Beautiful central place to stay

Perfect location, car parking close by, spotlessly clean, bright spacious room and delicious breakfast.

To make our stay 100% perfect we would have liked the choice of softer pillows, maybe placed in the wardrobe as an option. Other than this, this is a perfect place to stay in Valladolid.

Great location in a lovely city…..Reserve a parking spot, not a park friendly town Valladolid

central location to everything

a little noisy but no fault of the hotel. very active area with great vibe…..noise proof window helped but on a beautiful night it would have been nice to leave them open…..in old towns there is always this trade off……I would, without hesitation, stay here again

Good location.

Welcoming staff, friendly service in cafeteria. Room was well furnished, good decor and well equipped. Clean. Hotel is well-situated within metres of the Cathedral and five minutes from the University.

The directions sent to me by email to guide me from the public car park to the hotel (a matter of a few hundred metres) were misleading, not even giving the right address for the hotel. It took me half an hour to find the hotel eventually having to enlist help of local policemen. Clearer directions are required. The arrangement with the car park gives a special overnight rate for parking of €15 which should be mentioned in hotel particulars. The service in the cafeteria/restaurant is friendly but the food choice is limited.

Very nice stay in Valladolid

Really nice hotel at a good location in central Valladolid. Friendly, helpful staff who were nice enough to answer me in Spanish (they could speak English though, as did this to others). Very clean, nice bathroom and quiet at night. We only had the breakfast one morning, it was OK.
