Bon séjour

J'ai aimé le calme qu'il y a avait au sein de l'hôtel, la personne pour le ménage était très sympathique et très professionnel, au niveau de l'emplacement de l'établissement il y avait vraiment tout ce qu'il fallait à côté et le trajet pour aller aux remparts à pieds était d'environ 20 minutes c'était très bien parce que nous n'avions pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour se déplacer...

Je n'ai pas apprécié la salle de bain parce qu'au niveau de la douche il y avait un problème d'évacuation de l'eau ainsi qu'au niveau des toilettes il n'y avait pas assez de pression. En ce qui concerne la chambre nous avions réservé une chambre pour 3 et il manquait 1 chaise et les dossiers des chaises étaient cassé.

Pratique mais trop cher/équipements

Le fait de pas avoir de réception mais un code est très bien. Une réservation pour 5 super. Les lits sont confortables.

La chasse d'eau des toilettes ne fonctionnait pas, la machine à produits dans la douche était toute moisie. L"odeur d'humidité et de renfermé est désagréable à l'arrivée. L'état de la douche laisse à désirer il faut absolument la refaire. Salle d'eau toute petite. Il n'y a pas de prise électrique pour la bouilloire, à faire chauffer directement par terre.

L’emplacement est très bien puisque près de la gare , ce que je souhaitais mais bruyant pour moi

Great location, but poor Services

Grest location near the old town, the harbour and beach.

No possibility to stow away the baggage. We tried to contact the responsible named on the Website, but nobody answered. So we had to leave our baggage in another hotel in old town for money. Because of heavy rain and the harder way to the other hotel it was very aggravating not being able to get in the room earlier and not getting an answer from the hotel at all.

Nice location and public parking right across the road.

The shower was so tiny.. very uncomfortable! The room smelled closed because theres a lack of air flow. The room walls are made out of paper you hear everything inside the building and outside

The comfy bed was worth the stay.

bed very comfortable! Simple room met our needs.

I wish there was a way to know when walk up staircases is required and no staff available. I am unable to carry luggage up stairs. Was lucky to find help.

Exactly what i needed it for

Small but modern... was just a one night stay so perfect for what i needed it for. Very clean throughout the accommodation.

No face-to-face contact with anyone, no reception. But i guess thats common throughout France. No milk/UHT in the room for a coffee. WIFI signal was weak at times

Not worth it. Never again.

Room was ok

There is no staff. Link to pay didn’t work and communication was terrible. No staff also encourages young people to book a room to party. Which happend. Until 04:00 in the morning when one of the other guest went to complain. Never again.

Very good

The booking can be done entirely online. The hotel is at great location and has a parking in front. The room has comfortable beds and is clean.

Fine if you need to stay near the railway station, self check in was convenient.

Very noisy - the walls were so thin I could hear other guests at night. Very dated and tired looking rooms, and no breakfast available on weekends.

The shower was divine, the bed was super comfortable.

- Bed was confortable and the hotel is well located (very close to the train station and not too far -15 min- walk from the city centre) - Room was clean

- The hotel is VERY noisy. We were in a room that had a constant humming noise (like a cooling system). You can here the other people in their rooms and in the corridors. - Shower was small and it was not working properly.

At our arrival, our code to enter the hotel did not work. The reason seemed to be that we spontaneously asked to add breakfast, that we had not payed for yet at the time of arrival. At that time, nobody was reachable at the given phone number. A reception would have simplified many things. Breakfast is not delivered at the weekend.
