The Spa and Gift Store were extremely helpful and pleasant. The Stables restaurant was great but they had a big issue at night (table by window) where we literally was trying to seat them away.
The room was filled with mosquitos, we left with about 10 bites each and then wore gym pants and long sleeve shirts the last night to not be bitten. When cleaning the rooms, close the doors…that might help. The pool also needs a thorough cleaning of the spider webs beneath the lounge chairs and daily cleaning of the pool from tree pollen. I literally cleaned it myself to be able to swim.

The staff at the Spa were the nicest people. This was my first Spa treatment and it was incredible. So much so, I went back a second time. All of the staff were very friendly and professional. I would go back just for the Spa if I lived closer.
The restaurant was overpriced and the food was not that good. So much so that we ended up going to look for groceries and other nearby restaurants in the area. The rooms should have a microwave and an alternate way to heat up water for tea/coffee. I had to purchase white vinegar at the Tubac market so I could clean out the filthy Keurig coffee pod machine just to heat water. This was annoying. Also, there patio out the back door had a lot of large dog turds in the bushes next to the patio. Cleanliness was a problem here. WiFi and cell service were very poor in the room.

The pools are over the top wonderful...a night swim in the beautiful warm pools followed by a hot tub gazing up at the stars...priceless!
I had to leave!

Nice location, nice sized rooms
Televisión signal was out a lot of the time. They use Direct TV which can be fickle with the weather. Stereo system also didn’t have any reception.

Breakfast was very good. Seating by window was good as restaurant is very dark.
We went in restaraunt but decided not to stay it was very dark and cave like. Outside seating was not inviting. But in morning for breakfast and with daylight it was very nice and food was very good.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at your hotel. We celebrated Mother's Day and enjoyed our time together.

love the property and the area. beautiful desert vistas and lots to do in the area. the restaurants are very good for the resort.
haven’t tried room service so not sure good that is. the room we’ve gotten is spacious but outside our patio it looks like the havolinas (wild pigs that give character to the area) relieved themselves too close to us. should be cleaned up each day! we love the wild animals but would prefer they keep the areas close to back
patios clean.

Beautiful location. Good restaurant
Front desk staff not particularly friendly or helpful

Location, ambiance and size and setup of room. The dining experience was also very pleasant
The telephone lit up like Walmart on 3 occasions in the middle of the night waking my wife and I up to the point we got llittle sleep until we put a towel over the phone. There are supposed to be 2 wine glasses in the room but there was only one and it had a huge chip out of it. There was only 1 coat hanger in our room which is extremely difficult for a lady with her wardrobe. We told the person at checkout and requested an adjustment for the disturbed sleep and she said she would ask her manager but we have heard nothing. Maybe small inconveniences to some but at $400./night they become a bigger negative.

Nice and clean, spacious, well appointed
Check in was painful. I had to show my booking.com reservation, my email confirmation and then thry wanted to see my bank statement to show the charge. Luckily I could do that as I have my credit card company app.

Really everything!
It's a little pricey, but worth it! Beautiful setting and it's isolated somewhat but you have everything you need, perfect.

A serene setting with beautiful traditional southwest architecture and a cheerfully attentive staff. The golf, dining and spa facilities are all top notch, and though a world away, it’s close to the delightful artist village of Tubac. A grand escape.

Peaceful, unpretentious, walkable, nice guests too! Fun artsy town to explore.
Again Booking.com didn't forward my request for a type of room, but hotel made a nice change for us.
