Great views and comfortable space for all!

The accommodations of two king beds was excellent. A room with bunkbeds was great for the kids. The balcony was very large and accommodated all of our family at one time so that we can enjoy the ocean views. The staff of the grounds kept it clean and were visible each day we were there. Access to trash disposal was also very good from our location. Many things were easily walkable from where we were staying.

It seemed that repairs had been made by the front door and they had not been painted over yet. The doorstop behind the front door was also broken, and there was no safety lock on the door to keep others who knew the code from coming in. Some of the living room furniture needs updating as it was not comfortable to sit in. sliding glass doors are hard to open and close.

Good time but wouldn’t recommend this place or stay again!

Location and grounds were nice

Cleaning staff around the place were very rude! Black lady came in hollering at us several times and we literally were doing nothing wrong or that any other family was doing in the indoor pool! Rooms outdated could see cracks in ceiling and paint peeling or not finished in places. Ended up buying a fan and towels and wash clothes because there wasnt enough for all of us without washing!

Manageable

The view. The kitchen fully stocked. The beds were comfortably okay. Everything was nice. Decorations was on point.

How only the living room connects to wifi and the others didn't. How some of the bedrooms only had 1 outlet that worked. Which we managed. The tvs need an upgrade. For what we paid I didn't expect to see a DVD player.

Other than the issues mentioned above, we had a great time.

Loved that it is right on the beach

For the money we spent, (way too many fees) I would have expected the condo to be perfect. The floors were filthy, the ice maker didn’t work, we found things under the furniture, no hair dryers and no extra linens for the hide-a-bed.

Beautiful pools great views apartments nice needed some cleaning and better AC

Ac wasn’t the greatest had a nasty filter that needed to be changed bathroom constantly had water droplets on ceiling even tho no one showered that day dishes were dirty or sitting in water from being put away wet it’s a nice place maybe have two or three cleaning crews elevator was very hot I’d be worried about getting stuck in there I get not having AC and it’s warm weather there but a fan in there would be beneficial

The best spring break ever! Thank you!

The condo had everything we could need! Comfortable and clean with the most beautiful Gulf view! The location was right in the middle of everything and the pools/beach access were amazing! We will 100% be back!

Fire false alarm with evacuation and did hear it happens often at multiple condos…on the plus side my kids got some great pictures with the firefighters and got to go in the fire truck haha

Beautiful views, really comfortable beds, overall a decent stay but I expected much more from the pictures and multiple

The view from our balcony was wonderful. The doors are fogged so it’s difficult to see the beach from inside

cleaning supplies were not available. Dryer took 4-5 cycles to dry one medium load of clothes. The towels were not absorbent. No access to a mop or any cleaning supplies. No coffee filters and only 2 trash bags for a week stay with 8 people. The cheapest toilet paper and paper towels were given for use. WiFi did not work for 24 hours and I spent several hours wasted on our wedding trip and vacation dealing with it. With a family I chose this condo over cheaper options because of the amenities for cooking. The very few pans and dishes available made it difficult to cook for our family.

I really liked location and beach access.

a few things needed to be fixed, toilet would not flush, ceiling fan didn’t work, sheets didn’t fit our king bed. (bought sheets for the bed), needed things in kitchen like measuring cups, spatula, dish towels. it was a vacation disaster or anything, but we have stayed in better

Worst experience in my 30 years of going.

We arrived to find the property had not been serviced or cleaned. Food in the sink and disposal, dirty cookware left out on the counters, used towels on the floor and counters. Used bars of soap in the shower and counters in bathroom. Sheets balled on the bed and gum stuck to a lamp in one of the bedrooms. Floor was covered in crumbs and sand. I called the service line only to be insulted with comments to the effect of : "are you in the right room?, are you at the right property?, did you receive notice your condo was ready?". I was then told it would 15-to 45 minutes to get a crew there to clean. It took four hours. Four hours after a 10 hour drive. I paid for this property months ago. I would think you could find someone to clean before me and my family arrived. I sent emails to the customer care group and the only response was "sorry for your inconvenience" replies. I expect reconciliation of some kind. The "inconvenience" was beyond accepticle and professional. I have been booking rooms in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach for over 30 years and have never been this disappointed.

the location was incredible!! walked right out our back door to the beach 😍. everything accessible and clean!

only complaint is water in showers went cold after 1 shower. took about 30 minutes to heat back up!

Other than that everything was fine

Condo was too humid everything felt damp.there was a TV that did not work. There was the load of towels left in the washer that we finished.
