Great apartment in Split

Great location. Very nice apartment. 2 mins walk to the beach. Approx 10mins walk to the city centre. Host was very helpful with all check in info etc. Thank you host 😊

Clean nice room, but small for 3 person. Expensive for the room.

Close to the beach. Owner give you all the informations.

When booking it shows you the appartament, but when you reserve it you get a room. So be aware of that if you are looking for appartament.

My friends helped with my bags and she’s treated to call the police cause for 10 minutes there was 3 people in the room instead of 2. When asked to meet so we can explain she just wanted to call the police.

Great and quiet location

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood and only 10 mins walk to downtown. The room looks exactly like the pictures. There were some beach towels which was very convenient, and the room was cleaned daily

The bed and the pillows are a bit uncomfortable

yes, a keeper

there was nothing wrong. everything worked. elevator was responsive and fast. close to all you want to see in Split. I would pick this place again if I return. it was quiet at night. bed was good, size and firmness. it felt secure. host was very responsive although so much was right we did not have to be in touch anyway, except for getting the key, which was easy.

very clean room and high hotel quality. Owner provided very clear instructions to the apartment. Highly recommended.

there is lift access to the apartment but like most old buildings, there is a short flight of stairs to get to lift and I have a big luggage.

Lovely, hotel-like room in a good location. A few minutes walk from the bus and train stations, and old town. Very friendly and responsive host. Great shower.

Nothing significant. I would have found a couple of plates useful.

great place for a very resonable price

Great place for a short stop in Split, faboulous localization, quiet, yet central, close to the beach and the old town, nice, clean, quite small but this was expected, considering the price. Comfortable bed and very helpful host.

Very accomodating and understanding hosts, great location and very comfortable, secure unit.

Initially, when we arrived via the train station and were driven to the acomodation (at night), we thought that we were miles away from any 'action'. However when we went out the next morning and got our bearings....the location was fantastic! 5 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants and an easy 15 minute stroll to the port and other facilities.

Great appartment in a prime location

Great appartment on a quiet, leafy side street, yet perfect location for access to the harbour, old town & beach. All within easy walking distance, for activities, bars, restaurants & supermarkets. Appartment was well thought out, making effective use of space. Clean, recently modernised and functional; it had everything we needed for a short break in Split.

A great place to stay. Would stay here again and recommend to friends.

An excellent room to stay in overnight. It was spacious and spotlessly clean with modern furnishings and a lovely bathroom. Only 10 minutes from the ferry port in a quiet side street. The communication with the owner was very good and the instructions for getting into the property clear.

It was in a good location near to the center and about a 7min walk from the central bus station.

The place was nice overall. I only stayed for 1 night and it was good for that.
