Beautiful stay, very cosy, relaxing and equipped with everything you need. Loved the stay. An hour walk out of town centre - so better place to stay if have own car/transport.

A Wonderful relaxing Experience

The facilities and ambience of the property was more than we expected, lovely outside area with a great vibe. The interior was also very comforting and well equipped with all lovely amenities.

There was nothing we did not like. It would have been nice to have some walks close by however this was overcome by a short car ride into Port Lincoln. This was not a deal breaker.

A beautiful escape in Port Lincoln

Beautiful and spacious studio with parking just out the front which was great. Therese was super accomodating and even gave us wine and freshly baked banana bread on our last night. We also loved the beautiful garden that we were able to take some fresh herbs to use for our dinners. Highly recommend !

A beautiful and relaxing stay.

Quiet, beautiful garden; clean and modern accommodation and delightful hosts. A very friendly welcome from Minnie, the host's fox terrier set the scene for a very comfortable and relaxing three nights.

Felt at home and loved our stay

Everything you want in a bnb. Very clean and so well equipped - Studio 22 has thought of everything. The setting and landscaping are amazing, the chooks are friendly and even had baby bunnies nibbling on the grass. There is a walking trail along the foreshore close by. thank you for a memorable stay. Definitely recommend this property.

Very,very comfortable place to stay

a very pleasant and peaceful stay at Studio 22. Extremely well-equipped kitchen and everything functional. Fresh eggs each day were a lovely bonus. We didn't meet our hosts as they were away, but communication was good and access fine. You are out in the suburbs, but it feels almost rural

the only bedding option was a quilt. Much better to have a couple of options (eg 2 blankets) to handle different conditions.

Beautiful, tranquil, and modern accommodation

Studio 22 is a tranquil and modern self-contained accommodation with everything we needed including fast wireless internet. It is about a few km away from variety of eateries and local produce in Port Lincoln. The owners were very hospitable. The friendly resident dog, Mini, kept us entertained when we chilled out in the beautifully manicured garden after a long day discovering nearby attractions. Love our morning coffee on the dining table while enjoyed the winter sun, glimpse of Boston Bay and the fresh eggs from the onsite vegie-patch. We have found the scenic walk to town via Parnkalla Trail quite easy and got to see the beautiful night sky in the garden when the cloud clears.

The extra touches of amenities, anything we forgot was already there. The veggie garden and chooks with fresh eggs was an unexpected and very welcomed addition

The noises early at 0730 in the yard weren’t great. Also, there is no blind above the doorway so by 0630 the whole room was really bright.

very tranquil location with a beautiful garden, very comfy bed and furniture, and all the features we require in a BnB.

Port Lincoln? Stay here!

From start to finish Studio 22 with Nigel and Teresa was an absolute pleasure. They have built a brand around their B&B and are justly proud of it. Everything about the accommodation is perfect so no need to point out things individually. Thanks for the crabs they were a perfect lunch for our trip out to Memory Cove. Do yourself a favour, if you go to Port Lincoln. Stay here.

Great and will be back .

Beautiful ... Well designed and furnished accommodation . Had all and more one needs for "a little bit of luxury" Get-Away. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, coffee machine (important !) and yes : fresh eggs from the chooks on site ! And just loved the garden - felt like being back in Europe sitting in a small corner of the Alhambra in Spain. Met Teresa and it was a fun & merry conversation. The only reason we only stayed 3 nights : it was booked out ... Teresa has a great, luxurious place for relaxing and as a centre point to explore the region. Thanks for having us :-) Highly recommendable (or not ... so it is available when we want to come back !! )

A little Gem!

Exceptional

My husband and I stayed at Studio 22 for 4 nights in the middle of October. It is without doubt one of the nicest places we have stayed, anywhere. From the private setting complete with its own outdoor area and pavilion to the attention to detail inside we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was absolutely spotless, as well as being bright and airy. We would certainly recommend Studio 22 especially at the very reasonable tariff charged.

The gas bottle run out and there was no replacement which resulted in cold water. Upon contacting the owners it was replaced promptly. Lovely garden. modern design. Very environmental friendly. Fully equipped kitchen. Amazing for longer stays.

Simply relaxing and comfortable. A really pleasant place to stay.

Location very convenient to Pt Lincoln and easy to find from highway. It was a picturesque semi-rural property and had a beautifully landscaped courtyard garden for exclusively for guest usage. Accommodation very spacious with well-appointed kitchen and bathroom. Everything finished to a quality standard.
