Great stay.

Location, rhe shopping centre is at the back of the hotel and theres plenty of local pubs , shops and placed to eat. The staff, food, the bat. The Room was modern and bright.

No air conditioning in the room. Everything else was perfect.

Good central location - just steps away from bars, cafes, restaurants and shops

Unfortunately, noise from nearby pubs - and their revellers - can be heard into the early hours - the hotel do make it very clear on their website that this is the case

Bar and restaurant staff very friendly. Food was excellent.

Noise from nightclub even in on the 3rd floor was horrendous. Room needs updating, could have been cleaner. Hot water was intermittent

Disappointed with my stay

I was not able to check in until 5pm and there was a bad smell in my room.

I would go back

Drinks and having them delivered to the room.

When I went to the bar for some food with my two daughters there were some unsavory people in the bar and they approached me and my daughters. The barman was helpful and apologized for this and we then moved out to the foyer.

Nice hotel but maintenance let it down big time.

Pleasant atmosphere. Comfortable reception area. Breakfast was lovely and also very reasonably priced. Good selection on the menu and also catered for dietary requirements like Gluten free options.

When I went to take a shower, there was only one temperature which was boiling water so unable to take a shower after a long day. Then in the morning the toilet flush broke. Also the window’s would not open. These 3 basic things ended up ruining what could have been a decent stay.

We have ordered breakfast and got no salt, butter or coffee. Other than this the breakfast was lovely.

Clean and location is good.

Water taps need to be replaced,very old... And the hairdryer should be cleaned. Plastic cups-dissapointment.

Britney on the desk was fantastic, the bar servers were great too. The location was as perfect

The bed was nice and big- the room decor was lovely and the airy ness of the space was fantastic!

The mirror to do your hair and face etc was too high you sat down and could only see like a tiny bit of your head so that wasn’t ideal. The bathroom could do with a lick of paint as was quite tired.

Great hotel to stay in ,rooms are lovely, food also lovely, staff very friendly & helpful would recommend this hotel to everyone,can't wait to go back we had a great time x

Very central location, staff were brilliant. Hotel and room were spotless clean and the bed was massive and so comfortable . Bars and Restaurants less than a minute away

That we where not staying for at least another night.
