Schöner Aufenthalt in Valencia

Die Lage ist sehr gut: wenige Gehminuten von Torres Serranos entfernt. Andere Sehenswürdigkeiten des historischen Zentrums - z.B. Zentrale Markthalle, Kathedrale liegen in ca 10 Minuten Entfernung zu Fuß, Rathausplatz in ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Bushaltestelle ist ebenfalls in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. In 10 Gehminuten (über die Brücke Pont de Fusta) gibt es eine Straßenbahn-Haltestelle, die direkt zum Stand fährt. Die Jardin del Turia sind ebenfalls in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Wir hatten ein Zimmer für 2 Personen. Es war alles für einen kurzen Aufenthalt (5 Nächte) vorhanden. Der Kontakt war sehr angenehm und die Kommunikation verlief sehr unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Es gibt auch eine Rezeption, die von 9:00 bis 20:00 auf ist.

Draußen roch es leider mal mehr, mal weniger nach Abfluss - wir waren aber auch in einem der heißesten Monate (Juli) in Valencia

Perfect location location, close to the centre and good restaurants. Lovely clean and cosy apartment, ideal for a complete holiday. The presence of 2 bathrooms made the stay easier.

Superb

We had a wonderful stay at Valencia Home. The location was perfect & we felt very safe in the neighbourhood. The beds were very comfy.. The reception staff were very nice. Communication was really good via WhatsApp with the owners also. We would definitely recommend to friends.

Valencia as a city is lovely

This apartment was not lovely. -The noise from the other flats was absurdly loud during the night - The second "double bed" is a sofa bed, not an actual bed. This left my back in incredible pain - The separation of the "double bed" from the apartment is more akin to a hospital ward with a curtain pulled around. - Bathroom doors didn't lock - Exposed electrics in bathroom The quality of this apartment is something you would expect from a cheap halls of residence, not a holiday apartment

Very good

Location is in the old town, walking distance to everything. It's close to the river park where it's so beautiful place for walking, jogging. The room says it can sleeps 4 but I think 2 would be good number. Everything is sufficient and comfortable. The air conditioner works really well. The host was helpful and answer our questions promptly and is helpful. Our room is on the first floor which is 2nd floor so the balcony is smaller and has a metal cage for security. If you stay on 2nd floor up, you can have a true balcony with enough room to sit and just the regular rail, not cage. The room face a small plaza and you can see and hear neighbors talking and playing on the plaza. I enjoy it. There are 2 restaurants in the plaza and many other on streets around. There are convenience stores close by, CarreFour and Consum. There are bike rentals and tour shops very close by. The bed is comfortable.

spotlessly clean apartment in the old town close to amenities and sights.

it was located in the old town so it was easy to walk to all of the interesting sights. there was a lift in the property. the apartment was spotlessly clean.

the wi-fi is unsecured, I would have preferred to access secure wi-fi with a password. we could hear chairs being moved and water running in other apartments. there were instructions to empty all bins before we left but no instructions where to leave the rubbish/waste and no instructions about recycling.

- perfect location - kind and helpful staff - they were quite nice and aloud us to check in a bit early so the toddler can take an afternoon nap

- the wifi can be better - it can be quite noisy.

It was great except for the jackhammering early in the morning.

Once we figured it out it was easy.

Very central in the antique part. If you ever stay and are anywhere near eat at PITUSA I will tell you that the food is incredible( try secretos iberico ) you could have that for the rest of your life and be happy. (Its like BBQ RIBS MINUS THE BONE.

Beautiful location and good value for money.

The location was great and certainly felt value for money.

Staying here we were expected to take the bins out on the last day - but the bins provided were overflowing. This task left a bad taste in my mouth at the end of a lovely stay - certainly wasn’t what you want at the end of a holiday. “Reception” wasn’t open anytime we called (4 times during our stay within the times stated it would be open). Did not see a single person working there our whole stay.

Great place!

Ac! Great location, our son is at FSU Valencia study center and we where 2 minutes walk from there., a mini market a block away make get food/drinks a breeze. Clean apartment, safe. Excellent paella place right on the square.

If I can say something, it will be bed, I rather to have a bigger bed and maybe a foam top? A little stiff for me. But always, bed is very a personal matter. Still have a good night sleep 🙂

Excellent experience - for the whole family.

The owners/staff attitude - very helpful and nice. Excellent location, the apartment is very comfortable and the building is well maintained. It was a pleasure to stay at Valencia Home - if we are back to Valencia, definitely would like to accomodate again at Valencia Home.
