stunning !!!! one of the most beautiful properties we stayed in all of Guatemala - the grounds are incredibly well maintained with spectacular views from every corner; the owner and staff are super accommodating— they graciously upgraded our room before we got there and even helped us with laundry! breakfast was delicious and very filling. we also ate at the restaurant and loved their cocktails. pool and jacuzzi were just like the photos. they helped us arrange transportation both to the resort and to our next destination, which was super smooth! would definitely stay again !
fyi there are two large dogs on the property who are super friendly :)
nothing !

The customer service was amazing, and views are breathtaking in the morning. The manager cares about your stay and they service is A1. I really enjoyed myself and I will be back sooner than later...;-)
Be careful on the road, the streets are terrible. They are currently working to get them fixed. The Hotel is on a hill and it your heavy, you will not make it up the hill. You need a tuck tuck that will drive you to the top.

The breakfast was really good and the views are amazing especially from the pool. The staff was amazing, ask for Christian he is a gem.
The room could use some updates,

The pool and bar was nicely located
There was no wi-fi connection in my room. Ants everywhere and it was cold. The "hot tub" is barely a hot tub and was not turned on.

absolutely stunning views
up a really steep hill and cars can barely make it up. but that just is a slight counter and the view makes up for that

The view and staff are amazing. The cocktail was super delicious! The staff is so kind and considerate.
The lights went out for about 4 hours and it was pitch black. No wifi to contact staff or landlines in the room.

the property was exceptional

Staff, setting and room.
15min Tuk tuk to nearest town (not all riders would escort you the final steep climb). Pool and jacuzzi smaller than imaged.

Breakfast was great, scenery and the pool area.
The pricing for food was a little steep considering the other areas around the resort.

This hotel is amazing! I had a great experience during my stay here. It is very comfortable, the grounds are gorgeous, the pool, the bar, the jacuzzi, the garden. But the best thing out of all is the view. It' s simply amazing.
I really enjoyed the breakfast which was delicious and served on the outdoor terrace with a fantastic view over the lake and the volcanoes.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They were very helpful with all my requests.
One of the best hotels in the area, for sure!

Loved our stay at this hotel, the staff was amazing, with exceptional service, they even offered us a room upgrade for our 3 night stay in one of the suites. Great food, drinks & spectacular views. The location is only a 10 minute tuk-tuk ride from Panajachel, so it’s not complicated at all.

Excellent service! Darwin, Christian, and the entire staff were exceptional. Resourceful, welcoming, friendly which made our stay so much better. The resort is beautiful, clean, and love the aesthetics. Love how much privacy we had. I would highly recommend this resort and will definitely stay there when we return to Guatemala.
Providing/ recommending transportation option from the airport to the resort, as it is not the most accessible location. Letting guest know that it is located on a hill and not all taxi drivers are willing to go up the hill. We had to walk up the hill with our luggage to check in.

So beautiful, amazing views and food, staff was so friendly and there was almost no one there. Was so lucky to enjoy the place solo

This is one of the best hotels I ever stayed, the staff people are very friendly and they will answer all your questions. Definitely you have to stay in this hotel at least one night.
I will recommend you to take a taxi cab to get there if arriving on shuttle/bus, the hill is really peak to get there.

This place was super nice! Okay to start. From the airport it’s a 3 hour ride. But it seemed to have taken me 5 to 6 hours with the terrible traffic and crazy road conditions. Would avoid driving if you have a choice because I was exhausted. At one point, had to drive across a river and actually got stuck in the river. Okay now to the resort - The entrance is straight uphill and enough space for one car. So if someone else is coming down, you two are doomed. Checked in kind of late so it was dark. With that, there are two dogs on the property, yes, they were super sweet but they will bark when you first pull up, so if you’re afraid of dogs just be mindful they will calm down. The staff found us pretty quick and checked us right into the room. I went straight to the bar because after that drive I needed a drink. The bartender was super accommodating and ready to serve. The pool was lit up at night which made a the setting very calming. The only thing with the room was the TV was fuzzy, and the water was cold. In the morning I mentioned the water and they fixed it immediately so it was perfectly hot. The room was like a little apartment with a kitchen and sitting area. You could sit on the roof of the suite or outside in the front. The complimentary breakfast was good and definitely added to amazing views. Back to the bar and beautiful pool area. There are about 6 rooms at the resort so very intimate and not too busy which I loved. It’s super quiet outside of the morning roosters. The views were breathtaking. Overall, it was worth the drive but I wouldn’t drive again. I would need to find another way to get here. The staff was really nice. Some didn’t speak English but I spoke enough Spanish where they understood.
The TV was fuzzy and the journey this was crazy.

I loved the views and the food. The food they offered was prob the beat I had in Guatemala. The pool area speaks for it itself. The view are beyond amazing.
The hot tub wasn’t hot and had bugs inside. The jets were really strong as well.
The inside of the rooms were pleasant looking. It needs to be updated and their were spider webs and bugs all over the room. Made it really uncomfortable to sleep. I didn’t even want to get under the covers.
