Great location, comfortable room, spacious bathroom with bath and decent shower. Helpful and pleasant staff. Fabulous breakfast, tons of choice including cheese, eggs and lovely home made jam. Definitely worth having breakfast if you need fuel for surfing/walking.
The coffee but I'm fussy. Great choice of tea though.

The hotel is well situated in town only a 10-15 min walk to main area with bars restaurants shopping and markets.
Access to the property on arrival was difficult as no reception staff on duty and no key access provided. Very limited street parking to set down. Parking is an issue however there is a public pay park a few minutes away. This is expensive at 25 euros for 24 hr period. There is a free park approx. 5 mins drive away but this is difficult to access due to one way system and very busy so just lucky if you get a space. Our room was quite small and not particularly well cleaned (dust). Lovely shower room/toilet. The air con is difficult to use as the unit is partially blocked by an added fire lock door which is basically a fabricated cube. This is unsightly and impinges on the room size. I guess to be compliant with fire regulations. I had to stand on a chair to operate the remote. The balcony was welcoming but is very narrow - it was not possible to bring out the room chairs but perhaps small folding chairs/stools may be an option. The public lounge area is very small. It is a pity the breakfast room is only open at breakfast time as this is the nicest public area. This could benefit from being used in the evenings even with an honesty bar! Overall though a lovely stay but this hotel could be so much better with very little thought care and attention.

Great location, nicely decorated, rooms were a good size, comfortable and staff were fantastic
There were no black out blinds and the curtain was a very think fabric so it was very bright in the morning. Also the air con let off a musty smell

Nice room
Sylvie was very helpful
Nice to have coffee and water waiting
Great location
Clean, nice decor
Nice lounge with book exchange
Needed more light- bedside lights very dim and just one lamp on opposite side to bed. Hard to read when dark
Not staffed pm but doors still unlocked at almost 10pm. Guests have entrance code so it would feel more secure if front door was locked when unstaffed

Fantastic location, close to all main areas. Very welcoming staff and very helpful. We were able to leave bags there for a few hours after checkout and they called a taxi for us when we came back to collect them to go to airport. Also offered us a sweet snack as we were going. Would definitely recommend.
Nothing at all

great location and nice arrangement of the rooms. Our room was cozy and very bright
we were told that we could leave our luggage in the room after the checkout but then we were unable to retrieve them and we had to call the staff because it was not present at the hotel. It would be good to communicate better when someone will be present at the reception

great location
kept original design which was nice

the location.
the room was not clean. there were lots of hairs in the bathroom upon checkin. The tiles in the bathroom had a layer of dirt.
The spoons for making tea and coffee were also dirty with food still dried on the spoon surface.
The towels were threadbare and like tissue.
The duvet was too light for the temperatures this time of the year and there were not any additional in the room.
Not having any staff on site was not helpful.

Excellent location right in the centre of Biarritz. Public car park close by at 13 euros for 24 hrs was a bonus. Good value for money.

Comfortable, warm room. Fridge & coffee making facilities. Very helpful, friendly staff. Close to bars/restaurants within walking distance. Place was very dog friendly
Heating/air con a little noisy

Clean and comfortable room in refurbished old building in town centre, close to shops/bars/restaurants/etc. Good wifi.
Rather a creaky bed, and the basin plug didn't seem to close.
Reception wasn't open in the evening; had to ring the bell, get them to buzz the door, and pick up an envelope inside. Would have been simpler if they'd emailed me the entry code so I could let myself in.

A great location in Biarritz and a very clean, organised place. Staff very friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat breakfast but saw it laid out and it looked nice. Would definitely go back if we return to Biarritz as the room was excellent value for money compared to other hotels in Biarritz.

great location, good shower, nice bed linen and friendly staff
Decor felt a bit tired, tv didn’t work, only 1 plug in the bedroom, curtains were sheer so let all the sunlight in first thing in the morning so difficult to sleep. double bed was singles pushed together.
