Schönes B&B mit toller Aussicht am Dorfrand von Sasso di Castalda

Am Dorfrand von Sasso di Castalda gelegen, befindet sich diese schöne B&B, gleich beim Einstieg zum "Ponte alla Luna". Die Aussicht vom Zimmer ist wunderschön, auf die Berge und jetzt im Frühling mit vielen blühenden Pflanzen. Ich hatte das Familienzimmer für mich alleine. Giovanni hat sich sehr Mühe gegeben beim Frühstück und mir extra dunkles Brot und Käse besorgt - grazie Giovanni!

In der ersten Nacht war es sehr kalt im Zimmer - für die zweite Nacht hat Giovanni die Heizung eingestellt, da war es wunderbar!

Peaceful and pretty

This was a perfect wee place right next to the Tibetan bridges. Super quiet, comfortable bed, clean and had a serene view over the valley and cute wee town. Giovanni the host was fantastic and a great breakfast was delivered up to our terrace in a little pulley box and a bell rang - that was super cute!! He recommended a great pizza place in town which was really cheap and delicious (as it is a small village and there isn't masses of options on the shoulder season). We loved Sasso di Castalda, thank you!

Ottimo soggiorno in un bellissimo borgo

Gentilezza e disponibilità di Giovanni sempre pronto ad ogni tua richiesta. Più che camera è un appartamento all'interno di Sasso di castalda. Il parcheggio si trova grazie a Giovanni. Ottima la macchina da caffè professionale e la colazione portata su da un cesto : buonissima e spettacolare. Consiglio il soggiorno per conoscere i borghi della basilicata! Panorama fantastico dal balconcino dove fare colazione o semplicemente godersi il panorama.

Great place to stay!

Great view in little hidden BB at edge of town overlooking mountainsides . Giovanni is a great host vey friendly and helpful. Helped with parking and small tour of village. easy communication with WhatsApp. Great outdoor activities.

Very good

The town is beautiful, very close to attractions, nice view from room. Breakfast was nice, and the host was very communicative and helpful. Its also nice to have acces to the small kitchen.

The bed was very soft, not comftorable for us. The room was very cold and the heating was insufficient. The toilet is not well connected to the floor and the water in the shower is not going down well. Also, wifi was poor.

A beautiful gem!

Our stay at Guarda Che Luna was a highlight of our Italian trip! We rented 2 locations the upper house (2 bedrooms) as well as the one below it (1 Bedroom). The renovated property is beautiful decorated, the beds are comfortable and the entire place is cozy even the breakfast is excellent. The properly itself is already great, but the hosts, Giovanni and Erica, make it truly wonderful, they were a fountain of information and genuinely friendly. They are the kind of people you want to meet when travelling. We cant say enough good things about it. Very highly recommended!

Superb

Giovanni took our cases to and from the car park. Erica brought a great breakfast. Both very friendly. Located right beside the brilliant Ponte alla Luna. Atmospheric old village.

Highly recommended :-)

Great location, in the old part of the village with a beautiful view from the apartment windows. The owners are very nice and helpful. Great Italian breakfast. We enjoyed the village experience. We eat in Ristorante 85 - great and cheap dishes

The heating was not enough. We came on a snowing day and it was very cold outside. We asked for an extra blanket and slept very well. Only the owner can control the room temperature (in remote control), although it is IoT, it is a disadvantage for the guests.

Exceptional

The perfect spot. It is the last house Before entering the Tibetan Bridge. We were there in March and it was snowing so the bridge was close so.... I dont know how its when it open. Big house with a nice kitchen.

The parking was 200 meter from the house.

There is nothing not too like, the place is spectacular if you like little villages in mountains. All is clean, comfortable with a lot of attention to detail. Owners are really nice too... would definitely return for a quiet escape

Beautiful Property

Perfect location, beautiful restoration, very comfortable property. Giovanni Erica and Domenica were wonderful and the breakfast perfect. Couldn't ask for more.

Fantastic, beautiful country B&B only made better by the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner.

Beautiful rooms, we stayed in both. Very tastefully renovated. One room with a balcony. Owner very friendly and helpful, guided us to parking space. He gave us some cheese, ham and bread when we talked about the Italian breakfasts being too sweet. Location great, in the national park, in the centre of a beautiful medieval village which has a few restaurants and bars still open in September. The view from the rooms is beautiful. The highlight of the village is the tibetan suspension bridge 'ponte alla luna', the b&b is right beside it.

Nothing to complain about. Some reviewers have said dinner is available at the B&B, but this was not possible. The village and surroundings had plenty options, mostly walkable, so it wasnt important.
