gern wieder

Das Zimmer war super. Das Frühstück ist ausgiebig und lecker und über die Lage kann man nicht meckern. Ein Parkhaus ist für 18 EUR zwar etwas teuer, aber das Auto steht sicher.

Ein gutes Zimmer, ein erwartbares Frühstück aber kein Gastgeber.

Das große Zimmer lag ruhig zum Innenhof

Im Zuge einer in meinen Augen „Überdigitalisierung“ gab es keinerlei Begrüßung durch das durchaus vorhandene Personal an der Rezeption. Beim Auschecken gab es immerhin eine Kommunikation darüber , dass diese „ noch nicht“ möglich sei. Meine Nachfrage „wann denn?“ wurde mit „in drei Minuten“ immerhin konkret beantwortet und die Aussage traf dann auch tatsächlich ein.

Le système de check-in était moderne et pratique: c’était avec un terminal digital sans devoir avoir un interlocuteur. Chambre spacieuse, bien insonorisée, propre dans un cadre agréable. Hôtel à conseiller!

Le petit-déjeuné les week-ends est jusqu’à 11:00. Mais à 10:50 ils ont déjà rangé le café, l’eau, le jus, …etc de sorte qu’à 11:00 les clients se levaient pour partir. Il faut donc savoir qu’ils sont très psycho-rigides avec les horaires et que jusqu’à 11:00 cela signifie de partir à 11:00.

Die Einrichtung ist vom ersten Moment an ansprechend. In der Halle hält man sich gerne auf. Es gibt eine stilvolle Selbstbedienungsküche. Die Zimmer sind ebenso stilvoll, eingerichtet und modern. Trotz der zentralen Lage an der Hauptstraße ist es angenehm ruhig im Hotel. Es hat uns rund um gut gefallen da auch das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ist!

Ich hätte lieber die Treppe als den Aufzug genommen - vielleicht kann man die noch besser ausschildern!

Nicht zu viel erwarten. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend

Frühstück super. Ausstattung in Ordnung. Sauberkeit naja. Rezeption nur bis 20 Uhr besetzt. Alles in allem ok. Aber bei 4 Sternen und dem Preis habe ich einen Ticken mehr erwartet.

Kann ich wirklich empfehlen. Fairer Preis. Ich würde ohne Zögern wieder hin gehen.

Alles prima, sehr freundlich und zugewandt die Kollegin im Frühstücksbereich.

Die (Haupt-) Beleuchtung im Zimmer könnte etwas heller sein, das würde das Aus- und Einpacken erleichtern.

Очень приветливый персонал на ресепшене,хороший паркинг свой.

Жуткая вонь во всем отеле,проветривание не спасает, плесень в номере за спинкой кровати, отсутствие в номере холодильника с баром, отсутствие халата, тапочек, принадлежности туалетные минимизированы.

Very good, close to town

We spent four nights here whilst visiting family. Modern hotel within easy walking distance of the town. Our room was large with a spacious seating area and TV. The bathroom had a separate toilet, large shower cubicle and raised bath. There was good wardrobe space and a large full length mirror. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot and cold food. Parking was available in a secure car park only accessible by guests.

Our room had not been serviced when we returned late afternoon on the first day. Staff apologised but said they had been busy. Coffee etc were not replaced when we returned in the evening but the beds were made and we had fresh towels. We were told that coffee etc was only provided free for the first day and there was a charge for subsequent days. We declined. On checking out I mentioned this and said guests should be informed if this was the case only to be told that this was not correct and it should have been replaced every day. However they did deduct one night’s parking charge by way of compensation.

We enjoyed it

The beds were comfy, shower excellent, breakfast was a great range, good food possibilities at the hotel bar/shop

The room and hall was smelly (like not long used drains or so) and you couldn't sleep qwith the window open, because it was very loud from the breakfast room plus terrace underneath(even though we were on the 2nd floor)

After long years and many stays in that hotel, I think that was the last time. I do not want to be treated in such a way

problem with unsufficient parking space, handicapend parking was often occupied by non-handicapped persons. when complaining about it at the reception ,Iwas told that I could use another hotel, if I did not like this one. this unfriendly message I got from the director herself! in addition to that, TV did not work for 3 out of 5 days. I think I will not come back to a hotel, wher I am treated that way.

Immediately booked for next year

Got a beautiful room with a view of the garden for a very low price. Very practical bathroom with shower. Very quiet during the night. Located very centrally in Bad Honnef and yet quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good.

The hotel has a parking garage, wasn't on the website, wasn't mentioned at check in either. Only found out at checkout. Maybe also provide charging facilities for EV in that garage?

Too expensive for what is offered.

The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was good. Breakfast was good. The hotel is in nice surroundings .

Staff wasn’t particularly friendly. I couldn’t park my car just for loading and unloading. The room was very hot, there is no airconditioning. For the price that we paid, I expect there to be airconditioning.

Pleasant

the room itself was very modern and the reception area was also bright, large and modern. The location was great and central in Bad Honnef.

The bathrooms were old and not very nice. There was no mini bar in the room or any in room amenities. The breakfast was passable, nothing special.
