Un ottimo hotel per la sua categoria. Consigliatissimo!

A pochissimi passi dalla stazione (ma di notte assolutamente silenzioso) e molto vicino al centro. Struttura e camera pulitissime. Staff molto cordiale e professionale. Colazione con varia scelta tra dolce e salato. Letto comodo e due cuscini a disposizione per dormire meglio. Anche frigo minibar a disposizione. Doccia comoda e non piccola.

Convenient location, opposite the train station.

Friendly, beautiful ladies at reception. 2 steps from the train station. All ok, breakfast man was lovely, made a big cappuccino for me to start the day well. Thank you :-))

Good location, comfort, hospitality

The location is perfect: Asti is a beautiful and exciting town but since Hotel Cavour is located next to the train station, it can also be the perfect base for exploring the region. The Hotel itself is really pleasant and cosy - of course, no luxury but I have seen four-star hotels in worse condition. My room was comfortable and clean, and the reasonable price included a breakfast also. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The walls are very thin, even the conversation can be heard from the neighbouring rooms - as is unfortunately the case in many hotel buildings. It's worth bringing earplugs or - if it is possible - asking for a room where there are no neighbours.

Ottima posizione, condizionatore efficiente, materasso poco comodo

Condizionatore in direzione del soffitto in modo da non far arrivare il getto dell'aria sul letto. Inoltre la camera si mantiene abbastanza calda utilizzando pochissimo il condizionatore.

Weekend ad Asti

Lo staff è stato davvero disponibile: quando sono arrivata, la signora alla reception mi ha descritto per filo e per segno cosa vedere ad Asti, indicando tutto su una mappa cartacea. La struttura è accogliente, la camera era leggermente freddina ma sul letto ho potuto mettere una coperta in più che ho trovato nell'armadio. La colazione aveva svariate alternative. Inoltre, la posizione comodissima mi ha consentito di raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse della città senza problemi.

In realtà non ho trovato punti negativi, andava tutto bene.

Tutto bene, accoglienza, famiiarita, camera posteggio, posizione. Hotel vicino alla stazione fs dove ferma autobus gratuito per centro storico ogni 15 minuti, no fesivi

Soggiorno sorprendente

Nonostante la posizione di fronte alla stazione la struttura si trova abbastanza defilata e non ci sono pericoli durante la notte. Un 2 stelle che all'esterno dimostra tuta la sua età, ma all'interno è mantenuto dalla proprietaria con molta cura. Tutto pulito sia nella hall che nelle stanze. Le camere un po' piccole ma non si poteva pretendere di più; pulite e con un bagno grande. Su richiesta è possibile il parcheggio gratuito in un cortile interno privato. Colazione abbondante e di buona qualità.

Sicuramente avrebbe bisogno di un restyling completo, ma visto come viene tenuto dalla proprietaria direi che non è un problema.

Im Hotel Cavour kann man gut und gerne länger verweilen, um genug Zeit für Kultur und Weinproben zu haben.

Ein sehr persönlicher freundlicher Empfang, den man in einem Hotel nicht erwarten würde. Frühstück reichlich und lecker. Der Kaffee wurde nach Wunsch serviert, frisches Obst in großer Auswahl vorhanden. Großzügiges Zimmer und immer nette Worte bei Eintreten und Verlassen des Hotels. Das ist so angenehm. Lage super, alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Parkplatz stand kostenfrei direkt vor der Tür zur Verfügung. Grazie a tutti! Tipp für Kulturinteressierte: unbedingt ein Smarticket für 7 Museen bzw. einen Turm und andere sehenswerte Orte besorgen (nur 10 €).

Das WLAN war etwas schwach.

Home away from home!

It's a family run hotel so everything seems to be done with a lot of care. Nadia at the Reception was very friendly and helpful and her elderly parents, obviously the founders, were also on hand to greet the guests, so the whole atmosphere was like being in a "family"!. My single room (101) was of an adequate size and newly refurbished. The shower was modern and in perfect working condition! My travel companions' double room (108) was of a good size, with a balcony and with a similarly good shower! Breakfast, mostly Continental, was adequate. Everything was very clean and in good order. The hotel is right in front of the Railway Station and a short walk away from all the cities' main attractions. The Tourist Board map available at the hotel desk shows them on the map with a brief description of each, which we found very helpful. Plenty of restaurants and bars also within walking distance. There is a parking right in front of the hotel, with Parking metres, but we were lucky enough that there was a space available in their own parking, free of charge. Although it is classified as a 2-star hotel, it could really be a 3 star. If we ever go back to Asti, we would certainly go back to the same hotel.

Being in front of the Railway Station, the area around the hotel seems a bit daunting at first, but we found it was not a problem and in the evening it quietens down.

This hotel is only two stars BUT be sure that it deserves more than two. Very clean, good breakfast, family and friendne

The owners are so helpful, kind and nice. The hotel is in the right place in the town. You leave the car in the safe parking and then you can walk around, it is perfect. Don’t look for another place for your stay: it is here.

I loved it!

§the host has been so nice. I am allergic to diary and she provided all the possible solutions for me to have a breakfast! Room is clean and well equipped. The hotel is nearby to the railway station and 5 minutes by foot from the downtown.

Since it's right by the side of the railway station, the zone is populated by the immigrants mostly, but we didn't encounter any particular problem.

Small hotel in city center. Lovely staff, we got help with secure parking. Good break first. We asked for recommendation regarding a vine yard to visit. The owner called there local supplier that agreed to open for us on a Sunday :-) Great affordable wines. Please visit La Milanesa 1917. GREAT. Thank you for your help
