Das Apartment von Alberto und Cecil ist toll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Direkt an der Plazza von El Medano gelegen, ist es zentraler eigentlich gar nicht möglich. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. OG und kann per Aufzug erreicht werden. Bis zum Strand sind es 2 Minuten zu Fuss. Die Plazza ist von Morgens bis Abends belebt. 2 Mal in der Woche findet ein Markt statt. Die Fenster halten allerdings jegliche Lautstärke fern. Wir planen bereits unseren nächsten Urlaub in El Medano, da uns der Aufenthalt so gut gefallen hat.

Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wohlgefühlt. Der Kontakt mit Alberto war schon im Vorfeld sehr angenehm, er und seine Frau haben sich rührend um uns gekümmert und waren jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen am Marktplatz mit Blick aufs Meer, super sauber und hat alles, was man sich wünscht und braucht. Klare Empfehlung.

Alberto und Celia waren aufmerksam, großzügig und immer erreichbar. Wir hatten das Gefühl bei Freunden zu sein.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, fantastische Lage und sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieter. Unbedingt zu empfehlen !

Als Senioren (75/71 Jahre) hatten wir vier superentspannte Wochen in dieser wunderbar aufgeteilten, toll eingerichteten Wohnung genossen. Fasziniert hat uns die geräumige Loggia. Die durch eine fast bodentiefe Glasscheibe einen wunderschönen freien Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer auf Bade- u. Surfstrand und den Atlantik erlaubt und das Frühstück sowie die Abende (mit Kerzenlicht) dort zur Pflicht wurden (großer runder Tisch/vier Stühle). Die sehr hilfsbereiten Vermieter .. Alberto & Celia .. haben durch einen Umbau von Fenster und Terrassentüren erreicht, die Wohnung zu einer “Ruheoase“ zu machen. Trotz der besonders belebten Lage .. mitten drin .. Marktplatz (Wochenmarkt) und Restaurants! Man hat nur kurze Wege zum Strand, Kiosk (deutsche Zeitschriften), Bank/Geldautomat (mehrsprachig, auch Deutsch), Toristen-Info, Taxistand, Discounter und eine Eisdiele .. alles direkt vor der Haustür. Ein Ärztecentrum (auch deutschsprachig) cirka 10 Minuten Fußweg. im Bereich Marktplatz/Strandpromenade kontinuierlich Polizeipäsenz und Badeaufsicht durch Rettungsschwimmer (09:00 - 18:00). Strandbereich und Marktplatz werden täglich gereinigt. Eine Umstellung für uns Deutsche .. der anfallende Hausmüll .. diesen muß man an nahegelegenen Sammelstellen entsorgen. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte hervorragend, wir kamen mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen am ElMedano-Marktplatz an .. wurden dort schon von Alberto erwartet und in die Wohnung geführt. Obwohl wir zwei “Alten“ nur “a little bit englisch“ und kein spanich sprechen .. Alberto & Celia nur englisch/spanisch .. haben wir uns doch verständigen können und uns sehr angenehm, ja freundschaftlich von ihnen betreut gefühlt. Was für uns dann zum “Wellnessurlaub-Pur“ wurde und wir umgehend erneut für “Weihnachten/Silvester 2019-20“ gebucht haben! Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen . . danke Alberto und Celia!

The apartment location is pefect. We spent Easter here and enjoyed all days. On the square in front there was a party atmosphere and although loud music was played, the good windows minimized the sound. The apartment is very cozy decorated and here is all you need. The condition of the apartment was very good and clean. As a warm welcome there was wine and water in the fridge. The meeting with the hosts Celia and Alberto was very postive and they were very helpful during our vacation. We are looking forward to our next visit! Greetings Line & Jes

The owners Alberto and Celia are so friendly and made us feel so welcome. Just to add there is no worry of any noise in the evenings from the square as the new windows are brilliant!!!! In previous apartments we have been woken up early due to noise from the markets being set up and bars closing late in the evening but in this apartment noise is not a problem. Only been home for 2 days and can't wait to return!!!! Thanks for a great holiday x

This apartment is perfectly located on the main square in El Medano and has great views of the beach and beyond. The photographs show the apartment as it really is - very light and comfortable! The beds are comfy and the bedding is good. The kitchen is well-equipped; this was important to us as we mainly self-cater. A choice of good supermarkets close by. We found plenty to do including several long walks along the coastal path right down to Las Galletas. We also found quiet beaches and beach bars by walking a bit off the beaten track. There is a fab market in the square on a Saturday selling clothes, crafts and jewellery; smaller Farmer's Markets take place on a couple of other days. It would also be a great place for children - there is a playground nearby, enjoyed by children of all nationalities in a very child-centred atmosphere. El Medano is conveniently situated for bus travel in all directions; it is well worth a trip to the capital Santa Cruz or to the mountain villages. Last but not least we were very warmly welcomed by Alberto and Celia, our delightful and helpful hosts. We will definitely return as soon as possible maybe with granddaughter!

Great position on main square with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The great double glazing prevents even the lightest of sleepers being disturbed. Everything you need is here, if you’ve forgotten anything there is a supermarket 30 seconds from the door. Will have no hesitation in contacting Alberto the next time we are heading to El Médano!

We spent 14 days in this lovely property, Comfortable, cosy , everything you will need is provided. The balcony is a super wee sun trap for the late afternoon sun. The location offers plenty to keep you busy - swimming every day is a must. There are lots of watersports available close by and Mont Roja is a challange if you are up for the climb - be sure and make an early start. Big thanks must go to the apartment owners - Celia and Alberto - so very kind and helpful with any enquiries you may have promptly dealt with. Great location for exploring the whole island.

The apartment was everything the add promised and actually even better. The balcony was more spacious then we expected and the apartment was bright and in very good condition. The apartment even had a washing machine, which is good to have when traveling with kids. The owners, Alberto and Celia, were lovely and very helpful, and you could not hope for better hosts! Communication and making reservation was easy, pleasant and quick. The location is fantastic and basically everything you need is just a few minutes away. The kite beach was easy to reach as well as the restaurants and the local supermarkets. There was also a playground for the kids in front of the restaurants, so while waiting the food kids could enjoy themselves. The beach really is just 1 minute away and the views from the balcony was great! If you have time, it's worthwhile to hike to Montaña Roja, which is the higher mountain which can be seen from the balcony. Enjoy the cafe´s and restaurants in the beach promenade, it's a lovely way to start the morning! We highly recommend it to everyone; families, couples and friends!

This apartment was just right and it's real selling point is the location; just above the main town square and right on the beach. You can easily spend hours on the balcony sipping wine and watching the world go by if you wanted.

This is the second time my dad and I have stayed here in the last 12 months and it won't be the last! Celia and Alberto are the perfect hosts and can not do enough for you. The apartment is perfectly located for the beach and restaurants and has a fabulous view of the main square and beach. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for self catering if required and is well maintained and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend for both couples and families. We will be back.

Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in this apartment in El Medano. The location could not be better, overlooking the main square and beach. From the apartment you are so close to everything, but it is peaceful. We particularly enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the world go by. The apartment had everything you needed, was clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. We have a 4 year old so the washing machine, dvd player and beach toys in the cupboard (hope it was ok to use these!) were useful. We enjoyed El Medano, it was clean, safe, had plenty of bars and restaurants and the sun was shining. If you have children, there is a playground just 1 minute from the apartment which is just great and kept our boy entertained for hours. A great place to stay - would recommend.

The location has to be one of the best with beach shops and lots of eateries a few steps away. Would have been nice to have an extra sofa or easy chair as there were 3 adults and only one 2 seater sofa Balcony overlooks the main square which can be noisy but all quiet after around 11.30 pm.and interesting to watch the activity and enjoy the sea views. Well equipped with kitchen equipment and a spacious double room and lounge area. Would recommend especially for seniors who may not be able to walk too far - the lift was appreciated! Taxi by square and 10 km from airport so transfers really quick and easy

Lone Traveler . had a fabulous week in El Madeno. apartment in a prime position overlooking the square and good view of the beach. were you can people watch and enjoy the evening sun wile eating your dinner. i found the apartment well equiped and comfortable. i didn't watch telly as i was out at the many bars where there are music and and good chat. i have been to this part many times. first time using apartment. i would definatly be using this apartment again. very safe if traveling alone. also big supermarket across the road for the esentials. even had gluten free product wow.

What a great apartment! We've been to Tenerife a few times and El Medano is the best place to stay if you're looking for something for all the family. This apartment has a superb location. It overlooks the main square on the edge of the beach and boasts a fantastic view of the sea, often with the added bonus of watching the Kite Surfers and Windsurfers do their stuff in spectacular fashion on the waves...a great way to watch the sun go down on the balcony with a G&T or Sangria! The square offers some great bars and places to eat which are very family friendly - in typical spanish fashion - not forgetting the small play park which they overlook...a huge bonus for us as we could relax in the evenings while the children had some fun. The apartment itself was very clean and well looked after with a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine - perfectly furnished with everything you need for a great self catering holiday. It felt bright and airy, filled with lots of sunlight. We found the bedrooms, like the rest of the apartment, to be of a high standard and the beds were very comfortable with lovely linens. It was great to all be able to sit outside on the balcony around the table to eat and drink and enjoy the lovely surroundings and weather, although why bother cooking when the local tapas and restaurants are fantastic for breakfast, lunch and dinner? Order a barraquito to try the local way of have a coffee. Very nice! The location was perfect overlooking the square and the beach. It was less than a minute or two from a choice of local supermarkets and, best of all, across from the best ice-cream shop ever. What a fantastic place to stay! Would highly recommend it to anyone - thank you Alberto and Celia!
