Spent 6days here and it went by quickly, everything was well setup. Family run and so helpful with everything from taxi

perfect location right on nice beach, close to Platanias and 18minutes bus ride (if it comes:) or 15euros taxi to Chania town..apartment is comfortable and clean, also sunbeds for free..would recommend it and come back!

Had a wonderful stay at Ermis Suites.

We rented 3 apartments here as we had a family wedding nearby. The apartments were great, very clean and spacious. We had a large balcony with partial sea views but my sisters had apartments with excellent sea views. The staff at reception were very nice and responded quickly to any request we had. They even gave us a late checkout for only 25 Euro extra. The beach is only about a min walk away and there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It is an excellent location but still very quiet too. You can rent beach towels at reception for 3 euro each. The apartments are cleaned every 2 days. The reception arranged taxis for us on our arrival and departure and that was super efficient too. Would definitely love to go back there.

Wonderful family stay by the beach

Super location on beach View of the sea Two balconies Very well equipped Really clean Great staff who helped with any requests we had. Were able to stay most of the day we left by paying a small fee as we had a late flight. Also organised taxis for us to and from airport

There were a lot of steps up to the apartment and we had a small baby and toddler. If we had known we would have requested a ground floor apartment but it really wasn't a huge problem. We kept the buggy at the bottom of the stairs and it was safe.

Perfect apt,clean,friendly staff.Excellent cleaning staff who visited every 2 days to change towels and bed linen and mop the floor.Would highly recommend.

Great Location, small and friendly, near all the bars, restaurants and the beach

The place is spotless and it's just a great location. Frequent changing of towels and bedding and freshening up of the rooms. It is in busy Platanias area so very touristy - but we had a car, could get away and explore Crete and use it as a base. All in all, well priced, rooms great and spacious, and lovely friendly staff. I would definitely stay there again. Lovely

Few more kitchen utensils would have been good as it's self catering, but it's not a major complaint.

Relaxing days with plenty to see & do in the evenings

Nice big rooms which were well equipped and the little touches like toiletries, washing up liquid & pegs for the airer made a difference. The Ermis suites are right on the beach with plenty of sunbeds & shade if you want it. Short walk to numerous bars, restaurants & shops. Staff were friendly & helpful

Quiet and clean little hotel with charms.

Super clean area and the room. Very quiet surrounding. Great turquoise blue sea view from the balcony. By The sand in front of the building is soft and clean. A supermarket and a nice bakery one minute away, balcony with sea view. There are walls on both west and east side for sunbathing in a less windy corner, which is very important for us. Just enough kitchen utility for making some simple breakfast and dinner meals. One minute away, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes and shops, also taxi services, bus stop is a couple of minutes away, but we have a car, there is private parking right by the building which is very convenient.so we stayed 3 more nights. We walked in this area, we think we made the right choice. The sand is much much better than Platanias.

There is a two stairs inside the room which separates the kitchen and the beds in the room with sea view, which might be a problem for disabled people or small children. There is curtain for the shower place, it can be wet if the curtain is not drawn properly. We had two days full stormy weather, it was cold and strong winds. But that is nothing one can do about it, it did ruined our original plan for staying at the middle of Crete for visiting Knossos Palace this time.

Recommended for solo travellers, calm and beautiful place

One of the best apartments I've ever been accommodated. Very friendly and hospitable people, extremly clean room and territory, the best view from the balcony, high quality of Wi-Fi. Thanks Desphina for her patience. She answered all kinds of our questions, helped to book a taxi and to rent a car, explained all the needed info. I would definitely go there next time.

Fantastic view right on the beach!

This place is fabulous, spacious with a gorgeous large balcony overlooking the sea. Spotlessly clean, great location and lovely friendly staff.

It’s close to the beach the owner and staff are nice

Apartment is a little too small for group of 5 people specially the kitchen and the table . Bathroom shower needs some updates very small when you take a shower water is all over the floor.

Crete, I am in love:)

I loved everything about this location. First of all you are just 10 seconds away from the beach where you can find free sunbeds. The beach was never crowded. We had a sea view and it was amazing to wake up and drink coffee right at the sea. The place is very cozy, full of plants and so green. The hosts take really good care of it and there is so much love in every piece of the yard, apartments. Our apartment was perfectly furnished with amazing grey and blue colors. Very beautiful. The kitchen is well-equippped and you can find everything you may need. You may book a taxi , which will meet you at the airport, right from the host Despina( i hope I am not misspelling her name). Also she helped us with a car rental. The prices were pretty high because of the season, but she made a call and we got a good car with a nice price. Thank you for everything! Sincerely, Katya.

On the beach

Looks like they forget to invest anymore, everything was old from furniture to air conditioning. Beside that what was broken was not repaired properly. A broken bathroom door in a family apartment is something that must be repaired

It was right on the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants and bus stop to get in to town
