Comfortable and affordable close to station

Excellent location a short walk to the bus and train terminal, with local supermarkets and bars nearby. The bathroom is dated but perfectly clean. The room was quiet and looked into a central lightwell for the building; we left the windows open all night and were quite comfortable. The reception gave us a second pillow as well, since the bed comes with a single long pillow that stretches side to side.

è molto vicino alla stazione degli autobus o treni

è un'hotel molto spartano ed essenziale e l'arredamento è datato, ma se uno cerca un posto per dormire una notte e vicino alla stazione degli autobus va bene.

Muy recomendable para hacer un par de días de turismo en la ciudad, queda todo a mano

Excelente atención y servicio. Muy bien ubicado. Gente muy amable. Limpieza absoluta y muy buena instalación del baño

Vi que tienen calefacción pero no refrigeracion. La tele es chiquita y dificil mirar desde la cama

A few days exploring Santander.

Good location for travellers using bus and train stations. A nice room, after room swap on first day.

Initial room was too small and had poor natural light. However, hotel staff were able to help with requested room swap.

Nice budget city break hotel!

Nice hotel situated in a good location for the s4 bus which drops off at the main bus station a 5 minute walk away. The hotel itself is basic but your are only paying a reasonable price. The room itself was basic but was nice and clean with a comfortable bed. The room was cleaned every day which was nice.

Pricey for what you get.

We stayed 4 nights. Good location with 7 minute walk from train/bus station. We enjoyed breakfast at the co-located cafe each morning

Was provided only a couple of little bars of soap throughout our stay. The beds were uncomfortable. Rooms are small with no place to sit other than on the bed

Enjoyed our stay n the older bar man was absolutely lovely

The photos don’t do this hotel justice.It was excellent inside.Rooms cleaned daily n towels also changed daily.Staff very friendly.I was pleasantly surprised by it

Great hotel for an overnight stay between destinations.

Spacious room, comfortable beds. enough surfaces to put our "bits and pieces" on. Decent bathroom, shower temperature easily adjusted. I asked for a quiet room, and was given one (the room overlooked an internal open space, not the road, and was at the far end of the corridor). Excellent location for access to train station and ferry terminal on foot. Very reasonable price. No frills but everything you need.

Easy to find, close to stations: ideal for my travels. Staff helpful. Shower brill.

Room was a bit too warm and no way to adjust. Coffee making facilities would have been nice but not necessarily expected.

close to the airport, you can go easily, many supermarkets around it and nothing to worry about for a quiet visit to the city.

not a very helpful reception, I asked for a cot for my kid since I forgot to include that when I booked, but they didn't help with it, it should be something easy to provide.

The hotel is very well located close to bus and train stations. Excellent value; a clean, decent hotel. Helpful staff. All good!

Exceptional

Hotel very near to the bus and train station. 10 minute walk to the centre. Supermarket on the corner and cafe bars all around. I had a big double room even if I was on my own and bathroom with bath. Comfortable beds. All very clean. Only bad thing was that the walls are thin so you can hear people talking and snoring. Nice staff.

Disappointing

For the price very old room need a major update!!! Bathroom and room not so clean Curtains where a nightmare, very dirty sofa i threw better ones in the rubbish Bath area not very well cleaned ( signs of hair of previous people) And my phone was bigger than the tv 🤣 But at reception the lady was very helpfull with everything theres allways someting good 😊
