Enjoy the facility, billing and staff knowledge are poor

It's was average compared to the same hotel up here in Allen Tx. The breakfast needs some work.

I was charged on the card I booked with on booking.com. Then I received my refund after management reached out to me. It showed up on my account that same night. The following day it was canceled out and is no longer in my account. I would appreciate someone helping me on this. Please call me at 4699895873

Was just what we were looking for & will be staying again.

The room size was awsome, staff was amazing, clean, really good supplies for room, had everything we needed.

Pillows were thin. Breakfast was okay.

The Staff was very nice and helpful we have stayed here before. but this time it was wonderful the staff was GREAT wish I had got their names to send a big shough out to them. but if they were there on 03-07-24-/03-09-24you all where WONDERFUL thank you.

This was my first time coming to Texas City. had wonderful time but the hotel experience was not 🥺

I arrived to the hotel at about 12pm I was able to get my room right away. The room was nice and clean and big enough for 2 people. I liked that it was quiet and safe, front desk operator always had a smile on her face.😃

I was there from December 15th to the 18th No Housekeeping I had to go downstairs to Ask for toilet tissue. Face towls. Drawing towels. I talk to the general manager, Alexis Oritz She looked up my complaint and seeing that there was no housekeeping. The general manager said that she will give me 25% off my bill, 🤔$ 368.00 I said OK I asked her how long will it take to Show, she said 5 days, 12/22/2023 On December 29 2023 I call the general manager, Alexis Oritz She remembered me she asked me for my phone number and she told me she was gonna call me back. never heard from her. #2 I tried the breakfast sandwich twice, The bun was hard and the meat had A nasty taste to me.

The location and price

Dogs allowed Room was or seemed clean We was given a late checkout and the room was being cleaned by 1015am, way before the 1100am checkout. My items were thrown in the trash and I really want to be reimbursed for my item.

Nice location but unprofessional behavior by the manager Alexis

Good location

I booked two conjoint rooms and had to pay upfront for the booking. When I checked in, my rooms were on opposite sides of the hallway. Went to the front desk to try and fix the issue and was told nothing could be done because I booked with a third party. My name and number were then left for the manager Alexis and was told she would call me the next day but I never heard from her. At checkout I tried to talk to her because I was told she would be there from 7-3 and when I’m checked out at 11 she was not there. I made my reservations way in advance so this added extra stress to my trip that was unnecessary and to top it all off the morning of check out there was a cockroach in my shower.

I added another night to my stay and they had another hotel cheaper price directly next to it. That day a lot, I wasn’t

beautiful, clean, friendly staff, huge room and the tv matched!! I hate big rooms and small tvs lol

It was good once we were able to check in.

Loved the room, location, and the pool.

The companies system went down and we had to wait to check. That was nerve wrecking, I hate uncertainty if we would have a room. Also I am a diabetic and there were really no choices for myself at breakfast.

Didn't get a chance to eat breakfast, because we had to rest up for our cruise. (This was not the hotel's fault, we had to sleep). But other than that, the hotel was stunning. We plan to return in the future.

Worth the drive from Galveston

Breakfast was so so, the staff fine but should have made us aware of construction in the area that caused us pass up temporary exit ramp. Overall the stay was very nice and at a decent price. We would stay again

Will Be Back !!

The staff are nice and helpful! the beds are comfy and it’s a calm environment! I did like the breakfast!

I think the bathroom is a little awkward in design and more then 2 towels would be good but you can always ask the front desk for more so it isn’t a big deal.

it smelled brand new! super clean, comfy bed. different thicknesses of pillows for different tastes, great breakfast choices

location was a little wonky but only due to road construction
