High quality and perfectly equipped (500 m2). On the upper floor we find, spacious living room with views of the bay and fireplace, a toilet, large fully equipped kitchen with access to terrace and barbecue "winter." Two bedrooms, the master bedroom with terrace (approx 40 m2), en suite bathroom complete with bath and shower, and large built-in wardrobe, the next bedroom on the first floor is two beds, with terrace, built-in wardrobe and bathroom with shower in Suite. In the lower part there is a double bedroom with bathroom en suite, and two bedrooms one of them double, and another with four single beds sharing a bathroom. In the lower part, it is perfect for family recreation, since there is a pool table three bands, convertible into ping - pong table, table football for the smaller ones, various games (chess, parchís, cards,, etc ...), there is small kitchen with refrigerator and dishwasher. This room gives access to the private pool and gardens, also for those who want to enjoy a good book, music or sleep there are cotton hammocks. On the terrace there is the "summer" barbecue that keeps the Mallorcan style so endearing.
In the garden there is also a goal to play football and a basket of basketball. As a characteristic we must add that both the common areas and the rooms are very spacious.
You can enjoy the whole house. In it you will find, 1 toilet, 3 bathrooms en suite, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, 5 bedrooms, a living room - dining room of 70 m2 approx, and in the lower part a living room of 100 m2 with access to the pool, with kitchen office type equipped with mini-fridge, nespresso machine and dishwasher. Two barbecues, one called the "winter" barbecue because it is located on the terrace next to the kitchen, and the "summer" barbecue next to the pool. Playground, with billiards, table tennis, board games, stereo, movies .... In the garden you will have a soccer goal, hammocks, sun loungers.
It is located in a cozy village, very close to all the most important points of the island, with easy access to the two main highways that connect with the whole island. In addition, this town has one of Majorcan pottery traditions of great historical importance in Mallorca, the famous "Siurells" and cradle of one of the most traditional drinks of the island "El Ron Amazona" with more than 50 years of history. Very close to 15 min by car, there is a golf course, an equestrian center, the famous Outlet Festival Park, the best restaurants of the Michelin Guide, are 10 min by car.
We do not accept groups of young people under 30 years of age.
It is strictly forbidden to receive guests who do not belong to the reservation.
Due to the high costs of energy supplies, from October to April, electricity is included up to a consumption of 20 kW per day, each extra kW must be paid upon departure, with the cost for each extra kW being 0 .15 cents. Please use the air conditioning responsibly and leave it off when not in use. On the day of arrival, a meter reading will be carried out, located in the meter, where guests can check their consumption during their stay.
