Sauber, freundlich, Rezeption 24h geöffnet, gute Preise
WLAN etwas schwach

Sehr geräumiges Zimmer, gutes Queen -Size Bett, schnelles Internet etc. Alles da, was man braucht!

The room we stayed in was very big and spacious, I like the fact that they had a fridge and water in the room, I realized that most hotels in Europe don’t cater for this. The hotel is also not too far from the train station..
The water never heated up well, it stayed lukewarm, there was also not a soap holder. The Wi-Fi was also very spotty and would disconnect all the time.

Spent two weeks here, the interiors are slightly outdated, yet the room is very tidy and the staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Good price/quality ratio and decent location between S-Bahn Ledermuseum and Hbf Offenbach
The hotel is located in the approaching zone of the FRA airport. With the windows open, you can hear the landing planes very well, which can be disturbing at 6:00 AM. I am fine, yet if you have sleep troubles, you'd better think of earplus in advance

The mattress was really comfy and the soap smelled amazing.
Construction materials and rubble everywhere, half-done rooms, awkward bathrooms.

Was there for a business trip, hotel was under renovation with a big hole in the ceiling of the bathroom. My room was certainly not appropriate for any kind of stay. The temperature was about 40 ° Celsius and the windows have not been opened for a while.

Good location. Easy and quick check in and check out(we had to do it early in the morning so that was extra appreciated ).
We didn’t get the room we paid for. We were supposed to have two separate beds but ended up sleeping in one. Also it looked like the room was prepared for only one person (one duvet, one towel, one pillow) and getting those things for my friend was quite a process.

It was not clean, every day we called them to clean it

Staff was nice, helped me return a forgotten item. The room was renovated and relatively clean. Easy access to metro, Frankfurt city and Airport.
There was no proper ceiling light, just a night lamp that required effort finding and turning on in the dark. Carpets were removed after renovation at the floor I stayed, the place is extrimely echoing. The lift was old, loud and fits only 2 people, combined with the noises comming from other guests dragging their suitcases across the hall, it was impossible to sleep in. The pillows were big and uncomfortable. There was a TV placed on the table, taking away the workspace and not properly visible from the bed. No card key access, you only get one key per room, you need to share. It is possible to leave the key at the reception, but it is not 24/7 and one of the keys is needed for hotel entrance door.

Facilities were clean and friendly receptionist.
Several broken or non functioning/old objects in the room. (Non functional soap dispenser, shower head old and not very well functioning, phone cable broken, no lights on ceiling in room only at entrance making it slightly dark)

Nice location.
The room was cold and dirty. They gave extra small radiator for heat cause they were making renovation also from 09:30 wad loud and they wake me up to clean the room at 10:00 while checking out was at 11:00. Parking costs 7.50 for a day. There was a broken socket in the hallway, you have the feeling that this hotel is negleted. The receptionist was kind, but it seems he had an answer for everything. Probably, many visitors have the same problems, so he is prepared what to answer if you complain to him. The worst hotel I ever visited definitely I wouldn't recommend it.

No A/C though fans are available.
