Andrea waited for me even if I arrived in the middle of the night, she answered her phone all evening in a few minutes, it was highly appreciated. The house is so much better than on the photos, the bathroom is stunning with candles and wooden psyché, antic mirrors, arabic lamps… the bed was very confortable and it was not humid like I read, there are two machines to retain the humidity. Also plugs against mosquitoes. Kitchen had olive oil, salt, coffee, tea, sugar, honey, aluminum foils, paper… all those things that you do not have on airbnb anymore. Thank you !! I also loved the yard and its thousands plants and flowers. The house is 50m from the plaza españa.
Also thank you for accepting my dog. I will gladly come back and bring my parents, they will love it.
I had no wifi inside, they gave me their personal wifi, it worked in the garden but as there is no plug i could not work for a long time. It’s fine i took a day off.

It's a very unique property, close to the plaza.
We only stayed a night, so we didn't use anything but the bed, toilet, and sink.
We were interested in something other than a typical hotel room and we found it. We've stayed in another cave home in Granada and so we're comparing the two, rather than comparing to a hotel or conventional accommodation.
If you haven't travelled to a place like this, just push the door open (we knocked, not realizing the door was the gateway to a courtyard where we struggled to find the place).
The communication about where/how to pick up the keys & where to park was lacking.
We don't speak Spanish, and she doesn't speak English, so it was a bit of a game of charades, along with Google Translate to get things sorted.
Close the windows before it gets dark, even then the mosquitos will get in due to the leaky nature of the doors/windows in such a place..
Also, there was a VERY strong perfume scent, which is likely used to mask the dampness but it caused issues for us.
We didn't use anything except for sleeping in the bed, using the toilet and bathroom sink, so we can't comment on anything else.

For me the highlight is the cave bathroom and waterfall shower. Appreciated the dehumidifiers which meant room wasn’t damp as so many cave rooms can be. The tiny kitchen worked well for breakfast. Decent wifi. Quiet and dark at night so had a good sleep.

Great location. Cozy room. Very unique. Exactly what I was looking for.
Better directions for parking. It was a little confusing, but once we figured it out it was simple. They could leave a little information sheet in the room, include things like the wifi password.

Well equipped kitchen, pleasant host. Coffee, milk, toiletries provided. Beautiful courtyard with many plants. Very close to square and walking promenade streets in Vejer. Free city parking was sufficient for time of year and approximately 5 min walk from apartment.
Very musty due to semi-cave nature of apartment. Two dehumidifiers aren't able to keep up, and end up overheating the apartment. Screens for the windows are needed as if you open them at night there are too many mosquitoes. Freezer needs defrosting and isn't able to keep ice cream frozen. Sheets could have been cleaner.
