Busy location , right in the centre. Basic room

No information about the appartement’s floor was given. We had to go to every single floor to try to find our room, without disturbing the people living in the building. We contacted Cœur Urbain but no reply. A gentle young man living in the building, guided us toward the first floor, he mentioned, every week, like us people who rent rooms with Cœur Urbain are lost in the building with no support from the agency. We were meant to free the room at 11.00 but the cleaner arrived at 10.00, to remind us in an impatient tone of voice, that we had to leave the place at 11.00. No internet as well.

wasn’t good for us

great location

the steps were extremely steep and very difficult for some of our party so we ended up having to book another apartment for that person as they couldn’t access the rooms. this was not at all clear on the listing. also no aircon meant we could not sleep it was so hot. worst nights sleep in years

Absolutely terrible, never again. I am horrified by experience. I will make sure to book a certified hotel next time.

Unsatisfactory

No response from host when we were struggling to find the location and keys. Took us an hour to get into property. Finally found the key and got into the building but then couldn’t get into our apartment. All three of us tried many many times and the key wouldn’t open the door. We went out and came back and the key worked straight away - it seemed as though somebody had been staying in our room - there was a bag of essential cooking items etc. in the fridge, the shower and sink were wet as if they’d just been used before we went in and the room smelled of vinegar. There were hairs everywhere and the place was unclean. Definitely won’t be going back.

great location and comfortable appartment!

Great location and comfortable appartment !. The chek-in and check out process were very easy. I received on time all relevant informations about check-in process and I easily got the keys. The damage deposit of 200 EUR were refunded to my credit card without any problem. The elevator was very usefull to carry the luggages. The housekeepers were very friendly and helpfull

There was no cupboard to hang my jackets and dresses. The stove was dirty, the freezer door was broken and the pans were very old. Kitchen materials were not enough: no coffee machine no corkscrew . Toiletries were not available at the appartment although it was written at their booking page. I had to buy them.

Good stay, value for money and location more than made up for the not so good bits. Would stay again

Room was basic but clean with everything we needed. The building is shabby and the building is on a busy underpass road. Once inside the apartment is fine. The location is great - cross the road and you are in the streets of the old town. We would say 10/10 for location to amenities.

Outside of the building was shabby as was the entrance to the building.
