Staff friendliness and attentiveness-relaxed atmosphere
Beach facilities
Breakfast and restaurant food quality. Products were plentiful ,fresh and tasty. Field to fork principles were a hit. Vegetables were delicious.
Beautiful location and gardens.
Cleanliness and daily room cleaning
Roof terrace for super sunset drinks.
Nothing .
However greater shuttle bus frequency would be beneficial plus more details regards local public transport such as bus times and stops ,particularly as main road to hotel is challenging to walk on due to no footpath. The bus runs frequently and drops off relatively close to the hotel with only a small piece of busy road to walk on.

The private beach
The wait staff in the evening for meals is not very helpful, quite lazy. especially one particular female staff member, obnoxious and rude. Unfortunately she was on a few breakfasts also
Water in the rooms daily is not provided, a fair walk on dangerous roads to the main shop

Its authenticity.
beautiful views, private stay, in touch with nature, all is Bio!
the redundant breakfast

The property is beautiful, the food at restaurant is very fresh and light, the staff at the restaurant very professional, the bed was comfortable.
There was a big dog on the property which was barking frequently including in the middle of the night. He wasn’t friendly with my dog and not much more with the guests. So if it is a hotel accepting pets, it’s not really a friendly environment, the leach was recommended by the staff in order to avoid an incident…
There was also a rooster noisy from 3am for a couple of hours.
I recommend earplugs, which wear not available at the hotel.
I didn't have hot water and informed the staff but it took more than 30min to solve it and I left in the end without showering.
the taxi they called to go to town (about 35€) was not an official taxi and didn’t have a card machine.

location and amenities
was an issue with the bathroom, a really bad smell, unfortunately, the staff was not able to fix it or provide a solution for us.

A very beautiful, private place that was a rare find! The staff were friendly and professional and did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. The location is a working olive grove with acres of nature. We spotted butterflies and lizards and our kids loved it.

The private beach and the restaurant by the water… beautiful

The property is a magical area with a private wild (but really comfortable beach), feels like you in the wild nature but still has all the facilities of an hotel.
the rooms are big and amazing and equipped with furniture that makes you feel at home all the time.
the staff, Vitoria, Rita and Jonathan were amazing and was welcoming the whole time!
The breakfast was great and in the evening it becomes a restaurant with local products from the property, really nice and unique!
it is really close to the center of Sorrento therefore it is very convenient to have the option to relax at Regina Giovanna and they to enjoy the city!
there’s nothing not to like

Great location out of the main part of town. Breakfast was a huge selection of pastries, fruit and yogurt plus the option of eggs if desired, just what was needed to start the day.
Room we clean and very comfortable and the private beach was wonderful, not to mention all the space to explore through the grape vines and olive trees.

Beautiful setting, walking trails, beach, good food, farm animals, great views of the Bay of Naples, friendly and helpful staff.
Taxi, bus, or a walk on a busy road without sidewalk is required to go to Sorrento. A shuttle service would be very helpful, even if a modest fee is charged.
2.5
it was inside a beautiful garden with it’s private beach
rooms were not sound proof so we couldn’t sleep two nights due to the noises and loud walking sound cane from the room upstairs .
room and wc were full of insects.

Great private beach. The room was spacious.
The breakfasts were ok. Service with dinners lacked and the menus were just ok. The beach menu was nice for lunch but dinner was disappointing. We felt that we had to leave the property to get what we were looking for I.e pizza, pasta, salads, etc. We had a good amount of ants in our bathroom which wasn’t pleasant, although we understood it was on an olive and lemon farm. The distance from town was a good 10 minute or more bus ride depending on stops. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Hotel was beautiful. Staff was exceptional. Room was very big.
Location was a bit hard to find, however that may have been due to taxi driver. Either way, could have been informed of a gated location prior.

the private beach is the main attraction
we were woken up every morning by a rooster and a barking dog on the property. the location is out of the way and the hotel website says there was a shuttle bus but there isn’t. we had to pay $25 for a taxi each way and there was nothing near the hotel to eat.

Absolutely amazing property. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Every staff member we met was kind and helpful. Our farm to table was perfection. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, just as pictured. The beach was perfect. We enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle board to explore the cove. Our children loved dinner exploring the property and did not want to leave. Truly a great way to experience Sorrento away from the huddle and busses. We have tracked across Italy and our stay here has been our favorite. We will be back!

friendly staff - super beach - the food was really delicious and loved the morning juice machine.

The place was utterly stunning. The location is spectacular. The food was very good and service was excellent.
I was travelling with my teenage daughter, so I would have appreciated two separate beds, as requested on booking. There was a sofa in one of the rooms, but it was not made up to sleep in. We made the best of it and shared the double bed.
4.0
Rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, stunning sunset views from the grounds, design is made with nature in mind, nice playground for little kids to run around and be creative. We’ve been there in August when it was really very hot, hence why children couldn’t make the most of it, as even in the evenings it was getting too hot. Having a private beach is really relaxing and you get the comfort of your own area, never gets too busy or too noisy. The restaurant (and the beach bar for lunch) has delicious food prepared with their own products which result in a vey authentic Italian taste which we loved.
Reception - 24h service which is very much appreciated/needed for such a remote place where you don’t get signal very often.
Though very close to Sorrento, it is a remote location! iI you have children or elderly people in your group and do not have your own car, it can get quite expensive and stressful to get out of/in the resort. Reception is very helpful ordering taxis, as you don’t usually get network, so I couldn’t call myself to book one. Because the street to get to the reception is quite narrow, most of taxis will refuse to take you down, but would rather leave you up the hill. Which in the heat of the summer, it’s a very tricky/impossible thing to do, depending on age and how well your heart copes with heat and effort. We always ended up finding one taxi who would go, but having to negotiate each time with not the most polite/accommodating taxi drivers in Sorrento it starts to get you. Especially that it’s not cheap either.
Restaurant - very laid back service, you do get what you want (eventually :)) but you should not be in a rush or very pedantic :); also menu is very limited! Understandably for a good restaurant, however if you are intolerant to fish/sea food, you have a very limited choice. I had to juggle between 2 main courses for a week. it would have been fine for a long weekend, but if your stay is longer, you may want to consider be mobile (aka have your own car or be up for the struggle with taxis)
Beach - beautiful beach and golf, but water gets every day filled with debris. A daily cleaning and more care for the nature would be much appreciated, especially in such a place “nature oriented”
Access to beach can also be a struggle for elderly people as it involves a lot! of steep stairs. My mother ended up spending a week in the resort without seeing the beach even once, which was quite sad. I would have preferred to know more such details about the location before booking.
Ants - quite a lot of them in the room, bathrooms etc I don’t mind them too much but I appreciate not everyone is “ant friendly”

The size of the accommodation, the location and the private beach were amazing!
although the staff at reception were super helpful and efficient, the service in the hotel restaurant was at times very slow and the beach staff were not always very helpful which was a shame but certainly did not prevent us from having a wonderful time at the hotel.
4.5
Amazing private beach, very nice property, very quiet and relaxing environment.
Wi-Fi sometimes works well, sometimes doesn't at all.
4.5
The private beach cove with chairs, umbrellas, towels, water toys, and drink service. Vittoria at the front desk — very helpful. The calm and quiet location. The farm animals. Plush towels.
No lighted signage upon arrival, making it challenging to find the entrance at night. Steep uphill walk from reception to the main road to catch the bus into town. Expensive breakfast we thought was included.

The private beach was amazing! Our little piece of paradise!
The staff is extremely hard working!!
It would be nice if the dinner and lunch menus could vary a few times a week. If it would've, we would've eaten all of our meals there!
