Un petit hôtel sans prétention dans un cadre idyllique et bien tranquille .

La Casa Miguel ne prétend pas être un 4 étoiles ,ceci établi, le rapport qualité prix est exceptionnel. Les chambres sont petites ainsi que la salle de bain mais d'une propreté remarquable et la literie trés bonne. Privilégier la chambre N°4 qui a la plus belle vue sur cette baie superbe. Le personnel très gentil ( ne parle ni français ni anglais ,à nous de nous adapter.) Plage de galets à marée haute , de sable à marée basse . Beaucoup de surfeurs. Nous y avons passé 5 jours et dinés sur place tous les jours . Bonne cuisine espagnole . Pour arriver directement à l'hôtel il faut passer par le village de Lamuno .

La plage à marée haute. Prévoir éventuellement un petit pliant...

A bed/room right next to the sea

Quiet room above restaurant (totally after closing hours). Right on the beach, literally 15 meters from waves. You can inhale the sea when you open the window. Breakfast was nice, dinner even better (tried Cantabrian dishes extensively), seafood paella excellent (one of the best we ever had). You can drive your car directly to hotel however you should be a good driver not to panic on steep driveway.

Can't recall anything. Only that you should expect your stuff might get slightly dump (from sea water closeness) when you will be inhaling the sea too much :-) But it's definitely not a hotel can somehow influence.

O pior lugar que estivemos em mais de 30 anos viajando

Absolutamente nada. Nos perdemos duas vezes para chegar no local. Placas de indicação terminam na metade do caminho. O caminho é péssimo e só passa um carro por vez, isso significa que se vier outro carro em direção contrária você precisa correr muitos riscos e esse caminho tem aproximadamente dois kms. Chegando lá, depois do estresse do caminho, tivemos que ser duros para sermos atendidos. Uma moça bastante rude nos levou até o corredor, nos entregou a chave e apontou para a porta. Quando abrimos veio um cheiro insuportável de cachorro molhado. Abrimos a janela para ver se melhorava, mas não adiantou. Acho que o quarto foi utilizado com cachorro. O banheiro é cômico, tem uma banheira quase do mesmo tamanho do vaso sanitário e a porta é de plástico retrátil. As fotos não mostram a realidade. Decidimos então ir embora, deixando a chave dentro do quarto, perdendo o valor pago pela diária e entendendo porque eles não reembolsam o valor pago. Esse tipo de acomodação nem deveria existir no catálogo do booking, pois denigre a confiabilidade.

Die traumhafte Lage in einer einsamen Bucht und der herrliche Sonnenaufgang. Die Ruhe und das Essen.

Fürhstück gibt es erst ab 9.30h Doggy Bag jedoch möglich. Die Zufahrt zur Unterkunft etwas schwer zu finden. Nicht aufgeben der Weg führt ans Ziel auch wenn man es nicht glaubt

Great stay at the Pension Casa Miguel

People working there were just lovely and very nice. Willing to help and offer whatever you need to be comfortable. Place is in the most ideal location - first line of the beach and there are no other places around. Very special. Breakfast was great, and we had dinner there one day too and it was very well cooked and very tasty

I highly recommend the stay!

The location was exceptional. Great place to get away from everything and focus on what's important in life; or even to write a book! The staff was excellent and the food was cooked fresh; of high quality. Saludos a Isabel and Javier for their special attention. A great place to start El Camino De Santiago, Camino Del Norte!

I liked everything about this location. There was nothing I did no like. I wish I had more time to snorkel or scuba dive the bay; or even fish the local waters.

Highly recommended for good food and location.

We loved this place. Quiet beachside location was very relaxing. Snug room but everything we needed. Excellent sea bass dinner with good quality wine. Great breakfast served on the terrace.

A curate’s egg!

Breakfast was very pleasant…

…but nobody arrived to cook/serve until nearly 10 a.m.! Luckily we had a travel kettle and could brew up in our room while we waited. This seems to be the norm as there are no staff on site overnight! Bit awkward if, like us, you need to set off relatively early on the last morning to get to the ferry port. Brownie points earned by giving us a packed breakfast the night before our departure to take with us.

Location can not be beaten. The evening meal was delicious

Nothing though I would add that arriving by car for the first time needs some confidence in your stat.nav and driving skills but once you are down into the bay it is all worth while. Shame we had to leave.

The property has the best view ever including an excellent restaurant with tons of variety of food, the only downfall is

View was breathtaking, and restaurant had excellent food!

The room had mildew on a wall where the paint was peeling, the sheets and towels smelled like mildew, the bathroom granite that was holding the sink was cracked, the small refrigerator freezer top had something spilled on it which was not cleaned.

A real hidden gem. This hotel is literally right on the beach. You have to go down a narrow country lane to get there, but that just adds to the adventure. Really nice staff and the food was great. Highly recommended for a secluded night.

A lovely and hospitable hotel in an idyllic spot

Amazing location on the beach. The beach is relatively quiet but a blue flag beach with lifeguards. Very relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. The service was excellent. A table for dinner was reserved for us, and the food was excellent. Breakfast was perfect, fresh bread and croissants, fresh orange juice, fruit and yoghurt with coffee.

Mosquitos- need insect repellent at night!

Rare place with the great views

Beautiful view from the window, right on the beach. Breakfast is on an open terrasse, if you do not ask anything you will get a croissant and a cup coffee, that's all, but if you ask you will get more. Room is small, but it was OK for the price and a great view. It feels like you are in a very remote location, but you are just 5 min from highway.

Road to hotel is just super narrow and dangerous, line is for one car. Not that many dining options near the hotel, only their restaurant. It seems a little bit overpriced in comparison to the places in next town.

It was nice

If you want to get away from it all and just be by the sea this is the place.

No shops in area had to walk 8km return to shop. To get on beach you had to get over a lot of stones. Not much selection on food menu.
