We checked in last minute and we’re accommodated for almost instantly. exceptional customer service thanks to mama Quico.
The owner of the apartment phoned us immediately and was very helpful.
Convenient! Easy to find, simple but good amenities.
Pretty four poster bed.
parking outside in the street.
Walking distance to everything.
Not enough pillows.
Toilet flusher didn’t stop running.

Bed pillows were my only complaint, hard small lumpy but everything else was excellent, chic, clean, great location, nicely stocked kitchen.

First of all, this experience would have been a 10 if one of the negative aspects wouldn't exist (the one that is referred as the important one in the "what didn't you like").
The room was in the first floor of a building, which was fully renovated to be a hosting site (we thought that all doors belong to rooms to rent). It was very easy to park outside of the building (free) and we were at, approximately, 400m of the beach. The building is on a hill, the way to go to the beach is downhill but we didn't mind or notice the climb back to the apartment. Next to the building there is a mini supermarkt, were we bought some products. The owner was very friendly :D
The apartment, for our surprise, was spacious. The bed was queen or king size. You had all the kitchen utensils required to cook your meals. The temperature water in the bath was perfect (our apartment had its own water heater, so no problems with the warm water).
Overall, was a very pleasant experience (sorry if we haven't mentioned a particular detail, there is much we could talk about).
There are several things we didn't like/would prefer if they were different but only one of them impacted this rating (the remaining are a few characteristics that can be improved). This thing was that some kitchen utensils, pots and jars were dirty.
All the remaining issues may be considered personal tastes. This are: the bed was a bit unconfortable (we felt this more in the first night), there was no closet (although there was a, what we may call, multiple clothes hanger), there wasn't a rug in the entrance of the apartment (when we went, it was heavily raining and we had to enter with our shoes wet), you couldn't use hot water on the kitchen tap (the water heater couldn't stay in the on mode, it simply started and stopped, being that after a time there was a heavy gas smell), the apartment windows didn't have blinds (although they had shutters, which are a lot better than curtains which some apartments have), you can't close the building's door without the card (we catched it several times opened and we thought that this was caused by other guests who checked-out) and there was no towel hanger in the wc (for hand towels).

Beautiful apartment close to the city center and beach. Lovely host and super clean rooms. We stayed with a 5 year old child, which had a separate room. The two bed rooms had air condition which can be used. Kitchen is fully equipped. The next bakery / super market is only a few minutes walking away which is very convenient.
