Camera bellissima grande, pulita ed elegante. lo stesso per il bagno. Appena fuori trovi locali per far colazione e ristoranti vari, vicinissimo alla metro. Zona tranquilla, bella, piena di vita. Consigliatissimo!

Perfect! I recommend it to everyone!

I like everything very much! we arrived earlier than expected but that didn't cause a problem either! Alex was very kind and helpful in everything from the first minute! the location is super good, everything is very close. We will definitely be back! Thank you very much for everything!❤️ Berlin was a wonderful experience!

Best location in Schöneberg!

Best location in Schöneberg. Right at Winterfeldplatz. Very comfy beds. Our host was very friendly and he can give you a lot of god suggestions what to do and se in Berlin if you need it. We will come back.

Great, reasonably-priced bolt-hole in the center of schoneberg

Location is perfection. Some street noise at night but didn't bother us. Front desk staff (one of whom might be the owner?) were absolutely amazing.

I was fine with everything. For others, this might be a slightly quirky property, but, really, the pre-war building has high ceilings and huge windows. Didn't bother me, but should be noted there are no elevators for bags and first floor is up half a flight of stairs.

Really nice hotel in a great neighbourhood!

Very nice hotel in a super neighbourhood! A lot of good places to eat nearby. Close to metro station (around 8 minuted by foot). The stuff was very welcoming, they let us store the luggage after the check out :) Style a bit oldschool but nicely maintained. Huge plus for a fridge in the room.

Hotel is available only by stairs - can be a bit challenging for people with small kids, disabilities.

Good location for solo traveller not so far from U-bann

- friendly stuff, helping with small requirements - experience very close to own flat - quite funny location - great connection with railway and airport

- unless you jump into metro immediately , nothing much interesting to see on foot distance , except perhaps Schwerbelastungskörper

excellent location. polite staff. I loved the clean hardwood floors, the simple, but clean bathrooms and the convenient location. it is close to the train station, lots of restaurants, cafes and stores close by. Good value for money.

The entrance was dark, needs a light.

from the outside the hotel looked run-down and I was prepared to the worst. But instead the room and bathroom were completely renewed. All was ok. strategic position in the LGBT area and the U+S Bahn

The staff is super-friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, clean and warm. The location is very convenient to get to the very centre of the city both by metro or on foot (Nollendorfplatz metro station is about 300 m away). There are lots of good cafés and restaurants nearby.

our room was above a shop that has music during the day until 10pm, so noisy to take naps. but during the night it’s really really quite.

Room is good size. Location was good enough to use S-bahn and U-bahn. Neighbourhood was good, plenty of option to eat out and try different cuisine. Loved the nearby little Turkish café

- Close to public transportation - Very nice and lively area with lots of restaurants and a market on the square next to the pension (recommended in a list given by the staff !) - Very nice staff, they are available and attentive to our needs. Very reactive by message. Moreover, request for additional night immediately accommodated and adaptation to our schedules for the payment - All the necessary comfort (small armchairs), very comfortable bed, all the necessities (hangers, towels, soaps) at disposal, clean bathroom

For the rooms close to the door leading to the entrance hall, the noise of the door slamming is quite loud.

The place was clean a tidy, the photos were accurate. It's located in the first floor of a residential building. The neighborhood is very lively with a lot of bars and restaurants so it might get a bit loud during summer time because the windows are facing the busy street. The staff was nice and very helpful with tourist tips about Berlin.

Great location, right next to restaurants, supermarkets (open late), bars and metro station, with easy access to city center. Great bed and spacious room. Free coffee and tea in the lobby.

I loved the area. There was a great variety of bars and restaurants nearby. The room was a good size and absolutely spotless. the staff were super friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back.
