Overally it was a disappointment, I needed a warm bath&bed but couldn't get

The water was running cold and the air-con wasn't working properly. The room was cold🥶

Locatuon perfect as it was un the CBD where u had business to do.

The bathroom was dirty. Shower door, wall tiles etc were just dirty. The stained corners of the shower cubcles you could tell it's accumulated dirt over a long period.

This was the worst visit ever, I have booked Rainbow Hotels previously and had good service with buffet but this time it

bedroom was tidy, and loved the set up

Bathroom was dirty carpet was not clean breakfast was not good, had limited breakfast and not Buffet. The lady who saved us was not sure, we had to keep asking her for food, and she was bringing one by one, better if it was Buffet we would make our own choice

Breakfast was good , staff was friendly, reception needs to be more welcoming,

Staff on reception could be more welcoming, maintenance overall needs attention, your maintenance engineer is friendly but needs assistance,

for R1500 ($100) this was probably the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyon

the room was dirty, half the plugs didn’t work, the restaurant area looked more like a boarding school mess hall and to top it off, no hot water for a shower!

Nothing.. Absolutely Noting.

Staff was very rude and arrogant, specially the receptionist. No good restaurant. Rooms are very old. No parking at all. Over all very bad experience. No value for money at all.

Nothing, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The bathroom, toilet couldn’t flush,towels, no coffee in the room, what I saw on the Internet is false advertisement. Not worth my money. Big disappointment
