The room was very ok, little ants in room but for us was not a problem :)). The location, it’s Raddison style like in Malta. The staff that works hard for the big boss who doesn’t care about nothing, only money.
All inclusive : drinks no way( maxium beer, water and maybe the fake Baileys) , for food dinner it’s ok, breakfast low , alla carte it’s a joke. Put somebody to make a real coffee, rent a Nescafe machine for coffe etc.

This was an excellent resort with great pools and beaches, fantastic choice of food and entertainment around the island. We enjoyed our 9 night stay very much. There's also a tennis court, a gym and a fantastic SPA. The reception team was great, especially Vasilia!
Special thanks to the SPA team for making our stay fun & relaxing. We shared such great time together giggling & sharing stories, and of course enjoying your superb massages & body treatments. Thanks Didi, Popi, Emma & Maria - you make the SPA at Radisson Blu Milatos excellent.
Some of the areas of the resort are outdated, but they didn't really have any impact on our stay.

Staff was very good. Would come right away with any problems
Needs a little fixing up, floors in room where laid over with wood that moved around, and early check in after a long trip from states was hard to get, fell asleep in lobby
1.5
Seating around the pools where plenty. The visual ambiance was nice.
A sea view suite seems to meet the criteria if you door is pointing towards the ocean. That there is restaurant with a giant noisy suction/ventilation system blocking that view is not a valid point according to the resort. The food (breakfast, snacks and roomservice) was terrible.

Our villa was completely private with a private pool which was very relaxing
The hotel was kind of old which need some renovation in some area. The beach was not as expected. I believe so the money we spent, there should be something some entertainment

We were lucky to have one of the recently refurbished rooms which was very nice and clean. There are many pools spread across the resort, and we could always find two sunbeds with umbrella somewhere, despite not putting our towels there early in the morning like many others. The VIP breakfast was excellent, with friendly staff and fast service, and we did enjoy dinners in several of the a la carte restaurants. You have to book early, though. When we arrived, some of the restaurants were fully booked for the next five days. Lots of activites were offered every day, including for children. If you love all inclusive holidays in a resort which could be located anywhere in the world, and if you don’t mind the crowded buffet at the main restaurant, then this is the resort where you should go.
We booked a beachfront villa with private pool, but beachfront doesn’t mean you walk out of your villa directly onto sandy beach. It just means there is no other building between you and the sea, but it's a 5-10 minutes walk to the beach. Also, it's not a villa, it’s a – recently refurbished and very nice – hotel room in a building where there are at least 12 other rooms, you have guest rooms left and right and on top at the floor above. Not sure why they say villa - it's a premium room or suite. The pool itself was most disappointing when compared to the images on the hotel website – I even thought they had given us the wrong room, but the manager insisted this was a beachfront villa with private pool. Our pool was a small (3x2x1m) plastic tub, not very clean. The outdoor area was much smaller than what the description on the website suggested. And don't expect to have any privacy when using the pool, because everybody will look at you at your pool when they are walking by on the way to the beach.
The beach itself was also disappointing when compared to the photos on the hotel website. It’s quite a small strip that looks like sand from a distance, but it’s actually small stones, meaning that your children cannot build sand castles there. And there were massive blocks of concrete and very large stones separating the main water of the sea from the small area next to the beach.
Some of the sun beds and umbrellas, mostly at the beach and some at the pools were very old and you could clearly see the impact of many years of wind and weather. We did not like the crowded buffet restaurant. They offer a lot of good food, but most of the guests didn’t care and it looked devastated soon after breakfast or dinner started. Dishes and glasses directly out of the dishwasher were often not clean, and the presentation and the hygiene standards clearly are not five star. The a la carte restaurants were much better, but you should avoid the Asian restaurant.

The service of all staff was exceptional, the waiters Dimitru, Mario and Emmanuel was fantastic! Also, Georgios Mavrangelidis (Maitre D Hotel) was very polite and helpful in many occasions making the experience unique. Last but not least, the bar staff at Payot Bar - Miro and Georgio was Fantastic! I will definitely be going back!

The location and landscape is amazing. The gardeners do a very good job!
Glasses everywhere on the restaurants and buffet area was very dirty, seems like glasses and cups never washes properly, on the side of the cups/glasses just literally all of the time, were lipstick marks.. (
Regarding the food - sorry, but was not tasty, even in the buffet.
Room cleaning is also not good. Blanket was on blood marks just was covered on a clan white sheet. Disappointing..

Our room was clean, lovely man made beach.
Things were broken in our room and were not fixed. We booked a private pool garden room and the blinds on the outdoor window were broken so pointless paying as much as we did for the privacy as there wasn’t any! Reported this 3 times to staff and manager (Room 1701) and was never fixed. The restaurants were fully booked, had to eat buffet food all week. They had over booked and could not cater for all guests. Some staff were rude. We had to pay for a taxis to go for food because they had no food to feed everyone.
4.5
Superb level of comfort, decent food, great pools and views. Top notch.
They don't have enough staff. It's a bit disturbing. You can see these people work way to long and there is not enough of them. When you have one exhausted ukrainian girl to bus 30 tables it's absurd. Room service it's the same. 1h wait, order came messed up, but just looking at the state of the staff I didn't even say anything. Hire more staff and pay them and service will be good.
3.5
cozily designed, safe, picturesque location, helpful staff
room service, bathroom demands renovation, beach photos in the profile are exaggerated.

The pictures don’t represent the hotel!
In reality it’s run down and old.
I paid a lot more for the room to have the swim up pool. I had two sun loungers by a shared pool. the loungers were dirty and never cleaned. the pool was not cleaned and run down. it had weeds growing around the pool edge. The other loungers had wooden pergolas over them with the paint flaking off. it was horrible!!

We stayed for a night and really didn't want to leave. From the moment we arrived, were made to feel welcome and special in the hotel's modern, chilled atmosphere. Breakfast at the morning buffet was incredible. We tried almost every restaurant and poolside bar and wasn't disappointed in any. The manager even joined us for a round of Raki! The drinks list in every bar included everything you could imagine. We did our best to try them all, but always found something new to delight. Service was prompt and professional, especially in the room service. Never saw a member of staff without a smile and a friendly greeting. Definitely 100% recommended this fantastic resort in Milatos place!

Service every where around you. Make sure to bring smart casual clothing for dinner. Sufficient sunbeds at pool and beach, free and fast wifi everywhere. Nice room, clean and with modern furniture, a double comfy bed in the middle of the room were all so usefully perfect! There is a separate bathroom too with fresh towels and toilets products. In every aspect 5 stars.
