Nikos Ikies exceeded our expectations as is it a family run hotel and everyone treated us like a part of their family. We have been accommodated with every single request we had and the communication was great. The hotel looks exactly like on the pictures if not better. It is conveniently located close to the airport and there are direct buses to the hotel. The rooms have all the facilities you may need from toiletries to drying racks and it is only two minute walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay so thank you so much to our hosts!
I wish they had some sun beds next to the beach so you wouldnt have to worry about renting some or laying straight on the stones.

Thank you for having us! We had such a wonderful time! The property is located 100m from the lovely Theologos beach for kitesurfing and downstairs the hotel has it’s own restaurant « Mariposa », everything was just perfect!

Beautiful room with a nice sea view (balcony), lots of space and very new furniture! Coffee was available in the room.
Very friendly owner and staff.
The bathroom could have been bigger and nicer, but it still worked for us

The food was amazing, the staff was soo friendly, and the room was wonderful. I felt very cozy and welcome there especially as a solo traveler.
The bed was just very firm. My back was sore in the mornings. Only complaint

Family cute hotel near the airport in small villages where there are not very large tourist hotels. The cleanliness of the hotel is at a professional level. It is possible to relax in the beautiful garden at the back of the hotel, in a hammock or under an umbrella - ideal relaxation through the hottest weather.
Dinner at the restaurant is the best in the whole village (and maybe the whole island), but it is more expensive.
From the sea the accommodation is about 200 meters, there is a pebble and sandy beach. It is possible to choose a quiet place without people and without umbrellas, or a beach with snacks and umbrellas (which are free).
Rooms are newly furnished, modern, with air conditioning. Rooms with mountain views have the disadvantage of having a road under the windows, but again in the afternoon and evening there is shade. You can hear the planes sometimes, but it's nothing disturbing.
Check-out is until 12 o'clock, but it is possible to leave your suitcases in the basement (there is a shower and toilet) and go to the beach or to the village.
The accommodation was fantastic, the only thing I would reproach was the equipment of the rooms. There is only a refrigerator, kettle, small bowl, spoons, cups and glasses. I think it would be great to have plates, cutlery, or a cutting board or bowl.
Also the mentioned possible transfer from the airport did not take place, Taxi was recommended to me (but it was very cheap and it was not a problem to get it at the airport).
And one more little thing - I would welcome the opportunity to use a personal scale to check the weight of a suitcase at the airport.

Located at the beach just south of the airport. Near enough to visit Rhodes Town and good enough to visit by car all the well known historical sites. Very warm welcome (even although we were delayed). Konstantinos and Andreas insisted we sit down with a cold beer and then they brought some very welcome food from their own table. We felt like family from day one. Seva welcomed us in the evening with another warm welcome. She talked us through the dishes of the evening and answered all our questions of the area. Very lovely lady and now friend.
There is no menu but the food was exceptional. Carefully chosen choice by the Chef, Despoina which she freshly cooked daily and it included a vegetarian option too. Most food was home grown and organic. There was no way we were eating elsewhere. 6 stars.
I had a massage under the huge Fig Tree by Despoina’s daughter. She knows her stuff and if your stressed she knows exactly what to do. For such a small person her hands have power. Excellent massage.
