Foram gentis e nos deram um up grade; mas, no geral, o hotel aparenta muito mais do que realmente é: piscina pintada, descascando; móveis sem graça; gente faxinando restaurante na hora do jantar… Praia super-lotada; hotel cheio de crianças… tudo muito amador: mas, Saranda, me pareceu assim… Bares de vinho armazenando garrafas ao sol; tudo lotado; cozinha sofrível… e não melhora até Kasamil: tudo lotado, praia impenetrável! A Albania só melhora no interior ou em Durres…

Sehr saubere Anlage, sowas ist in Albanien kaum auffindbar -Zimmerausstattung war sehr umfangreich und täglicher Zimmerservice -Strandanlage war auch sehr schön

-Das Frühstücksbuffet war mittelmäßig -Das Personal war zwar sehr freundlich, aber teilweise Inkompetent -Die Bedienung im hauseigenen Restaurant war alles andere als zuvorkommend und teilweise sogar unhöflich

Nice building in good location but amenities needs to be improved for its worth the value of money

Good size bedroom. Good location. Beachfront and beautiful building

The hotel claims to be a 4 stars hotel but the amenity is poor. You wouldn’t find the proper amenities of 4 stars hotel in this hotel like kettle, etc. Our bedroom didn’t even have blanket and rubbish bin! The sink is too far from the toilet, and bathrooms floor including the shower area made from marbles therefore very slippery as no grips and no rubbery floor mat

Na acomodação o quarto era agradável, limpo, tivemos um pequeno problema resolvido pela gerência, a equipe é muito atenciosa.

Faltou alguns detalhes para tornar mais agradável, como sabonetes padronizados, toalhas melhores, pequenos detalhes muito importantes para facilitar a comodidade do hóspede.

Goed hotel met goede faciliteiten.

De kamer en de bedden zijn fantastisch. We kregen bij aankomst een gratis upgrade. Prima locatie met een strand en meerdere zwembaden.

De hygiëne in het restaurant kan en moet beter. De tafels worden bij het ontbijt niet goed schoongemaakt en de placemats worden niet vervangen.

Reception staff super friendly, gave helpful with advise & details on sarande. Great beach and pool. We appreciated the upgrade to a suite with an incredible sea view. Clean and comfy rooms.

No shampoo or conditioner so had to go to supermarket which is inconvenient.

Perfekter Strandurlaub mit tollen Ausflügen.

Super Hotel in toller Lage. Sehr ruhig am Hotel, aber in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß auf der lebhaften Promenade. Schöner Strand und schöner Pool, jeweils mit Bar. Zimmer und Balkon geräumig und wunderschön, mit Blick aufs Meer. Wir haben ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade erhalten. :)

Wenn überhaupt was zu kritisieren ist, dann die recht teuren Cocktails an der Pool bzw. Strandbar. Aber ansonsten alles perfekt und nur zu empfehlen.

Luxury excellent stay with stunning view

Best accommodation we had in whole Albania! 1) Absolutely clean. 2) Beautiful big rooms with a stunning ocean view. 3) Great gym and spa. 4) Towels for the pool and beach for free. Comfortable beach chairs and umbrellas included. 5) Own beach part (for me the most beautiful in Saranda) with cristal clear water. 6) Very nice and helpful staff with great service. 7) The hotel is from outside and inside just amazingly beautiful, clean, modern and all around perfect! 8) Breakfast with a great choice. 9) Promenade and shops, bars, restaurants in walking distance.

Pool is warm, which didn’t matter for us. No coffee specialities in the morning for free.

A low-cost 4 star hotel

Very beautiful building, although without name whatsoever. Maybe its size makes up for it 🤔. Long story short, the building is an architectural marvel, kudos to the architects. There is a fine balance between metal, wood, glass and vegetation all throughout the property. The reception girl on arrival was kind, although a bit overworked. The Spa is a very nice and necessary addition. The temperature in both the hammam and finish saunas are excellent. Good shower comsmetics. The only downside are the rather restrictive working hours, only from 16:00 till 21:00. Should be 22:00, at least.

- There are some members of staff who are rude and don't speak a word of English. They tarnish the image of the hotel. - The water in the swimming pool has some acid smell and sticky texture. No idea what it is, maybe some chemical. It is clean otherwise. - No long chair anywhere in the Spa - You won't find most of things you find in 4 star hotels such as bathrobe or toothbrush but that doesn't matter. - The breakfast was quite a disappointment. Very limited choice of everything. Pancakes not available every day. Not a SINGLE natural juice. There is no Nutella, but some cheap inedible local stuff. Staff eating in the same area after guests. Very early finishing time at 10:00. - The personnel at check-out was total chaos, a bit chubby girl. I wanted to extend my stay, shown my reservation. She insisted on changing me the room, to another room of the SAME type, cause there is some group coming 🤦. I don't understand, what is the difference if the rooms are exactly the same, except that i'm gonna spend 1 hour moving rooms? She had it written in the system which room goes where and she just wouldn't do otherwise, she was just mentally stuck. At the end i was really disgusted by her handling of the situation that i simply cancelled my reservation. That's 100 Euros less for the hotel due to her disorganization and inability to think clearly & improvise. - The card in the room is necessary for EVERYTHING to work. Even A/C plugs. Meaning, if you left your mobile/laptop to charge while you're on the beach, on the brekfast or on a walk - tough luck, it'll be as empty when you come back.

Very good

The property's views overlooking the sea and pool were pleasant, offering a relaxing ambiance. Always willing to assist, the staff added to the overall positive experience. The hotel pool was great and well-kept. Access to the private beach was a definite highlight. Additionally, the property's proximity to the city center made it easy to explore the area. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, with the amenities enhancing the experience.

The availability and strength of Wi-Fi left much to be desired. It wasn't available on the beach, and its weakness in the restaurant made connectivity challenging. Upon arrival, the non-functioning shower was a letdown. Although the hotel staff fixed it promptly the next day, the initial inconvenience was disappointing. Another aspect that fell short of expectations was the condition of the bed sheets. Stains on the sheets were a recurring issue and diminished the overall comfort of the stay. While there were certainly positive aspects to my stay, these drawbacks marred the experience to some extent.

Beautiful views from our terrace and overall amazing service and comfort

The staff were absolutely incredible and a total joy to deal with. They are a credit to this hotel and they made me and my family so welcome. We are from the UK and this was our first visit to Sarande and I am so happy that we chose this hotel.

We didn't like the beach.

You won’t regret staying here!

The hotel is beautiful! They even upgraded our room, giving us a room with a view, thank you for that. Athena and Sophia were amazing, so friendly and caring. I used the spa and the service was great. The room is great, good bathroom, great shower. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The AC worked well. The breakfast was amazing, a lot of options and everything was delicious. The restaurant and the bar accepts credit cards (this is important to mention since in Albania they mostly use cash). The location is also good, 15 minutes walk from the port.

The bar and restaurant needs more options and the staff could be more attentive. The tv was basically a computer screen.

Andon Lapa is awsome. Its been my 4th time in Saranda and i can say Andon Lapa is the best hotel in Sarande. Its really familar, friendly and full of heart. The location is perfekt and top in the middle of the hotel route. And last but not least; The People who work there, are 500% SOFIA, Greidi, Mariklen, even all of them are Phenomen... Thx for the great time and the awsome Service. We will come back insha Allah

The property was beautiful. The location was very close to everything you could need or want to experience in Sarande, while still being private and a quiet oasis from the loud music and bustling Sarande promenade. The private beach was a huge bonus. The gym was brand new and had more equipment than your average hotel, you could get a serious workout in, if you wanted to. The staff offered to pick us up from the ferry terminal and drop us off at the bus station which made our arrival and departure a breeze. We felt very spoiled staying here and would definitely return.

It is obviously a very family and kid friendly hotel. Not a complaint at all, but if they were an adult only hotel, it would have made using the pool a bit more relaxing.

Very nice Hotel with perfect Location!

At the beginning we were greeted very nicely by the ladies at reception. We were even more positively surprised because we were given a better room and one with a sea view. Rooms new in high standard. Very good Wifi in whole Hotel. Spacious bathroom. Rooms clean. Cleaning lady very friendly. Breakfast overlooking the sea. Amazing view. Location perfect. Grocery shop on site. As for the beaches it is one of the best in Saranda. Spacious and large. Fully equipped gym. Drink bar on the beach. To the promenade in saranda 10min by walk. Several very good restaurants on the same street on the way to the promenade. A very good pizzeria in front of the entrance. Thank you for your hospitality!

To be improved but that is not necessarily: - extra Room for ironing clothes or iron in every room. - Breakfast cuisine can be improved very easily, e.g. more cold meats, some salads etc.

Amazing room. Amazing location. Pool was lovely. Beach area is busy but nice. Staff are very helpful, particularly at reception.

We would have liked two pillows in our room. That’s it. Everything else was great!

Amazing but slightly overpriced

It was lovely. My room was exceptional.

I didn’t like that there is a lot of workers always sitting around doing nothing and they weren’t very friendly or attentive. Besides the girls at reception, they were glorious. I feel for the price there are a few things that should be more streamlined.
