Grassington October 2024

Accommodation, food and live music were excellent.

The staff were generally very good but there was one young barman (maybe training) who was a bit surly and who was chewing gum, which is an absolute no-no in hospitality.

Great place in Grassington

Everything, it was a wonderful place. Location was awesome, pub was great. Room was comfortable and lovely

Great location and welcoming place

excellent location in the heart of Grassington , close to good walks into the dales area. friendly welcoming staff. Cosy bar and choice of bar meals or restaurant. Breakfast very good. Room comfortable and very clean

A lovely stay for our hiking weekend😊

A lovely, comfortable hotel. Attentive staff and enjoyed the food. Great location, right in the centre of Grassington.

The room was a bit on the small side.

Fully up to expectations, does what it promises on the web site very well.

Excellent breakfast and restaurant. Lovely cosy local bar with log burner. Comfortable bed. Great staff

Overall very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The dinner was very good but was costly for every night. Breakfast I found very good my did find a breakfast she did very much liked 2nd & 3rd morning but 4th day changed French toast should have sent back.

I found that the mattress tended to roll you out of bed. They changed the fresh fruit to frozen or tinned berries with no maple syrup did not work people did comment how nice it looked the other days.

Staff were really excellent. Pleasant, efficient, informative , very good all round.

An excellent stay with very comfortable rooms and excellent breakfasts.

A very friendly and pleasant pub environment. Rooms were very comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was one of the best we have had.

we fancied a night away, not a lot in Grassington but a very nice dog friendly place.

location is ideal, clean & warm

last orders in the bar at 10pm because of a slight bit of snow.

Great hotel

The staff were very professional and pleasant, nothing was too much trouble, the breakfast and the restaurant food was excellent and plentiful. Although there is no on site parking we had no problem parking in the square located very close to the hotel

The WiFi is very poor, our room was on the first floor but I couldn't get a signal in the room

Fab Stay!

Location fab, Lovely Dog Friendly Hotel & Excellent Restaurant with lovely evening food & great breakfast! Female staff member who served us at breakfast had fab customer service skills & very attentive.

Bed was very uncomfortable & shower screen broken. Took us a while to find a car parking space.
